      They are a total scam. They led me to believe that this was a ppo insurance and I could go to any ** of my choosing. Incorrect. There are few ** that accept this insurance. When you try to cancel, they talk to you very aggressively. I canceled within the initial 30 days which according to them you are qualified for a full refund. They debited the next month money 5 days before it was due and will not refund it. It was determined I didnt qualify. Even though I canceled 25 days from initial purchase. So I was charged for 2 months insurance that I am not even gonna use. Total scam, stay away from them.

      In December 2023 my son was contacted by First Enroll indicating that they can help place him get insurance at little or no cost. We were adamant that he only needed medical coverage for his **** program and prescriptions. After providing all necessary information we were advised that the program that he qualified for would cost over $139 per month and he signed up with ******************* NEXT. He received a welcome packet and ID card. All year we had the amount taken out of my direct checking account. In October 2024 my son received a letter from AmeriHealth which stated his 2024 premium was $0. His 2025 premium will increase to around $30.I called First Enroll to the number included in my checking account. Spoke to ****** who indicated he purchased some extra coverage which I did not understand. My son and I were on speaker phone in December 2023 and I'm positive that we did not ask for any additional coverage because of the expense. We never received any documents that indicated he had any extra coverage other than what was provided by AmeriHealth. I would like my money refunded!

      These people are unfortunately SCAMMERS. They will answer your questions very convincingly and send you "documents to sign" and appear very legit. Do not trust them. If you are trying to apply for ******** or ********* they will NEVER ask you for any payment information. DO NOT TRUST FIRST ENROLL BY ANY MEANS NECESSARY!!!!!

      Was contacted via txt for Aetna Open enrollment . Called the link number and gave up a bunch of info ( stupid me ) and was transferred to verification department . Was txted a link to sign an agreement . The original *** had led me to believe I was buying primary Health Inscurance coverage . The doc that I was prompted to sign revealed uppn closer scrutiny that what I had been sold and was about to agree too was supplemental coverage . Scam . Company is *******. Sounds great but all extortion .

      You are lying you keep taking money out of my account and when I call you hang up on me or don't answer and when I did get ahold of someone the lady said that I had the wrong business. I have contacted my bank they are investing and I will be getting my money back you took 3 months in a roll. A man from first enroll told me 3 months ago it was for health ********* at a cheaper rate and you continue to take my money and I don't have heath ********* provided by you like you said. You will get shut done if you go on reddit it has alot of reviews that ppl got scamed from first enroll and they have the same problem when they call they either hang up on them or tell them.they will take the charge off but they had to cancel the card they gave first enroll just so they can't keep scamming them.and taking money First enroll is a scam and they have alot of bad reviews on reddit telling that they have been scammed by first enroll

      I typically don't leave negative reviews, but my experience with First Enroll compels me to share.I used First Enroll over a year ago after losing my job but canceled my policy months in advance when I secured a new job and expected start date. I recently started another new job, I called to reactivate my previous policy for 60 days since my insurance through my work doesnt start until after 60 days with the company. Knowing I only needed the insurance for 2 months, I asked the sales *** to cancel my policy after month 2. The sales *** assured me that I wouldnt be charged for a third month since I had a clear timeline for cancellation. He also stated he made a note in my account , which is unable to be found. Two months goes by, and I was charged for an additional month. I assumed this was in error by the company. When I contacted customer service, I was informed they couldnt assist with reimbursements or cancellations, as they are a third-party service. Despite my explanation about the sales ***s promise, they claimed I needed to cancel five days before the charge date. **** escalated my case to First Enroll, where they canceled my policy after the third month is complete. No refund was granted. I called customer service to get a number to speak directly with First Enroll. But they refused. Fed me the same story of them being the middle man for First Enroll. Additionally, when I needed to use the insurance, finding an in-network doctor was a nightmare. The list of approved providers was horribly outdated, leading to hours of frustration and incorrect information. After hours on the phone with a customer service ***. **** finally sent me a list of approved doctors in my area. The list has FOUR places, and the closest one was TWO HOURS away not helpful at all. Overall, Im extremely dissatisfied with both the customer service and the insurance coverage. I hope sharing my experience helps others avoid similar issues.

      Called to get quote. Spoke with ******. He went through the whole process with questions and I gave information. Stated today was last day for enrollment - false (it is 10/31/24). Stated their office closed in 10 minutes (2:00) also false. He pushed us to get the coverage started today. We ended the call and went to **************, only to find out not eligble to enroll until 11/1/24 - did not qualify for special enrollment. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY - VERY SKETCHY!!!

      Very unprofessional people ESPECIALLY in cancelation department. If they don't like your reason for canceling they keep badgering for a reason. They say they won't cancel your insurance until you give them a good reason. It is in their policy that you can cancel. I'm still waiting on 2 refunds because I do not want the insurance that they work for. I should not have to be subjected to harassment, frustration, badgering, and withholding your funds because they can. Why is this company still aloud to work. IT DOES NOT TAKE DAYS TO WEEKS TO REFUND SOMEONES MONEY THAT THEY ARE OWED. I have cancelation paper work and refund paper work and still nothing.

      Criminal scam. Cant believe this even happened to me. Tried to get a refund and they have since charged me another two times since. Had to call my bank and stop them from allowing any more charges.
