Okay so I just had the ABSOLUTE WORST experience ever with this company. I believe they took over another market research company that I've done assignments for with no problem and it has totally gone to pits. I was booked for an opportunity to do do a a hr interview on 10/30, I sat there the whole hour and NO ONE ever showed up. I called the office the whole time and could never get a hold of anyone. Finally a recruiter by the name of Marie called me back after hearing one of my vm's, she was apologetic but had no clue why I was stood up or if I would be compensated for the hour I sat there. She rescheduled me for 11/4, I couldn't have imagined that the SAME THING would happen twice, I sat there for another hour calling and calling with no response. When I finally got a hold of Marie again she told me that she would speak with the account manager Jamie to let him know and agreed I should get compensated for my time (even though she has no say in that). Jamie has yet to call me and I'm pretty sure whoever he is, he's just sweeping it under the rug banking that i'll just give up. This is disgusting behavior! I am a contractor so any time I give up during the day, is time where I can be earning money somewhere. Now after reading all of these other reviews it's clear to see that this place needs a whole new redo on how they do business. It's like they're working in an unmarked building or something, no assistance and absolutely no follow through. Someone needs to research THEM because the unprofessionalism is LOUD. SAGO has reneged on a contract that they entered with me by not paying for my services in the allotted time period they state. I entered into a contract for services performed on October 9, 2024. They didn't even begin the payment process until October 14th, 2024 when they finally enabled me to initiate the digital card payment. Then they advise it will take 25 business days to actually *receive* the payment, which is 5 days longer than the original contract stated (it stated payments get released 20 business days after we, the participants, request payments). Today is the 25th day, and after repeated check ins to push them to release the payment, they have been radio silent with zero communications like usual. They have zero urgency with regards to paying their participants, and it's not only annoying, it demonstrates a contempt they have for the people, US, who allow them to even function and get paid themselves, in the first place. If I don't constantly check in with them, with repeated emails, to REMIND them of their contract duties, they would not even bother paying at all. It's highly unprofessional and lacks any integrity at all. They should probably be taken out of business as they don't appreciate us who allow them to be in business at all. They need a reality check that stings them, in my opinion, as they have no care for anybody but themselves it seems. They are very notably much much slower to pay out on thier contracts than other companies who do what they do. What is wrong with them? They need to release my payment now. They should probably also be paying ME interest for every day they hold my payment longer than their ever changing contract 'rules'. They owe me a base of $150 for this contract they they are overdue on. They should also be paying me interest on this amount for ignoring their responsibility to pay.Customer Answer

I participated in a market research panel 9/19 and the compensation is $250 in the form of a credit/debit card. They say to allow 4-6 weeks and it has now been over 8. Look, I cashed out 154 dollars for virtual card at 10/26/2024 10:33:54 PM was told to wait 20 days its been 21 days, I tried to email them back to get the amount processed, and the support email is literally gone, and the website is giving back a dns error. Attached are several screenshots showing the website is having connection problems, their help desk is not going through gmail, and unable to reach them. During the last week of August and the first week of September, I participated in a research study that I was supposed to be compensated for with a $100 -$150 incentive in either the form of a virtual **** gift card or something like that. The research study required me to be available on a day and have access to the Internet where I would be interviewed while being shown advertising for a DNA test for people who have had strokes, I have had two strokes in the past, and before the interview I did have to sign a nondisclosure statement saying I wouldn't discuss the advertisement I seen during the study. I was scheduled to do the study on that Friday however due to technical issues at Sago with the listing of my account in their system ( they had me under two emails) and the link to access the study site, it was rescheduled for the next day, Saturday a day that I usually spend doing coursework for college, I attend school online for my bachelor's degree. Anyway, I was finally able to complete the interview with the study personnel and was told that I should receive my incentive in up to three weeks. It's now November and I still haven't received my payment. I have tried to call Sago and they never returned my phone call. I left several messages on their answering service. I have continuously contracted them on their site and I have received the same email or similar emails from at least 2 different individuals stating that they have contacted the study team and are waiting to hear back from them however I have been receiving these emails only after I send a complaint through their website as initial contact and never here anything regarding follow up regarding the issue of my compensation. Now it November and I am still having to contact them through their site and I am tired of waiting to get paid for my participation in the research program. They agreed to pay me for my time however I still haven't received my payment.Business Response
