      I have performed three services in the form of studies for Sago / ************************************************ and have not been paid. The company **** me $510.00. They added points to my account but I am unable to cash those points out and receive actual compensation. I have emailed and called and left voicemail messages for someone to respond and no one has responded. I have requested $160 virtual Amazon gift card and $350 physical **** prepaid card.I would like the Amazon card emailed to my address and the physical card mailed to my address. It has been more than 20 business days since my request for payout.

      I completed research studies for points, which Sago claims can be exchanged for gift cards as payment.
      On October 5th I requested an electronic gift card for Walmart in the amount of $115. I have contacted customer support three times. Each time they give me the same reply, “ high volumes. Takes 2-3 weeks (sometimes refined as “20 business days”).
      I emailed Sago customer support yesterday (11/04/2024), and woke up to the same pre-generated response this morning.
      A quick Google suggested the only way I would get the gift card I am owed would be to contact BBB; this is apparently Sago’s business model.

      I am a single mother with no help and in college. I would never have taken the time from my studies to complete these research studies if I knew they would not compensate me.

      I contacted Sago's help support regarding incentives I haven't received but didn't receive a response for days. I claimed $38.00 on 11/02/204 but hasn't received the incentive. I also redeemed a $5.00 ********* egift card on 09/19/2024, but it has been almost 2 months and I didn't receive the incentive.

      This is unfortunately the second time I have had to file a complaint. I have not received my incentive for $175. It’s been over a month of redeeming my points, and I have contacted customer service. It’s really unfair they do this to their participants. I’m sure a lot of the companies that use them would be really upset if they knew that some people never get paid.

      I participated in and completed an in person study with Sago at 101 wood ave nj location.On 10/15/24 The payment was for 200.00 and a virtual card.Its been weeks I have not gotten paid.I have completed more online studies as well and haven't been paid for them either.The payments are all.stuck in processing.I have sent various emails and just get generic responses from a bot but they do not get back to me.People expect to be promptly paid when they do a job.

      Did and completed a New Technology Study for 3 hours, reference number **********, on September 11th, 2024 at the Iselin, NJ facility.

      On the same day the amount of $250 was paid to my wallet. I opted on the same day to at 7:05pm, on their website for a physical Visa card to be sent to my home address.

      To-date, I still have not received it. I have called numerous times and left voice messages and have not received any call back.

      Please assist in resolving this issue.

      I completed a study on 09/23 for $175 and it took 15 days to get the points. After redeeming my points on 10/05 I contacted customer service and they said it could take up to 5 weeks after redeeming my points. The whole point of this is to make some "quick money on the side". how long do you guys wait to get paid before doing any work?

      On 9/21/2024, I submitted a reimbursement request fromm my wallet for $26.00. The site indicated it would take up to 20 buainess days for delivery. It has now been 23 days. This is my second time having to file BBB complaint to be paid by the xompany, and appears the only way to receive a response from them. I have another reimbursent request pending for $100 but it has kot yet reached the 20 day limit. I assume I'll be filing another complaint in a few days for that payment as well.
