      I completed 3 studies in 2024. The funds have been pending since December 2024. I have made several tickets and emailed the company. All of my messages have been ignored. I let SAGO know that I was unable to access my account. They didn't respond to the message. I let them know that I was owed for 3 studies. They still didn't respond. I don't know what else to do.

      Hello my name is ******* ****** and I would like to file a complaint on sago , the company sends out emails to get people to come in for paid surveys,and I completed two surveys, one on April 8th was for 160 dollars and it was in person, and I still haven't received my payment, they use false information on getting you your money, when I did my part on taking the surveys and have not received any thing , I need the money that why I took the two surveys, the other survey was online on March 20 , and I haven't received my payment of 125 dollars, since switching over to sago there services have been horrible, no costumer service or anything , all they want is to fill there quota and don't care about the consumer.

      I agreed to do a Voters Research discussion board on 02/25/2025 at the agreed compensation of $225. Study reference: ************
      It was a three day long discussion board and I fulfilled my end of the contract.

      I have yet to receive my incentive, I can’t get in touch with anyone, have sent multiple emails regarding it. I have requested it through focusgroupwallet and know it can take up to three weeks to receive it. I requested a virtual visa card. Not even physical. I don’t understand why i haven’t received it yet.

      Have been providing medical consultation services for Sago. Ever since I reached out to them regarding missing payments from past years, Sago has blocked me from access to my e-wallet. I have contacted customer service for months still no response. For last year, I am still owed $1255 for services provided and a 1099. For beyond 2024, I am still owed $1025. Please help.

      It is to frequent we take the panel survey and we already wait a long time. I chose physical because it misleads you to think its 7-10 business days. It has been longer than 20 business days and still processing. They dont update you in speedy manner. I know this has to be a big issue with this company and they are not doing anything to fix it. No other panel takes this long for payout. Seems like they respond faster when you complain. Its getting tiresome to wait so long after we complete a focus group. This company needs examination because just like you all. Red panel people we need our incentive for assisting

      My name's *** ********. I participated in a "health study," ************, on the 31st of January, which lasted for 3 days to be incentivized $50 and also participated in the second part on the 6th of February to be incentivized $150, which was $200 altogether, and got sent the incentive to my focus group wallet to be paid out in 20 business days from the 18th of February. Didn't receive any payment since the 18th of February till now, which is the 31st of March, and they claimed it would take approximately 20 business days to get whatever incentive you chose to receive. I also participated in a current events study, ************, to be paid $200, which I didn't get as well. I see no point in participating in studies that take nearly 2 months to pay out. It is very appalling that you get tons of calls and emails BEFORE the study and then get your payment/incentive withheld AFTER participating. Something needs to be done about this. I've also had friends complain about this and some have even left their incentives with the company as they got tired of complaining and calling customer support,

      So I completed a focus group last month also did some pre homework too. I was to be paid 160.00 total for doing both of these assignments.
      Which I did complete.
      So the email states that one ahold recieve or expect payment in 21 days. It doesn't say anything about the exclusion of week ends or holidays. So I'm assuming not.
      But my 21 days was up as of yesterday and still no payment nor a reply.
      I just want to get paid my 160.00.
