I have been unsuccessful trying to resolve two non payment events for participating in focus group on 06/28/23 for $120.00 ************* and 12/07/23 for $115.00 ************** The one in June stated the incentive was added to my Focus Wallet on 07/09/23. I accessed wallet on 07/17/23 requested a virtual visa reward (request ID ********. The reward is showing paid which is not true. I never received the incentive. After sending multiple emails and phone, I received no response. I was asked to be patient that the record was being reviewed by the Panel Service Team. Three emails later no money. Second survey completed on 12/07/23 (request ID *******) dated 12/16/23 $115 still processing. This was supposed to take no more than 10 days maximum. I planned to use both payments to offset some Christmas gifts and I’m still waiting. I just want what is owed to me. I honored my obligations and this company did notBusiness Response

I am rejecting this response because:
The subject has returned the points to my account which has allowed me again to request payment. Today at 1:23pm I requested a physical Visa card for payment. It shows it should process within 10 days. I’m allowing 3 weeks for processing, mailing and receipt of delayed funds. I do no consider this issue resolved until I have payment. It appears the subject continuously wants to indicate the matter has been resolved when it has not

I did a study for the research group on 12/7 about Healthy Living at 7pm.. The incentive for the study was for $150 dollars.. I elected to receive my incentive by virtual gift card.. The initial email that was sent about the incentive said that it would take 10 days to process.. 10 days have passed, and I haven’t received anything.. It is now almost 3 weeks, and I still haven’t received anything!.. I’ve emailed their HELP DESK and their VIRTUAL SUPPORT desk and all I get is an automated response!.. I did everything that they required of me, and I think that it’s extremely unprofessional that I now have to jump through hoops to get compensated!..Business Response

I participated in the recent META technology testing study which was advertised to pay $275. I participated in the study and chose to redeem my payment with a virtual **** card. The request ID is *******. I did this the day it became available to me. Its status is still set on processing and it has been about two weeks. It seems others have had this issue. Please help! I participated in a research study for which I was supposed to be paid $225.I was directed to their website to confirm the form of compensation. I selected physical gift card. At no point was I asked where it should be shipped. Instead, it simply defaulted to an old address I had in my account information. I messaged them trying to redirect the gift card to my new address, but they never responded. I tried calling, but their phone system took me in a loop and it was impossible to speak to anybody. I emailed again multiple times over the next few months. I have even been in contact with the new residents of my old address, and it ~never even arrived where it was allegedly sent to in the first place.~It has been six months and I still have not been paid for my time. I have not once been able to get a response from anyone. This almost appears to be by design.Business Response

Hello, I hope this is fine. Since 2018 I was a member of the previous pollster until March 2023 when I migrated to the new pollster. Since then I had not had problems with payment until December 6th, access was blocked and I cannot withdraw the **** points It is equivalent to $70 which counted towards gifts. On 11/29/2023, I participated in person in the Personal Care Products study, Study Reference #: ***********, with SAGO Chicago. The incentive was promptly added to my wallet in the estimated time they specified. However, I redeemed the entirety of my wallet on a virtual visa gift card on Nov. 29, 2023. They stated that it can take 3-5 business days to process, and maybe up to 10 business days in times of high volume redemptions. However, today marks the 17th business day since then and I don't have any sort of information from them. Everything still shows as processing. I reached out to them through the Contact Us option. It has been a week since reaching out and I have received no response. My redemption details are:

I participated in a Focus Grop on November 14 2023 with the promise of obtaining a incentive-compensation right after the event.I've made several attempts to get a response from SAGO with virtually no response by phone and/or email I called the entity in charge of issuing the incentive as a ************ Card and learned that they don't have any instruction from **** to redeem the incentive.I've spent more time trying to obtain a satisfactory response from SAGO than I spent during the focus group.Business Response

I did a study with Schlesinger/Sago back in November, was told I would receive payment within 10 days, I selected my method of payment, it has now been almost a month and it still just says "Processing". Sago needs to be up front about the fact that payment will take a very long time, it is unethical.Business Response
