      saga group also known as schlesinger assoc in ny, asked me to do a product review or demonstration for ****************** on friday. That same day after traveling on 3 busses and a subway train I was told the research was cancelled and to reschedule. I was told by ***** that I would be compensted anyway and I should receive $275.00 by the end of the day via email.I received no payment whatsoever and despite leaving SEVERAL (like 10) messages for ***** he never returned my call.I called monday and spoke to someone at the third street office who said he was the supervisor and his name was ***. He was arrogant, and rude and not only refused to help but rudely hung up on **** called back several times and spoke to an even ***** person named ****** who actually yelled at me, refused her manager and also hung up on me! These people are extremely unprofessional and rude!****** and *** then refused to answer their business phone for the rest of the business day. I called *************************************************************** the most childish fashion anyone couled think of.Saga and schlesinger are horrible companies who have no concern for people.They stole my time and money and just dont care.Please post this review for all to see

      ********** has not paid me, has not even bothered to contact me regarding my money, their treatment of me or their bad business practices.  I have left several Messages  for their upper management specifically ***** their ceo but still no contact from this company.  ****** post this so that all others will know what a horrible company this is, PLEASE drop their bbb rating  and please tell these people to PAY ME MY MONEY!!

      I spent 20 minutes today on a survey (about **************, and the survey was only supposed to take around 12 minutes). I completed the survey and was thanked for completing it at the end, but when I returned to the main survey page I was told that I wouldn't be receiving points because I didn't qualify for the survey. This has happened so many times, and when I file complaints I always get a reply that the company is way behind in following up. Ultimately, I get a follow-up response less that 25% of the time, usually several months later, and only very rarely do I get credited for the points. It's very frustrating, because sometimes I do get rewarded after finishing a survey, but this happens only about a third of the time.Clearly the company is aware of these issues, but I haven't seen any improvements in the past few years that I've been a client.

      I participated in a research study on June 30th, 2023, at Sago, research was for company Meta. I was supposed to obtain payment in 6 weeks. I have called Sago, emailed a number of times, and have not received payment, or a response. I am still waiting for my payment of $275.

      So I did participated in a study for sago(focus group) on August 10th some new wrist technology. I was told we would be getting our incentives of $275 in an email and it would take a couple of hours. So I get home and received an email from ******************************************************** with the suppose link to access the wallet. As I click the link Im met with an oops theres something wrong screen, so I manually put in the site and sign in. Do all this and go to my wallet only to find nothings been sent. I decided to send an email as well as a voicemail. Nothing so I waited another week still nothing, send another two emails still havent been reached out to. At this point its about to be a month and I havent got my money. Again I have the study reference number and everything. People are struggling out here and do this as a side job they shouldnt mess with people like this. Thinking about filing a case against the company if I dont receive anything.

      I tried to redeem my points and have not received the FocusGroup Virtual Visa® Reward and it has been over 10 business days. Request ID ******* 8/13/2023 10:26:04 PM FocusGroup Virtual Visa® Reward. I also completed a help desk ticket: Request (******) on 19Aug2023 and still have not received any response from this company. I have additional funds to redeem but am concerned that my requests are going unanswered and unpaid. I would like to be compensated for my time spent.

      I received an email from Sago on May 31, 2023, regarding a research study on facial skincare that was supposed to have paid $130 to members who qualified and completed the study. I completed the pre-qualification questionnaire and received another email on June 7, 2023, with login credentials for their Over the Shoulder research app, as I had been selected to participate. I received the unmarked facial care products about a few days before the study commenced on June 20th and it concluded on June 30th.

      I participated each and every day of the study, completing the questionnaires in the Over the Shoulder app. There was no information given about when payment would be issued, only that incomplete studies would not be paid, but once again, I completed each day of the study. It has been over 2 months and I have not been compensated. I sent an email to ***************** on August 7th inquiring about the status of the payment and received a response the same day stating only that an email from Focus Group by Schlesinger would be sent to me after the incentive is processed, and that the study information, directions on how to redeem my incentive, and contact information would be included in the email. I haven't received that email to date.

      After researching Sago's website and seeing that payments take 4-6 weeks to be distributed, and also seeing reviews from other participants who had not been paid, I sent another email to [email protected] on August 29, 2023. I have not received a response. I received a phone call from Sago today, September 5, 2023, trying to prequalify me for another paid study. I advised the agent that I had not been paid for the last study and would not be participating in any more studies with this company. I was told the matter would be escalated to a manager but I doubt that will actually happen.

      I participated in a focus group on June 9, 2023 and had ****** points ($277) uploaded to Focus Group Wallet. On June 26, 2023, I attempted to redeem ****** points ($100) from my Focus Group Wallet to get a $100 ********* eGift Card (Request ID ********. The points were taken from my Focus Group Wallet but I was never emailed the $100 ********* eGift Card. I submitted a request for help through their website and received an email stating:"Your request (******) has been received and is being reviewed by our ***** Services Team. We are experiencing higher than normal volumes. Please allow additional time for a response. We appreciate your patience and please be assured all emails will receive a response.To add additional comments, reply to this email.This email is a service from SAGO. Delivered by Zendesk"It has been 9 weeks and I have replied to their email every week asking for resolution. I want the issue resolved. Either refund my ****** points or resend me the eGift card.

      I just sat for 2 hours for a study I think a heads up about the payment process would be nice. I did not sit for two hours to not be paid immediately there after its an inconvenience and I believe you should let the payment process be known before people accept the study i didnt make you wait for my opinion why do I have to wait for my money go back to the original method this one is trash

      I completed a few studies & chose to have my current balance of $8.00 sent to my Focus Group wallet as an Amazon gift card back on July 3, 2023. I noticed it was taking awhile to process when it says on their site that it's fairly immediate, given that it's a virtual gift card. I must have written ***** emails to them since July 3rd, I've opened 2-3 Help Desk tickets, I've left messages with customer service reps and voicemails on answering services with any phone number I could find connected to their business. As of today, August 29, 2023, I've received a reply from one customer service rep of theirs about 4 weeks ago stating that they would have the issue fixed and my incentive processed ASAP. I'm still waiting as of today. No more replies back to my inquiries at all from anyone, including the original rep, and no virtual gift card in my wallet. I know it's only $8.00 but I earned it & this is very frustrating and extremely poor customer service.

      Your reply is referring to a virtual gift card on my account I already received from July 21st, in the amount of $9.00, whose status is "paid". My complaint -  & all the emails I've sent & messages I've left thus far - are referring to the virtual gift card on my account that's been in a status of "processing" since July 5th, and still remains processing as of this morning, in the amount of $8.00.

      *** been trying to get in contact with a team member here after having my account locked, after very few attempts, and the only way to have it unlocked is to contact them. While I have tried contacting them over 15 days multiple times with no response from any email or number that I can find.
