      My son, a high school student, participated in a zoom survey for two hours, answering questions about future college applications He was told to wear a button down shirt and tie for the zoom session, and he did so. This survey took place on June 7, 2023 from 7:00-9:00 pm. He was promised $175 for his participation in this survey. He was supposed to get his payment 4-6 weeks later. We have not received any payment . We have reached out and left 5 voice mail messages and 4 emails, all have gone unanswered. This is unacceptable and unprofessional!I cant understand why this company would do this to a high school student! And, there are no excuses for not calling or emailing back ourmany messages.

      On Tuesday, March 14, 2023, I completed an online study with Schlesinger Group that consisted of providing my opinion on several aspects of a certain HPV vaccination. The study lasted approximately 90 minutes and besides the study administration and other administrators/reviewers, I was the sole participant. I believe the promised payment for completion of the study was $150. After completing the online study, the study administrator advised me that I would be receiving my payment about four to six weeks after the study date. Several weeks passed and I did not receive a payment or any sort of notification of a pending payment.On May 15th, I sent an email to "Focus Group by Schlesinger" at ********************************************************* asking for the status of my payment for participating in the online study on March 14th. I received on an automated response reference # ****** saying that my request had been received and would be reviewed by the ***** Services Team. I never received a follow up or a response to my email other than the automated email response. Having received no response or resolution regarding the payment owed to me, I re-sent the message on August 13th to the same email address. Again, I received an automated response reference #****** that said that my request had been received. To this day, I have not received my payment or indication that the payment is being processed. It has been approximately six months since my participation in the online study. Presently, I demand payment of what is owed to me for my time.

      On 8/4 I took a train to ***** for an in person interview regarding oxygen concentrators. I have done these interviews in the past. When you leave you are given a debit card with your compensation which was to be $187. Long story short I found out that it all changed, compensation is put into an online wallet, which took 8 days. On 8/12 I chose the physical debit card which I was supposed to receive in **** days. It is now 8/23 and ** told it will take 3-6 business days, I spent money getting to ***** and still waiting to be compensated. This is a very poor way to run a business. I wont do this again.

      I participated in a shop along study in Denver for Sago (Schlesinger) on August 1, 2023
      I finally got an incentive email and redeemed it for a virtual visa on 8/11/2023 they stated I would receive it the next business day which would've been yesterday.
      I have called, emailed, submitted tickets to retrieve my payment and cannot get a response from ANYONE and as of yet, I still have not received my payment

As stated previously, multiple times, redemptions may take up to 10 business days to process during high volume periods.  As of now it has been 4 business days. You automatically receive a green pop up notification advising it can take up to 10 business days. This is displayed on the redemption page automatically once your redemption is requested.

      Did focus group for smoking July 28th. I had spoke to the project manager Brandon about my incentive because I hear 4 to 6 weeks and then then I hear two to four hours after a group is over, and he specifically tells me that neither one of those are correct for this particular study, payment sent to email in 5 to 7 days I would have my incentive by the end of next week which was last Friday. I received the email that said that it had been added into my focus group wallet, well I tried access that and it tells me 404 page unavailable. My focus group wallet says I have 0 points and I should have $250 worth. Submitted help desk ticket Friday, called Friday and Monday. (Says answers 24/48 hrs) Now the project manager doesn't want to answer me back because I'm asking about my incentive. As far as this company is concerned they are a great company, but there's some technical difficulties that need to be addressed within the website, and there's no one to contact about this. After reading all of the other complaints, I figured this is my best way to get a hold of someone in the technical department that can help me.

      I participated in 2 focus groups and was told I would be paid in 4/6 weeks, that time has passed and I contacted *************************** several times and he has not responded to any of my emails. I should have been paid almost $500 total for the studies but I have received nothing and no email either. This is very disappointing and it looks like this company does this to participates all the time.

      I've been completing online surveys, and I redeemed, or tried to redeem my reward on date shown below. According to the website, it should take 4-6 weeks to receive my incentive.As of today it still shows as processing. I've sent at least three emails and two voicemails, and no one has responded. Below is the information seen on the website.       I completed a study and was sent an online incentive for a $50 **** card in May 2020. Ive been unable to log into my account to redeem the card. Ive tried changing my password multiple times to no avail and emailed support 7 times over the past three months. To date, *** received no reply; however, **** seems to be able to send me surveys for new studies. I tried to log in again today, nothing. It seems Im not the only person having this problem.

      I did an in person study 3 weeks ago. I got the points to receive my virtual ***** That was three days ago I'm just curious about where are my incentive is. It doesn't take 3 days to process something that's virtual. It doesn't take anything I've read all about it I've read on **** it's supposed to be instant. If I wanted to wait for the **** I would have got to actual physical card but I didn't and I don't want that I want the virtual one so I can use it. I'll definitely think twice before I do another study or anything for r this company

      Hello, I completed a study on June 14th. It was a pay out of $300 I took my time away from work to complete the study and have not received any incentive. I called the numbers of the project coordinator and Executive recruiter by phone which lines are disconnected and by email. I emailed Sago and was told payment is sent out within 6 weeks after study. Its been 6 weeks with no payment in site. I'm beginning to think this company is a fraud.
