      I did a study with the number ********** it was a tobacco study. It has been 4 weeks since the study took place and they are saying 4-6 weeks for the incentive. I would like to know why the Schlesinger group, now called focus group, does not use virtual payment. They said I will be getting a card in the mail which has not happened yet.. Sending a card in the mail has a chance of getting stolen too so I would like to know why I haven't received my payment yet

      In Dec. of 2022 I took part in a 4-week skin-care trial with multiple components (such as filling out a survey, recording a video, etc). The payment for participation was a range of $100 - $265, depending on what "side tasks" are completed.I completed all the tasks, and yet only received $120. I have several emails that specify an additional amount added if I complete the task, but this is not reflected in the payment. I have reached out to ************* multiple times for clarification, and they have no responded with any breakdown of why I was paid that amount and not more.

      Hi. I recently did an online study with schlesinger group 6 weeks ago today.The study was an online study on Tobacco use. They say that we should receive payment in 4 to 6 weeks and it's been exactly 6 weeks. So I'm just hoping that you can please help me find out when I will be receiving payment.

      I participated in a focus group led by this company on 12/8/2022. I was supposed to receive $200 in compensation via PayPal within 4-8 weeks for my participation in this research study. I have not received any compensation 10.5 weeks later. I’ve called their payments department 3 times requesting an update and have had to leave a voicemail each time. I’ve left my contact information and no one has followed up. I want to be compensated for my time as I was promised.

      I participated in a research study for painkillers and allergens October 2022 and was told that compensation would follow 4-6 weeks. I allowed two months before making my first inquiry by email. There was no response. I followed up by phone twice and was automatically diverted to a voice message system that implored me to leave my name, study name, phone number and a message. I did so and no response. I finally submitted an online ticket and was told I was sent an automated response that an agent would address my incentive issue in 2 business days. It has been a month since.

      I completed a research study on December 12, 2022 and it was stated that a $75 incentive was to be received in the mail within 4-6 weeks. After the timeframe had elapsed, I attempted to contact the business to ask about the incentive, but it does not seem possible to get a live person on the telephone through any option when navigating the automated telephone system at ************** during business hours - only a voicemail box, on which I left a message containing all the details of the study and my contact information. The business did not contact me, so I sent them an email via webform on their website. Still no response from the business.

      I particpated study **********-Financial Services on 11/30/22-12/2/22online. I was supposed to be paid via gift card $150 at the conclusion of the study in 4-6 weeks. As of January 26, 2023 I have not received the gift card. It has now been 8 weeks. I sent an email but I only got an automated response and no follow up. Overall the study was easy to complete and I have not had any previous issues with receivinf payments from studies. This is the first time I have not received the stated compensation.
