      I completed a survey about baby wipes in Dec 2022 and I suppose to received $225 in the mail it's been about six weeks and I haven't received a payment yet, I left a voicemail and email but no answer yet I just wish someone would get back to me.

      I did a focus group study on Jan.9th on healthcare. I was promised $85 for my online video participation of 45 minutes and was told I would receive a check in the amount of $85 approximately 4-6 weeks.

      Usually the incentives take 2-3 weeks from the time the study closes. It normally takes an additional 2-3 weeks for all participants to complete the study, this is why we state 4-6 weeks total. Please allow 4-6 weeks from the date of participation before your incentive arrives.

      I completed two studies for Schlesinger group last year at the beginning of December. I was told I would have my money in six weeks I dont have anything I even attended one of the studies early because they pressed us and told ** we were going to get a bonus I want my $275 its ridiculous how they have a location in ********* and you cant come pick your money up you have to wait they dont care they sent me some phony release form saying I had to sign it to get my money but I did that already at the beginning of the study they are fraudulent and I will never do another focus group if the money isnt provided the same day they are just getting over on people and I did these studies to get holiday money and its about to be February I just want my money back and I have proof

      I participated and completed Focus Group event "UIG2283380 - Business" for the incentive of $300 on October 20, 2022. I was informed it would take about 6-8 to receive in the mail. As of January 19, 2023 I have not received the incentive as of yet. I have sent in help tickets with no response. I also have called the main number and have left messages with a promise that I would get a response, but no response either. I would like to know when I will receive my incentive please.

      I'd been taking part in the Schlesinger group's online surveys, which i was to be compensated for after i'd earned a certain amount of points that are rewarded for each completed survey, that when added up can be redeemed for a choice of several different prizes, like gift cards. I collected **** points from my completed surveys which was worth $50 of credit when i decided to redeem for 1 of their prizes, so i decided to redeem my points for a $50 **** gift card. After i tried to collect my prize, i suddenly noticed a sudden lack of surveys i was qualifying for, per attempt. So i contacted their support and told them i thought it was very strange timing i'd suddenly stopped qualifying for surveys after i redeemed my points & that i thought they were up to a scheme. After i messaged their support, i canceled my subsciption with them & thought that i was still to receive the $50 gift card i'd earned. Instead, about a week & a half later, they emailed me a $10 Amazon gift card which is an insult, considering i redeemed **** points to earn the $50 gift card. Since then they've refused to return any of my messages about the matter, so i told them they had 2 days to get back to me or i'd contact BBB... it's been 2 days & still no word back, so i believe they're trying to rip me off & are skirting me to avoid paying me what i earned. All i want is the $50 card i earned & i spent alot of time doing their surveys to earn it

      Hello I participated in a study# USQ2217210 on December 1st and the incentive was 200, I was told I would receive payment within 4-6 weeks in the mail. Its now been over 6 weeks. No one is responding to my emails or calls and Im unsure what steps to take next.

      I have completed interviews with Schlesinger for years, and all of a sudden, three phone interviews were completed in August, September and November 2022. Payment not received. I have sent numerous emails and left phone messages, no response what so ever. Very unusual and different for this company as I have not had issues in the past. Survey numbers are:1.       Did a focus group on November 15 on Pet Health for veterinarians. Was told compensation should arrive in 4-6 weeks - it has been almost 8 weeks and no response to the emails, phone calls etc.

      I participated in a focus group in mid-December with an incentive of $675 with an agreement in writing that I would receive a payment within 10 days of completion of my participation in the study. At this point, it's been well over a month and I still haven't been paid. I emailed them directly and was told that the payment had already been sent and was asked to email them back if I had yet to receive it, which I hadn't so I updated them via email. They never got back to me. In fact, I've emailed them numerous times asking them for any tiny update but they just started ignoring me instead. I'm not sure what to do at this point but warn others not to work with this company. They will NOT pay you. Unfortunately, I am considering legal action at this point, which is a shame because participating in the focus group was fun and I was hoping to do it again. But it's just not worth it if they're not honest about paying those that participate in their studies.
