      I participated in a focus group in July 2022 and was told that I would get paid $160 for participation and get paid 6-8 weeks after the focus group. It's now been 22 weeks and I have not received payment and they have not responded to my multiple emails inquiries over the last 10 weeks

      I have been reaching out to this company in regards to some sort of technical glitch going on with their website. I have repeatedly tried to login to my profile on www.focusgroup.com. I first noticed the issue back in September 01, 2022. I have contacted several individuals that work for the company through email, phone, and even text messages. I have submitted at least 2 ticket requests to their customer care team as well. My information is still in the system, but I have not received any study invitations since August 2022. What I want is for someone to tell me what the issue seems to be with my profile. Has the company been shutdown or has my profile been deactivated or is this some sort of error? Please stop ignoring my requests and respond to my contact attempts. I thought this was a professional and tactful company. This is the first time you all have completely ignored me. This will be my last attempt at trying to get your attention. I really would love to go back and participate in studies, but I can't because you all have stopped sending study alerts via email. Treat your customers better because they are the one's that make or break your business.

      I am rejecting this response because: they didn't provide any evidence or proof as to what they are referring to. They are quite unprofessional and disrespectful in how they communicated to me. At this point, I really don't care about this company anymore. It is clear to me they don't have competent individuals at this business. You all are going to run it into the ground. Their response is invalid, but at this point I have plenty of other resources to turn to. These people are con artists and this business won't last for much longer given its shoddy operations.

      The company is of no use to me and will no longer be getting my business. I will be sure to share this experience with as many people as I can. They deserve to know what kind of shoddy experience they are in for. The behavior is unacceptable and will not be tolerated. Don't send me any further correspondence about this.
      You all give useless and undesirable a **************. The ticket is ambiguous by the way and doesn't specifically say what I did.

      Back in October 2022 I participated in a Dish Soap Study which paid $55 when completed. On 12/8 I was informed gift cards had been issued and if not received by 12/17 to reach out to " ************* Team" and an email was provided. I waited until 12/19 and still had not received a gift card. I sent them an email and got the auto response of my request was received and being reviewed but they are experiencing higher than normal volumes ( which seems to be the reply to every customer here that has issued a complaint) and to allow additional time for a response, but that I will get a response. I waited a week and sent another email 12/26( I understand its after a major holiday and prior to New Years) but I think I'd get a response to an email, regardless of the season, within a week. No response yet, I even tried reaching out to the person who informed me payment was sent out and they have yet to respond either. It is now 2 weeks and I have yet to get a response to my email. They have the correct address seeing they knew where to send the product to and that arrived no problem, but it seems as though there are a lot of issues with receiving the first initial payment. I am in no rush for payment, It would just be nice to get a follow up to an email I sent two weeks ago.

      I completed 4 online studies with them in November and the beginning of December, being told by SEVERAL PEOPLE that I'd receive the money BEFORE Christmas. It's now 12/30 and I haven't gotten any follow up from them, even after sending in 2 help desk tickets. I'm not understanding what is going on!

      I am rejecting this response because: Hello Back in November and December I completed online diaries and I haven't heard anything from this business regarding my incentives. I'm owed 3 of them. I messaged thier Help line 3 weeks ago and have had ZERO contact. This is getting ridiculous. They'll lose honest, good people taking MONTHS to send incentives when promised in 4 weeks or less

The incentives for this study will be processed later than normal because the study was left open longer than anticipated. Your $375.00 incentive was processed.       I did a study for this company 10/26 on life style, they promised to pay me $125, I havent received the payment, I tried to contact them by text by phone and by email nobody replied. I texted the recruiter and she never responded. This company is fraud! I

      I did a focus group on November 1st the incentive was for $300 which I still havent received. I inquired about said incentive and was told it was sent November 7th which I am hoping was a typo and was actually sent December 7th because I still havent gotten it!! I am hoping it shows up by tomorrow if in fact it was send in december and not November

      I completed study reference #TIG21802109 and have not received payment or any communication. I have left Multiple messages and have not heard anything back. I have a great history with this company when studies were in person but this is my first study where payment is sent by mail and I still have heard nothing. I just want some communication or someone to actually respond to my Multiple messages I have left Or let me come pick it up like I asked multiple times. Thank you for your help

      I completed a study on NOV 1st (USQ2215749). supposed to receive a **** card with $300 within 4weeks I haven't received anything and it's impossible to get anything but voicemail that goes unanswered. I really need that money for my kids Christmas!!

      I participated in a study on "travel" more than 2 and a half months ago, they offered a reward of ********************************************** the mail but I never received it, I have written many emails to support and the attention is not adequate and They take a long time, I don't know what to do anymore, I've wasted a lot of time on this, just for 100 dollars my email is ***********************
