They used to be slow in sending payments via ***** Now? Now they just scam you and don't pay you after you do the work. After sending numerous emails to the payment group to have an email "resent" for a virtual **** and only getting an auto reply? I've given up--which is what I suspect that they want you to do! (And a bit ironic since the focus group was for the US Army, so they're getting paid with tax payer funds??) NEVER again!

I have been doing online surveys through them for awhile now and lately I spend minutes to hours completing a SINGLE survey, I am thanked for the survey and my time, and then when the screen returns to the **** main site it tells me I did not qualify for the survey I JUST was thanked for finishing and I do not get my points/pay out!!! I have tried to contact them MULTIPLE times about this and NO ONE has ever even bothered to even respond. It is ridiculous!! I am wasting my time and not being compensated, SCAM! Total garbage and NO customer service. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THESE PEOPLE!!!!

I completed an 8-hour in person focus group on June 10th, and have not been able to retrieve my compensation of $350.00. I am getting the runaround. So like most of you I am frustrated, and will have to seek alternative means of getting my money, and hopefully stop them from doing this to others. - ****** S

***** that this is turning out to be a scam. I did a rigorous shampoo study and when I had a technical issue, no one responded. I finished the study and got an email that the study would not continue but we would still be compensated. I returned the shampoo in the mail and everything and suddenly can no longer log-in to my account. Can't get any replies from customer service either. I won't be using them again (especially since the shampoo gave me dandruff which I'd never had!)

I have been contacting them since I took part in one of their Research Groups. Intensely I've notified them about the Payment/Compensation for Participation. I honestly don't want to believe that I have been scammed but It might just be so. This Company should hold Liable to it's Legal Agreement. I feel like very much personal information may be at stake and someone needs to do something about it if they don't take action. I will finally be seeking an Attorney because it seems nobody else is doing so. A company such as this that promotes, and advertises like crazy should hold to their Mission Statement and Agreements to their participants. Sooner than later someone will file a Lawsuit.

To all those who think doing online studies is a scam and a waist of time. My wife and I started doing these online research platforms about 8 years ago and I would say out of those eight years we have combine made around fifty thousand dollars yes it took eight years , these funds where generated in our spare time. We both have other jobs in doing these online studies you have to know which ones are not a waist of time and those that are, I would also like to point out these are online surveys that pay from anywhere from $ **** and up or these survey companies alot points and you have to get to a certain amount before you can cash out. Plus if you are spending your time doing surveys for pennies and for those pennies you spend 30 minutes to a hour to get that. Online paid research studies are different your incentive to do these research studies range from $50.00 up to $ 500 my wife and I both make these kind of checks or **** cards depending on the company and how they pay the participants some of our incentive come directly to PayPay my wife and I about 3 years ago had someone purchase of of the homes next to us. And my wife and I we all became friends and I should our new friend how to capitilize on doing the research studies. To this day she is doing about $ ************************* her spare time. If you do choose or are doing the online pais research studies you have to keep a paper trail for each studies the studies I qualifiy for I put I put everything pretaining to the study that I have been selected to do. Everything that comes in email from a study it all goes in my documents so if there is a issue I am prepared to give all the information pretaining to the study to however its also imporatant to write down the persons name who recruited you. I am telling all if everyone would get their ducks in a row you would see great results. Negetive attitudes towards anything your set to fail.. I do wish each of you the best of luck like my wife and I have had...

SAGO in *** on ******* IS A SCAM!!They are very rude and unprofessional. The email invite stated I will get paid $275 for an in-person study group for 3 hours. Entering the building, the security guards had a nasty attitude. Once you're in the office and finish the registration, you're escorted into a room with 6 other people. They did not have enough staff to help facilitate the study. After you're finished the 4 hours of the focus group, we were not paid by cash or with debit card. They issued ******* POINTS TO USE ON THEIR WEBSITE!! Once you select what form of payment you want including a digital e payment, it will take up to 4 WEEKS to receive it. I've participated in several focus groups., I never experienced this form of deception. In the invitation they should state that you will be paid in points not $$ I wished I could rate it 0 stars

I was treated very disrespectfully by Schlesinger Manager ******** when I had trouble with a $150 prepaid **** card. I didnt realize it had expired so I called the Bank it was assigned to. They told me Schlesinger could re-issue the funds to my account or a new card. I called numerous times but no one at Schlesinger returned my call. The next time I had a focus group, I very politely asked for assistance. ******** spoke down to me and when I told her I didnt appreciate her tone or choice of words she walked out on my while I was speaking. I was shocked a professional would behave this way to one of their group members. I asked for her supervisor & had to call back numerous times since Supervisor **************** returning my calls. I spoke with her but to my knowledge ******** was never reprimanded & I was never assisted with my card. Then Schlesinger stopped sending me focus group opportunities. Blacklisted for standing up for bad treatment. All because I asked for help & didn't take her talking down to me. I promise you I was in no way rude. Their treatment was uncalled for. Some of the demeaning statements ******** made:1. "Let me repeat what I said to you earlier."2. "If you would have JUST called."(Which I told her I tried. Repeatedly)3. "Maybe use it before the expiration date next time."(Said this twice. - Clearly I made a mistake not realizing there was an expiration date. But that doesn't mean someone should be snide & belittling when someone else asks for help. She treated me like a "mean girl" in junior high school, instead of behaving like a caring, professional adult employee.)4. "You should be calling from home and not here shouldnt you?!"Demeaning Belittling Talking down Then walked away WHILE I was speaking to her. Shockingly unprofessional on several service levels.
