      Done A FEW STUDIES AS A PARTICIPANT last two months July and ****** HAVE NOT BEEN COMPENSATED YET!!! No one RETURNS CALLS, NO REPLY TO EMAIL REQUESTS, THEY SENT REWARD TO FOCUS GROUP WALLET AND STILLNOT PAID. I tried to login to my wallet and it says technical error I can no longer check on my rewards status. I have one of the clients cellphone number whom came to my house for a study I am going tell that client what is happening.

      I did a home decor study the for 3 days in July and then another interview a week later for extra $ and have yet to be paid. I've emailed and emailed and kept being told "20 business days" and we're well past that. I'm convinced at this point i wont be getting paid. Would not recommend this company for market research. there are several better ones out there.

      They will never send me my $165 Amazon gift card that was earned for my participation in your survey. The survey was taken at the end of June, July 9th the points finally hit my account and I was able to choose the gift card on that date. I am immediately took the points and converted to an Amazon gift card. That request began on July 9 and we still havent received a thing beyond Processing How this company can defraud consumers and attach their clients to this negativity is beyond my comprehension. we are no more than unpaid employees in this company should be shut down

      I can't believe ******** would use this company to complete surveys on their behalf. With all the negative reviews I can't understand how they're still in business. How do they get away with not paying after one completes a survey, I mean there headquarters is in the heart of downtown ******* .

      i'm shocked this company continues to rip people off. I'm going to call the company we did the meeting with and tell them that Sago does NOT pay their clients. I did 2 jobs and nothing was heard from them. They confirmed with me for my meeting 7 times in a 24 hour period and I responded each time. They have you put the request in a wallet then in 2 weeks give you a code. I got the money into the wallet but that's where it ends. You respond to the code and then in 2-3 weeks are supposed to get an opportunity to request your reimbursement. Then you have to wait again to get it. The only way to contact them is through an email that takes a day to get back to you and then they say they were busier than normal and they'll get back to you but they never do. They get paid either up front or after the study is done. Sago holds onto the money for months for either investment purposes or interest. How can a company continue to do this to so many people. Reddit has sections of people who are complaining about them.

      When you are chosen to test a product there is ample communication about product delivery information as well as detailed participation guidelines. I get paid the original promised amount within the promised timeframe. I do not have any complaints. In my experience product testing through focusgroup.com the company is upfront and honest about payment processing timelines. All this info is very easy to find. If you don't find the payment processing timelines satisfactory maybe try a different company. Sago pays more so I am willing to wait.

      A few hours after I posted this Sago deposited the points in my account. When redeeming them for a virtual **** a small note popped up that they were extremely backlogged and it make take longer than the 20 business days to process my card. I'm still waiting to see this company go out of business in the blink of an eye. This is just shady beyond belief. I urge anyone out there who is thinking of working with Sago to seriously give it a second thought. Just read thru almost every review posted in the past year. This company MUST be teetering on the brink of bankruptcy to not be able to process a digital gift card within minutes or hours, I will update as this goes along. Probably months! Sago, pay me now, let me cash out, and i will be a thing of the past. Also...people were recruited by other companies for this Sago focus group and were paid IMMEDIATELY after the focus group ended. So it's just Sago that's holding on to the money.

      On 6/27/24, I redeemed a virtual gift card for $27 after completing surveys online. The virtual gift card said processing once I redeemed it and it still has not been processed since. I reached out to the help desk on 7/12/24 and received an automated response back. I have not heard anything since, so I reached out to them again today. It has been close to a month since I redeemed the virtual gift card. I noticed that other people have been having similar problems with not getting paid. I wouldn't waste your time doing any focus groups for this company, since they have not been paying out the rewards.
