      I did a 90 minute zoom meeting/survey on June 18, 2024. I have never been paid. Every time I write to them. They keep not wanting to take responsibility. The survey was from them then a second party, Discusso. They keep pushing me back and forth. One company blaming it on another company. Sago is the one who had me do the survey and met the requirements. They are the one who should be paying me.

      This company is horrible. I did a focus group with them on June 12th and received the email on July 6th I got my points, on the same day I put in for a virtual rewards ***** This item has been stuck on processing since then. I have sent emails, I have made calls. Not a comment or anything in regards to this. At this point just go out of business because the customer service is horrible. They don't even deserve 1 star at this point.

      I believe they don't have any concerns what so ever about their customers. If I'm taking the time out of my day to splatter cream all over my face not knowing what's in it then I do except my incentive for doing so. I choose the virtual **** and apparently this company does not know what virtual means because I chose the **** on 07/02/2024 and it still says processing... No information no virtual **** information.. Nothing. .... Pathetic and uncalled for. If you can't pay people who are working for you then close your doors because it's not OK.!?

      Still waiting. I've emailed several times and I get the same robotic email back. No information. It's going on 23 days. For some people it's the only income they have right now and it's really unprofessional to have people work for you and not pay them.

      On June 12th 2024, I did a taste test for Sago. I was told -and received a confirmation email that I would receive payment within twenty days. I have yet to receive payment. On July 1st, I emailed Sago only to be told that they are experiencing higher volumes and to allow additional time for a response. I am writing this complaint on the 11th. After having read the other horror stories posted on here. It is safe to say that I will not be participating in anymore focus groups by this company and I will definitely spread the word on their reluctance/neglect/failure to pay.

      My gift card reward has said processing for a month now.. with virtual it shouldnt take more than a few minutes to send. Very frustrated and disappointed.

      It has been over 6 months and I still have not received the incentive for the study I completed for them. I have emailed them 4 times and called three times, without a single response.

      As good business practice, you should let customers know and be upfront that it will take 2 months to receive pymt. I was told 2 weeks. I called and thr voicemail said 6 weeks. Left a message, no answer. No notification of reward available to add to the card. I just so happen to be on the website and saw points available. Emailed the listed email to find out it will take another 20 days to load the reward to a virtual card. Ridiculous and unacceptable business practices. I'll never participate or refer to anyone again.

      I have been a participant with this company for many years under Schlesinger. Since they've become Focus Groups by Sago, it has gone downhill. The reviews, lack of contact, unprofessional communication/voicemails received, and unsatisfactory ****************** make this less than one star of a company. I would love to reclaim my time as I never see fit to provide reviews unless favorable, but this has been lackluster at best.

      I completed a study for them in April that I started in February for people with my disease. The incentive is $350 and I STILL haven't received my money. I have a choice between virtual gift cards or a physical card. However I spoke to a representative who told me that the physical card takes even longer! I keep calling and calling and emailing over an over and I get the same response..how it takes a while to process the incentives, etc. etc. My advice: STAY AWAY FROM SAGO! It's now worth the stress and your time! Praying that I get my incentive sometime this year!
