    Deposited money 2 weeks ago never was applied to account to bet but was taken from bank same second been contacted them for 2 weeks and nothing same answer every day we are working on it do not ever use them use someone else thay don't care about customers

    I too would give negative stars if I could. two weeks ago I got weird text messages as if somebody was trying to get into my account you know a verification code and then the next day I got an email that said your deposit failed and I didnt make a deposit so I contacted *** and told them what was going on they froze my account and had me send over four different sets of pictures. My ID a selfie a picture with my ID picture with a piece of mail blah blah blah. Its been nine days and my account is still on hold every time I call they say the relevant team is working on it and they wont let me cash out my $141. .00. I just got done contacting my local gaming commission and Im gonna file a report here if I can. they are shady not to mention I sent my fianc my referral code and when he calls to see where it was, they told him oh we had that promo like they didnt know and he had to argue with them for 30 minutes before they gave it to him. I still havent received mine because its on hold as far as Im concerned they can keep their stupid $100. I just want my money out, and never use this app again

    They lost my withdrawal, I was told the card doesnt show on account at first , now it does show up, I havent been credited. I am just told relevant team will help its been over 2 weeks. I was told to wait 5-7 days.

    Been trying to reach someone for days now and no response. I have contacted the ******************** as well. I also called Global Payment Solution whom they keep saying it's their fault and it isn't true. Please have someone contact me about my money. Or I will be filing a police report and *** bet ***. Enough is enough.

    How BetMGM and other online casinos are legal is beyond me. The standard return to player on slots is 92%, however it seems BetMGM is closer to 20%. They will say RNG and blah blah blah, but they are 100% rigged to make you lose EVERY time. My guess is they have data on how you play and know they can give you some winnings in the beginning of when you start playing but will eventually change the system so that you lose. I cannot get over how difficult it is to get a bonus nowadays. Im talking $100 in and no bonuses the entire time. Or recently, I won $0.79 on my one and only bonus. I am glad to say *** permanently closed all of my online casino accounts in ********. Hope they enjoyed the $5,000+ I lost because they will not get another ***** from me again. Good riddance, thieves!

    Horrible theifs!! Me and boyfriend have been trying to recieve our $1200 we won online ....they keep giving us the run around and requesting the a same information (we have sent 10 times now) we request a call or someone to help us but they never do

    I would certainly leave something lower than 1 star if I could. BetMGM used to have great offers and wonderful live assistance. Now they purposely make offers complicated, so much that they intend for you to make a mistake to miss certain steps with the hopes you deposit more money. Here recently someone by the name of ******* left me on hold for 30 minutes and never came back. Bottom of the barrel company hiring ignorant morons. Find one of the other sites to ****** in you intend to do it online. Stay away from this one like it has the plague

    My account has been restricted for no reason for over one month. They send me bonuses every single day, and then say Im not allowed to use them. Ive lost over $100 in bonuses this month and all they can say is use a different device .. tried that. That didnt work either. False advertising!!
