  As others have stated, they deserve zero stars. BetMGM is is a pathetic joke of a sportsbook with so many technical problems, they are barely usable. When you experience a problem - and you WILL, this is a guarantee - their support is absolutely useless. If a BetMGM glitch causes you to lose money, you are out of luck. They will give you the runaround, outright lies or simply ignore you. I lost $140 in stakes due to their garbage tappp gift cards failing to validate and then causing my deposit ability to be "paused" for 24 hours. The most important thing everyone needs to do is file complaints on BetMGM. First you must file a formal complaint through BetMGM and get a ticket number. After they fail to amicably solve your problem - 99.9% guaranteed outcome - you need to use that ticket number to then file a complaint with the state gaming commission. These complaints require BetMGM resources to address and a high volume of complaints is probably the only thing that has a chance of holding this terrible company accountable.

  They literally deserve zero stars. ******************* kept freezing. Slots would fall on pay lines, then move to a losing position. ******** care didnt help at all. They just kept saying sorry and is there anything else they can help me with. This bet MGM need need to be reported to the gaming commission as well as my state AG.

  I'm not sure how Bet MGM is allowed to operate. Like the hundreds of not thousands of others that have been fleeced by MGM im now one of their victims with no recourse. I'm in a state that only allows one option which is ACH vip preferred which is handled by global gaming systems in *****. This method has always been fine to deposit and withdraw ***** USD after deposits in the same range. That is until I turned $5 into $565. Then when I tried to withdraw they insisted on sending half via trustly online banking which I've never used and is illegal in my state. When I contacted them they told me 100 times to delete my card. I've never used a card and have no option to do that. I was told wait 48 hours, 3 days later I got an email saying they deleted my card and I can use my preferred method now. They actually deleted my ACH account and now there's no way to withdraw my balance! They have since blocked all deposits and won't return my emails. We need to get together and *** them as it's obvious they purposely cheat us out of our money. I can still bet of course but I can't get the winnings. If they were an actual bookie there would definitely be some violence. Id not hesitate to hurt anyone that steals from me. I am filing a class action lawsuit and I will win way more than they're trying to steal.

  I'm not sure if it's intentionally done, but they are quick to take deposits, but ungodly complicated when regarding withdraws. I use e-commerce for everything Amazon, Door Dash, ******************* etc. I've never had issues with transactions that I can think of at least. However, BetMGM wants to be the exception it seems.Did a small bet for a UFC fight lost half my cash and wanted to withdraw the remaining amount ***** nothing crazy. I closed the old PayPal account I used for the initial transaction due to too many emails trying to clean up. So, for one you can only withdraw money of you've used a deposit source. So in my case this forced me to make a $10.00 deposit to register my card. Once I did that they tries to refund my $10.00 back to the new card but kept pushing the $***** to the account that no longer exists.Now, "I'll get an email" in a few days where I'll have to submit a picture of my drivers license to remove my old info on my account. Over $*****? They need that much evidence after entering my Social and more?Not only is this inconvenient to say the least. This is a cyber security nightmare. How much personal info do they need? How many loopholes can they create to void the customer of a small return? Additionally, I want to believe this is created to make the customer give up and just re-****** the remaining amount to lose it all.Thankfully, I just like UFC and don't have a gambling problem already have too many problems as is, but these tactics almost feel predatory and dishonest. Not a fan.

  I find it crazy, that you cannot make a single bet, they push you to do a parley, lowering the better chance to win and giving them a better chance to win. It's been over a week and they say they are working on it. I've reached out to mass. Gambling commission twice and got no return emails.

  TERRIBLE ! **** put my account on hold after i spoke to a customer service rep about adding a new payment method? now i have to wait 5-7 days for something HE DID , not me . i spoke to multiple people and they all lied and said it was a location issue whole time my account is blocked and no one told me. TERRIBLEEEE

  BetMGM app is terrible. Support does nothing to fix issues with their app. Support responds a couple times, explaining what I need to do to fix their issues. After nothing works and I send them a message that is a little harsh, they seem to get insulated and quit responding all together. This company is a joke.

  I won multiple times and betmg marks them as a lost and I gotta call them to change it and they are rude and they will not let me withdraw money they tell you gotta wait and by that time I spend most of it they are great robbers beware dont use site

  Been trying to log into my account for 5 days and my account is blocked for no reason. Here's what it reads when I try to log in:Your account is currently blocked. This is because you opted to self-exclude yourself from our products.I can get no help by email, online and they don't have a number to call. Worst experience I've had on betting sites. Helpless situation and now I just want to withdraw my money and use another site. The customer service reps are useless and give the same answers every time.
