DO NOT SIGN UP FOR THIS...What they are doing is basically fraud! I had their "protection plan" for awhile but when they decided to more than triple their rates I decided to cancel my protection plan. That was back in APRIL of 2024. They continue to charge me monthly as it appears on my PA American Water bill (apparently they have zero affiliation with them) despite having all the cancellation documentation, etc....and now just received my November's bill with the charge still appearing...each month I call and they give me the same run-around.....when asked to speak with a boss or manager or supervisor they're never around and state they will contact me to no avail. This is fraud! The PA ****************** and the PA ************************* seems like the next necessary course of action!

I signed up for water and sewer line insurance through American Water Resources and signed onto the web site..Returning to the web site where i signed in the first time it says my email is not recognized as an account holder. I thought maybe i needed to re-register my account and when i do so and fill out the registry it says my email is already a registered account holder. I found it impossible to sign in so i called. When i called i spoke to a person who had such an heavy accent it was really hard to understand what he was saying. He asked me to hold then shorty came back to the phone and asked me for my information and when i gave him what i have he said it was the same as what he had already. He told me to give him a few days to relay the information to get my account working so i was able to see my coverages online. He also wanted me to sign up for additional coverage saying my water line is only covered from the house to the road. Gave me a new price and said he was ready to sign me up for the additional coverage. I told him not until i am able to see this contract online and that i am able to sign in would i agree to any additional. He said to give him 2 days to fix my request. It has been 2 weeks later now and still i can not get on to the web site..I called again and now it says my wait time is 35 minutes to talk to someone and that they will call me back. I am not happy so far with what i am seeing since signing on for this insurance and unless they fix this issue today i will be cancelling.American Water Resources, LLC

Not a customer and never will be. I received a letter in the mail for solicitation, but as other reviewers have noted this business is fishy to say the least. And before they try to reply with the same bogus response they copy and paste for each and every reviewer, no I will NOT reach out to them via email, phone/text, or online.American Water Resources, LLC

I contacted American Water Resources Home Warranty on October 14, 2024 concerning my furnace. A technician was send out by them call " **********************. Boy did they me 2 didn't things.While the guy was at my home, he called 2 locations about the part, and one told him, he has it. While he was on his way, to pick up the part, a lady from the company told him, he has a 1pm appointment. And need to come back to me later.When he did return, he said, it would be better, I get my ****** clean, and he will put another part on it.When I contacted American Water Resources Home Warranty, told them, they said, to wait until 2 weeks, to see what happen with my furnace. I found out; the part was never put on, when another guy from same location came out, and try to get me give him money, on the side, when he done nothing.I will never do business with American Water Resources Home Warranty again.American Water Resources, LLC

American Water Resources is an absolute scam.If you are interested in getting the services based on the rates, understand that those are introductory rates and that the rate will more than double without any announcement.If you have to call in be prepared to wait on hold for at least an hour just to speak to a "human" that can do nothing more than repeat their scripted lines.Make sure to call American Water Resources directly as you cannot discuss anything regarding their services with American H2O even though that is how you will be billed.I am exactly 1:44:36 into my call at the moment and I was just put on hold again so that I can speak to another department about cancelling my service."Businesses" like this should not exist. You are not purchasing insurance with this company, you're purchasing a false sense of peace of mind.Get sewer and water line protection through your homeowners policy like I did FOR A LOWER RATE FROM A REPUTABLE COMPANY.Don't waste your time or money with American Water Resources.I intend on spending a lot of time spreading the word, so that others can avoid this company at all cost.American Water Resources, LLC

Ive been in contact with countless representatives and supervisors for 6 months now regarding a fraudulent charge on my gas bill. To make a long story short, I enrolled in a surge protection warranty program when setting up my gas account. Just a few hours later on the same day, I called back in to cancel and was told it was canceled. Oncourse, or American Home Solutions or American Water resources- whatever this company calls themselves- has admitted over text and over the phone to me that they received my cancellation request that day yet my account was not updated and the charge appeared on my gas bill which was paid via autopay. This company is so vile and untrustworthy that theyd rather string me along for 6 months promising that a credit will appear on my gas bill than to just send me a check for my $8.98.American Water Resources, LLC

I was considering purchasing this **************************** Line Protection program. In fact, I was actually pleased when the mailing arrived at my home last week. I took to the internet to see what other would-be customers and current/past customers had to say. I was astounded, in a BAD WAY!My goodness, all the 1-star ratings and poor disparaging comments really put this company, American Water ************* in a bad light. How could someone choose to pay this amount of money every month relying on the protection and if or when something happens, contact with the provider is difficult or impossible to be made. How could a good, above board, ethical company be trying at all and receive the amount of unfavorable feedback that they have? And this corp is for real?
