      Trust me , DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!!! I have been waiting for over 4 days to get a water shut off valve fixed and they never responded. TERRIBLE

      I have been waiting for two weeks for my leak to be repaired. I have contacted both AWR and the contractor but have been unable to get leak repaired. According to AWR the proposal is being reviewed. Meanwhile there is interior damage to my home. Mold is growing in the walls and the paint in the floor is bubbling. I cannot contain the leak because it is seeping through the walls. I have called numerous times and asked for a supervisor but the agents answering the phone have heavy accents and I dont believe they know the urgency of my request. The contractors hands are tied.

      Years ago this company was very responsive and helpful. Now they are complete trash. The last three (3) events I had, they found a reason why it wasn't in policy. Stay away!!!

      This organization does not respond to calls. They drop your call after being on hold for over 20 minutes. They will sometimes say they are transferring you to someone else but then drop your call. I trul wonder if they have ever reponded to a need for service. I wasted money by paying them for repairs to water lines, sewrer lines and in-home plumbing. I am posting this review to warn others not to waste money on this insurance joke.

      I contacted AWR 10/13/2022 at 9:30a.m. I was provided two claim numbers. I was told someone would contact me that day. I called back at 6:00pm and was told the one person they contacted declined to service me but they would continue to look and to call back the next day. I did and was told they are going thru a computer update and to call back Monday or Tuesday. I did. No one has returned my call. I have spoke to a manager who promised to call me. He didn't. I spoke another person who disconnected the call while i was reading my claim number and she never called back. I spoke to yet another who was going to send me some info via email and request a supervisor to contact me back. Never happened. I went on the. I am now calling back for the 6th time. If this isn't resolved, I will be requesting all my money that I have paid for this service on all three accounts.

      This company is trash....I have literally been on the phone with them for 2 & 1/2 hours & the supervisor can't find anyone, the reps can't find no one.....I've been calling since last Saturday 10-15-22....electricity issues in my house & NO RESPONSE. I want to leave it at 0 stars, but I can't in order for my review to post. Just curious do they have a trash can rating because I'd put that......COM ON AWR GET ME A REPAIR PERSON. O wait they'll put me on hold.

      I've paid my bill and still receiving a late notice.I've called twice and still waiting for a reply. So sad!!! Hours have passed with no reply.What if I needed work with a busted line? Bad business in my opening.

      I called re my ***************** Line Protection on 10/13/2022 and was assigned a number for my request, and told that a contractor would be in touch the same day. Today is 10/16/2022 and I have not heard from anyone.I called the next day 10/14/2022 and ONLY emergency calls are being entertained as some maintenance is going on and I can approach them on the web.That website has maintenance notice until 10/18/2022, so there seems no recourse.Very disappointed as throwing money away as not available when I need them.*******************

      No electric customer services reached out for assigning a contractor. I was advised to engage a private contractor and submit the invoice and receipt.I informed ***************** who reached out to me after BBB contacted AWR. When she called on 10/25/22 to ask situation I told her my pvt electric contractor was in my house assessing what needs to be done, and the electrician competed the work on 10/26/22. After my repairs were done on 10/26/22 then on 10/28/22 ****************** got in touch to do the electric work and i told them it was already done two days ago.***************** asked me to submit completed forms which will be sent to me for reimbursement along with my invoice and receipt to ************************************************ I got the form and it was information for a clothes dryer. When i called amw they said it was OK to complete that form and send it. I sent all the necessary completed forms and invoice and receipt on 11/8/2022. to the ************************************************I called on 11/15/2022 to check if they had it and lady I spoke with said I should sent it to ************************************************** as that is where it should go to, I resent to new email address while she was on hold, she inspected them and confirmed she had them all.Next morning on 11/16/22 I get an email from Settlement queue saying:Your account is in a new system. To avoid any further delay for review of your claim please send your information to the following email *********************************************** Since I have no acknowledgement I called again today 11/17/22 to confirm if the latest requested email had got to them and was told, you were sent the wrong form for "clothes dryer" so you need to fill out a new form.Told her I was instructed to cross out clothes dryer and put in my repaired item information which I had as electric receptacles were being repaired.I am at my **** end being pushed around with no end in sight. Kindly help me get my reimbursement. I have left messages for ***************** who had reached out since the BBB got in touch with company but have not heard back.******************* ************

      Disappointed.I live in a apartment and one month we got an unusually high bill (about six time the normal bill). Put aside and decided to deal with it later. Forgot. A while later I was going to walk a dog and found a note hanging outside saying your water was disconnected? (I was home all day, never even new when they did it). Okay. So I pay the bill and guess what up to 7 business days to turn it on. They said I was really lucky and I will get it connected some time tomorrow (sometime from 7:30 am to 4:30 pm.I don't care about the money, but I am really upset about not being able to take a shower. But, I guess, it's not like I can go ahead and change the service. Ladies on a phone were extremely nice to me, but I still stink and extremely frustrated.

      I keep getting screwed over by this company..over and over they send my bill to my address of 6 years ago and then threatened to shut off my water and charge me outrageous prices. I always pay my bills and always pay on time if I receive them on time. I have 4 kids how can you threaten to cut off someone's water with children. Disgusting.
