Good company. I've used their services sereral times in the past 4 or 5 years I've been with them. I highly recommend them as they have always been courtious, prompt, & always making sure I was pleased. 5 stars all the way

1 starthis is a scam. they dispatched a company (that never showed up) that was 900 miles from my home in Lancaster, **. I filed a complaint with the ** CONSUMER PROTECTION, CONTACTED OUR LOCAL TV STATION (WGAL TV 8 ) ABOUT THIS SCAM, FILED A COMPLAIN WITH THE ATTY GENERAL OFFICE IN ************, I had to contract with my own contractor (took 1.5 hours) to have him come out and unclog a sewer. I filed with AWR for payment, this happened in April 2022, and I am still waiting for payment of $858.00.AVOID AT ALL COSTS! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!ALSO, THE CALL CENTER HAS A FIREWALL BETWEEN CUSTOMERS AND THE COMPANY,You cannot reach a supervisor, or any other person except their rude inept call center!AVOID-------AVOID--------AVOID--------IT IS A SCAM!Review fromMichelle M

American Water Resources is ******** I have been waiting on one of their contractors to come back and finish cement work. They deal with unprofessional contractors. ****************** in ************ is one. I have been waiting for 5 month for them to come back and finish cement work. they never came back to finish a job they started. I still have a hole and front of my door. The plumbing was done in May 2022. It is now September, and they still have not finish the job. Allstate has a cheaper Plan for Plumbing pipe. I am going to take my business to them. I am sure I will be in good hands. NO STARS HERE!!!!!!!! AMERICAN WATER RESOURCES IS BAD NEWS.American Water Resources, LLC

Once able to get through the service came the next morning and when the blockage returned a few days later they again came promptly the next morning and solved the problem.American Water Resources, LLC

We had a great experience with American Water Resources. We have the water and sewer line protection. Our main drain was backflowing very bad. Called them and within 4 hours a contracted and licensed professional was at our house and quickly cleared the line. We've only had the policy for a month now but so far no issues.American Water Resources, LLC

I see why ***** advised me if I file another complaint, it will come directly to her. Just reading the responses below, sounds like she wrote them! It's really sad a company such as this has so many negative reviews and no sense of urgency for their errors! I paid for services rendered and was to be reimbursed from them, and find out today, their AP ***** sent the funds to another location. As much money this company generates, they do not offer, certified mail which I find so hard to believe! The Escalation Specialist *****, pretty much advised me she handles all escalations and no one else can ir will assist. I have huge issues when a company gives that much POWER to one person. This is how businesses fail because the *** SD is not involved in the day-to-day activities of their complaints!! I guess I will go on my LinkedIn and find the *** of this company and share my concerns. Nothing may get done about it, however, at least my words will be seen!Beware consumersAmerican Water Resources, LLC

unprofessional business I have ever dealt with. Please do not use this company. I had 3 policy's with them for 2water heaters & 1 waterline and SewerLine protection effective date of 3 policy's are; 03/18/20/18. Plumber came for 1st FI Water Heater on August 8, I paid me***** cash before they would look at the heater. advised it was not fixable. On August 19, 2022 Plumber came for 2nd Fl water heater I paid ***** advised by plumber not fixable. American Water Resource DENIED BOTH CLAIMS. ******* wanted over ***** each not counting and other legitimate charges he may have. After numerous, numerous calls &send emails. they cannot call any other Department to find any status on your claim.American Water Resources, LLC

This company is a SCAM. There should be an option for ZERO stars. I have been a member for years but when there's a problem my money is thrown in the sewer water that's in my basement. I called 2wks ago with a sewer problem, I don't understand why I am still waiting for a call back????I had to pay another company $1200 to blast the roots out of the sewer pipe. On another problem I was told because the sewer trap is high near the ceiling that the job couldn't be done and a trap had to be put 5feet from the floor. This was done but the company that came in last week used the original trap that was to high and I was told that the new trap was unnecessary. This company just wants to collect monthly fees and NEVER SOLVE THE PROBLEM. I will see you American Water Resources on *******************.American Water Resources, LLC
