      This company is a scam, they charged my card 11 times on the initial service setup. I cancelled service the same day, and they continued to take money from my account. I called, and they assured me my plan was cancelled, upon calling again the same day, they said they couldnt cancel it because their systems werent working. I literally called them 26 times to no avail! Do not deal with this company, they are incompetent, liars, and fraudulent!

      The first time I had a water leak they were great, had a plumber come out same day and fixed it right then, this time it took 3 days to get plumber out, they took pictures of problem, and said they would be back after American water resources approved it, WHAT? Have called awr 3 times and they have lied to me, told me they called the plumber and they woul be back out today ro fix it. But when I call the plumber, they haven't heard from awr. Someone is lying and I'm over it

      I called to notify AWR that I was not renewing the program coverage. I was told a supervisor had to talk to me to verify. I was on hold for 30 to 40 minutes, I hung-up, disgusted. A few days later, my wife noticed a pending transaction from *** to renew our coverage. They were not authorized to withdraw directly form my checking account. If *** tries this again, I will file a report/complaint, with the *********** office. ***, they were always paid by check, not by routing number.

      Unfortunately, bad experience with them, I made many phone calls x 2-3 weeks about my electric program warranty, expecting to receive a phone from a supervisor, but they said that "someone will call me", also wasting time ( almost 30 minutes x each phone call) and still with the same problem... definitely will cancel this program at ***.

      NO STARS BUT I HAD TO PICK ONEI had plumbing issues, so three different times I called in and verified it would be covered. They then told me they were gonna send out a plumber to look. Four days later, they told me they didn't have any plumbers and I should hire my own..My guy came out and told me what was wrong. Called american water people back again to confirm that it was covered and they told me it was so I did the work..When I submitted the claim they told me I wasn't covered and I appealed it.They denied it and it cost me 2700 bucks.I canceled immediately.They outsource customer service reps. *** can't understand them and they don't know the rules and it ends up s******* you..

      I have been getting notices from the company that my payment was declined and my account will be cancelled. I have called numerous times to stop and when I speak to various customer service representivevthey say no worries you account is in good standing but I keep getting theses notices. The representative would transfer to a supervisor. The representative Im sure was reading from a script and in another country because although they spoke English ther was no comprehension so they did not understand my issue

      I have called numerous times to get into my online account to update my billing information. I called about two weeks ago and updated it via phone. Today, my payment was declined. I called and got connected to a *** that could not help me. He just kept requesting my updated payment info, even after I told him that I gave it weeks ago. I just need access to my online account, since my daughter handles all my accounts since I am a senior citizen. When I hit forgot password, the code that is supposed to come to my email doesn't.I had my daughter call with me on the line this morning and got nowhere except frustrated even more. I have been with the company for years and never had these problems.

      This is a scam company, I recently make a claim for my property, and *** rejected the claim and said is existing issues. But the problem underneath. How do we know is previous existing. when the house have problems, they rejected. AWR sent letter to neighbor street remind that they recently do the job close by, so all the house has existing issues. No pipes happen right away and let you find out right away. Insurance already active and now they rejected it. We should make lawsuits together that they probably have better services, and customers hang up our phone twice, this is the service from ***.
