      Takes forever to get customer **********************. Always a problem. Even when my account has a stable balance sometimes my toll device won't work. They don't send enough emails or even call when your balance is running low, so it basically, in my opinion, sets you up to fail and need to start a new account and buy a new device.

      when i dealt with **** for my easy pass any problems were always solved in a courteous manner,ever ** took over ez pass it has been a disaster just like everything *** gets involved in,njmv,inspection lts all about incompetent and unqualified people

      If you wait on the phone for 2 hours for a person to answer, they always wave the fees for a missed toll for EZ Pass owners. However, if you try to pay the missed toll via mail and use the back of the document to explain that you are an EZ Pass customer, they send you to collections. How is this legal?!

      Please do NOT!!! DO NOT USE THEM!!!! They conveniently forget to tell you that they deduct $1.00 from your account balance each month for non use. Then when you're least expecting it and the balance dips below the threshold. They hit your bank account with the amount to replenish it. In my case $25. I have (excuse me, HAD) roughly $50 left to my name. I am currently fighting homelessness and trying to find employment. They kept me on hold for ************************************************************************************** (she was not) when she didn't even know I was calling to close my account. She assumed I was just calling with mobile log in issues (which was another problem on its own). They are rip off artists and we should not allow them to **** ** with these highway robbery practices!!!

      New Jersey EZ ************** sends you violations for vehicles you do not own. Even when questioning the violation and the picture they submit is of no vehicle I have ever owned. Their customer ********************** is the worse and they dont look to resolve your matter professionally. But this is what you would expect from a failing state where their population is fleeing in record numbers. Idiots.

      Everyone here needs to contact your State representative! This review section is useless!!! BBB should do better! NJ EZ-pass is a criminal organization!!! Their customer ********************** is an absolute garbage! I just contacted my State representative! See where it goes!!

      If there was a negative rating, ** EZ PASS would certainly receive it! I cannot believe with the amount of taxes paid to live in this state, the administrative fees we pay for an antiquated system and their finagling to increase replenishment fees when THEY please, there is NO ONE to answer their phone lines. The website looks to be created by a 5 year old (wait a 5 year old today would do better) and monthly statements are quarterly at best! They CHARGE you if you want or need a monthly statement - who does that! Then to top it off and after waiting 58mins for a human voice, the rep puts me on hold and HANGS UP ON ME!!! She hasn't called me back either. New Jersey's ez pass personnel, infrastructure and Governor needs to be changed!!! Bunch of Knuckleheads (quoting ******). Absolutely AWEFUL service!!!

      They have suspended my registration for tolls i should've have been charged. i called them multiple times to resolve the issue no response. the manager was suppose to call back nothing. and now my car is impound and nothing i can do until i speak with them. this is one of the biggest inconveniences i ever had.

      ** ezpass is such a scam. I have 2 cars with 2 ezpass and i did not know that the car had to be registered but had one of my ezpass on and went to AC twice. For ** toll, ** ezpass told me that since my ezpass was 3 years old that my battery is not good and will send me new ezpass and also told me that my cars must be register to the ezpass now so that even if i do not have the ezpass, it will be charged to your plate and just call ** ezpass and tell them to charge my ezpass for the charges. When i called and told them the situation, they made me pay $200 for the ticket. I paid and now it's the 3rd time they are trying to charge me extra $200 for the tickets for not having ezpass. It ** such a scam what ** ezpass is doing. Customer ********************** act like they're gangsters. I really hope they do something about them.
