      Ezpass does NOT have anyone answeriing their phones and continue to rack up admin fees without any help to the customer. How are we to resolve a problem if no one is availbel to assit. Clearly an attemp to collect more money without any regard to paying customers.

      Just got ripped off for $20 for tags bc E-ZPass put me on ******* (which I would never authorize). They went into my account for a $25 replenishment when I already had over $30 in my account. CS rep. I insisted I set up autopay because my checking account info is on file. It's on file ** I originally had autopay, it was abused + I cancelled it YEARS ago. They are taking $20 for use of my tags which makes no sense at all. This is a total scam. I'm so disappointed rn. Removing all banking information immediately. Buyer beware.

      I have tried calling the customer ********************** line **+ times but I have waited 60 minutes or more each time and since Im a full time student and working full time, I could not wait any long to speak to a representative. I have been charged violations for an issue regarding my e-zpass not working properly and I addressed this multiple times and was told to ignore it but continue to receive violation fees. The fact that I cant even get in contact with a representative to speak about this again is absurd. Updates need to be made to the system of staffing because customers should not be overcharged without being able to receive support to address the issues.

      AWFUL company. Trying to cancel an account for my 91-year-old mother who no longer drives. Termination clause in agreement states such cancellation can occur through calling (waited on hold for 2 hours first time; 1 hour second time); faxing (rejected by receiver both times); emailing (no email provided); and returning the pass with letter. I'm trying that now. If that doesn't work, I'm going to cancel her credit card and let them try to bill her. That's probably the only way they will contact me.

      I tried to update my credit card for over a month. They are trying to charge me $4,000 in admin fees for a couple hundred dollars in tolls. Ive been a customer for 10 years. After an hour and a half they finally picked up the phone and told me I cant pay with updated card info until I pay the thousands of dollars in admin fees so my violations will continue to occur. The State is literally stealing money from their residents. Something needs to be done. I cant wait to move out this corrupt state

      this is the worst service ever!!!!!! Keeps you on forever, literally almost 2 hours, it gives 0 options to actually try to dispute an abusive charge fee of $50 for a **** $3.50 toll which by the way, i am a ez pass customer!!!! But yet it does not allow me to transfer my toll charge to my account by web or by phone. This whole system is a SCAM!!!! they force to stay on hold so you can lose your patience and wind up paying theyre ridiculous fees! How the h*** is this even allowed! For the amount of money these ppl steal, please improved this system!!!!

      Customer ********************** is VERY VERY VERY bad...they kept charging me and i was not using the EZpass ...also i had a business account and a personal account and they kept sending me violations...the service was so bad they rep was soooo nasty!! the state needs to step in and get this **** in order!!! i have never been spoken to as rude and nasty!! i was on hold for a hour and half ,,,and once the rep started talking sooooooo rude she then hung up!! can someone please help and teach your reps ******** **********************. i gave a 1 star ONLY because i could not give a -10 star

      MAJOR SCAM BEING RUN BY EZPASS Ive been charged $1,500 in the last 11 months this fraudulent company takes $500 out of my account yesterday and also in January with no mailed statements or explanations. Ive got one mailed statement from last year before I signed up, $17 toll with $40 admin charge are you serious

      Went through 5 tolls 3 accidentally got a receipt sent check! Check was mailed back apparently wrong adress their other payment center is in *******! I called with EZPASS Delawares #! All was taken care of over phone, and some now Im getting violations! PAID 1 not realizing! Now they are after more!! On hold for HOURS!! Zero customer **********************! My problem would have tooken 5 min *** over phone call! And CAN NOT take care of over internet cause internet demands you pay FINES! Which In my case THERE SHOULD BE NONE! Considering I mailed my check within 48 hours and by the time I got my check back in the mail I ALREADY HAD THE OTHER VIOLATIONS IN THE MAIL! So I CALLED GIVING THEM THE VIOLATIONS THEY TOOK MY EZPASS I SAID WHAT EVER TOLL VIOLATIONS FROM THAT DAY I BELIEVE IT WAS $9.20 TOTAL! Still getting violations!

      WHY DO YOU HAVE TO GIVE ANY STARS!!! After reading the reviewsWHY IS THIS COMPANY STILL IN BUSINESS AND WHY IT HAS NOT BEEN DEALT WITH THE GOVERNMENT OR OFFICIALS?I received a collection notification stating I owe $50.70. I called the Credit Collection Services, ********************************************************, who stated they could not help me with the violation, file a police report for stolen tags and to call New Jersey E-ZPASS. I spent 1:56:44 minutes on hold for someone to answer. After the rudeness and unprofessional behavior, I asked for the agents name(****, not sure if she was telling the truth). I gave her the violation number only for her to say the name ****** and make Highlander white which I DONT own. Then she stated well its silver. Again, I dont own that vehicle. I HAVE NOT WENT TO THROUGH ANY TOLL AND FEEL THIS IS A COMPANY WHO HAS BROUGHT PARTIAL INFORMATION TO SCAM PEOPLE! Then, she proceeded to ask me my vehicle make and model. I asked her if you stated the make ****** and model Highlander that doesnt belong to me why should give I give you my information for yall to say oh we made a mistake. I dont owe any amount of money nor have I been to **************** or a Toll. Not to mention I have never been nor do I know where this street is located. The kicker of this all is the The Collection said they didnt know where the street was and for me to ****** it. Also, if I wanted to dispute it to send in my information. I feel this is a Scam! If you are showing a car that I dont own as stated by E-ZPASS AGENT AKAR WHY AM I BEING HARASSED? It should be help for innocent people like myself without sending my information.
