      They are theive who steal money from customers and it sad that the state is letting it happen. The state made a lay that they have cat just charge the 50 dollar administration fee without looking if the customer has an ez pass. The state allowed the to charge if the account was I. Bad standing. So now they just charge random fees to put people in bad standing so they can charge fees that have nothing to do with tolls. I hope they get sued

      Customer support is a joke, they send an email saying the device is not being recognized, I only just replaced it, its in the right place, but not reading, I am still on hold at the number given to call 70 minutes and counting! Also this is the second time I have returned a tag and it is showing not received. How does ******** allow such awful service!

      On hold for 1 hour then they hangup. Called again and hold for another 45 minutes until I hung up in disgust.

      I got a $3 toll by plate bill. No problem, paid the bill online, all is well and good right? Wrong! A month later they sent another bill with a $5 late charge added on. I call customer **********************, get put on hold for, not kidding, 3 hours, only to deal with someone who would talk over me, not listen to a word I said, tell me they can't help me, and tell me the only thing I can do is mail my bank statement to them, since that was the only proof I had, or go to the customer ********************** office in Camden. I figured the extra charge was worth avoiding the headache, so I ended up paying $11 dollars total. From here on out, I am avoiding the state of New Jersey entirely. I do not trust them to ever handle any payment I make. Frankly, I fully expect another late bill to show up a month from now.

      Truly would love to give no stars, they sent me violations that were then paid off while I was still under my parent's EZ Pass account, I have tried to sign up to get my own EZ pass and they tell me I have outstanding violations that need to be paid before I can create an account. The last notice for a violation I received in the mail was August 2nd, but when I tried to pull up the violation on their website, they claim it does not exist. Trying to jump through hoops with them is not worth the headache, do not bother wasting your time, you're better off pulling cash out and leaving it in your car. NJ EZ pass is awful.

      The phone is just a land line with a 2 minute loop of cheap high school jazz, so DO NOT try the phone, try the website where the violation # does not work so you are forced to pay additional admin late fees, snail mailing seems to be the best option in this case. I took pics of my phone length waiting stamped with date/time. I screen shot the computer where my violation # was rejected. All because these morons got the wrong time (by one second) and wrong lane. My statement shows that I paid the toll one second earlier. KEEP ALL DOCUMENTATION. Even armed with the truth, they will still send to a collection agency. Truly, a government operation!

      Would not accept my account number, either on-line and via a phone. Same number I have had for decades. Tried calling. Obviously they are either understaffed or feel their customers have nothing better to do and than stay on hold fo 40 minutes plus waiting for someone who may be able to assist. Customer ********************** is a poorly managed operation.

      Fees are completely unreasonable, representatives on the phone are rude and talk over you. A $50 fee for a 50 cents toll. 90% of the time when you call they will keep you on hold and the other 10% they will just hang up on you. It's a scam, they claimed I had a violation when I didn't even own the car I was driving. Awful, awful company. Deceptive, rude employees, dishonest and unreasonable fees.

      ** EZPASS is the worse service ever. I have paid the $2 toll due and they are trying to get additional fees from me. Only couldn't pay because I was in funeral procession, and did not know where the cemetery was located. I was burying my baby brother. I tried calling ezpass I am online for 1.5 hours. I also sent in my brothers obituary with my payment, and they are still trying to get additional $50 from me. If there was a way to leave 0 stars I would. This is racketeering at its best.
