    Ordered the Dolomite shoes/boots because I'm on my feet at least 10 hours per day and according to the reviews on other websites, people were raving about the comfort of this shoe. However, I wish I had looked on this site for reviews instead before placing an order. The shoes are very heavy and uncomfortable. After wearing them for 3 days, my feet were hurting worse than they were before I started wearing them. The shoe was digging into several areas on top of my feet and the insoles aren't comfortable at all. The only reason I'm giving 2 stars is because the shoes have an attractive design, heavy duty, waterproof and the return process was simple. So I'm not bashing the company, just these shoes are not comfortable...at least for me.

    They may very well make a good product, and my wife certainly thinks so. My experience was different. I ordered a pair of sandals for delivery in 2 to 7 days. My order was processed and my credit card was billed. 3 days later the status changed to 'pre-shipment, label produced, waiting for product'. After a couple of days I asked them why the status wasn't changing and orthofeet customer service said that **** website showed shipping that day. It didn't. I then asked after another 2 or 3 days and received the same story. I then phoned to a retail customer service rep who after checking it out said she needed to go to the warehouse to see what was wrong and that she would phone me and let me know what was happening. A couple of hours later I got an email saying the product was out of stock, and they refunded my money... well almost. I am a ******** who spends time in the ********** sun and since I paid with my ******** credit card and they billed me, then refunded onto the same card, the entire transaction ended up costing me around $8 CDN due to the buy/sell differentials charged by ***** I think they owe me more than $8 due to frustration and 3 untruths.

    Im very confused by the other reviews here. I have tried many expensive shoes over the years. Merrells, SAS, ******, Dansko, Born, Hoka, and more. These shoes, Orthofeet, are as good as or better than all of them. They are supportive, and have great cushion for heel pain. They did not heal my feet, but they make walking bearable which is all I can expect at this time. I bought two pair a few months ago and just purchased two more pair for spring. With a 60 day money back guarantee, there is no excuse to keep them and be miserable. I wear them everyday, all day as I must wear shoes indoors as well as outdoors. They are worth a try for anyone who needs support and some cushion for heel pain.

    Shortly after starting to wear my new Dolomite work shoes, I started to feel pain in the ball of my left foot around my 2nd toe. While the inflammation is finally now gone, the ball of my foot continues to be sore when walking the floors in these shoes. Very stiff soles in this area! It's now beyond the 60 day return policy, so I guess I'm stuck with them.

    I recently bought a pair of the Hunter brown shoes and they did not work out for me, i have spinal stenosis and foot neuropathy. With the holidays and all I returned them about a week later than the 60 day policy and the shoe box had been thrown out with some Christmas stuff. I was thinking I was going to get a big run around about it , but was I surprised----they refunded every penny I paid. It took about 2 weeks , but they did not even charge me for the missing shoe box.
    Orthofeet is a grade A company in my book !

    As a return customer, I recently ordered a pair of ******************** sandals to replace the current pair which had velcro issues. While I ordered size 11 wide, the order picker deemed it sufficient to select a size 7 to send via **** Mail.Now I have to go through the aggravation of going to the website to figure out how to send these back and get a refund to my card account.

    Orthofeet mens shoes. Hands down the worst product I have ever purchased. I tried on numerous occasions to wear these shoes. Ever time I tried I wind up with extremely sore, painful feet making it very difficult and near impossible to walk. They now sit in my closet. Ive had them for about 3-1/2 months so Im stuck with them. I am retired and this was a fairly big expense. Money wasted Id advise anyone considering purchasing shoes from Orthofeet to seriously reconsider. Look elsewhere. There are much better more comfortable shoes available.

    Very difficult getting shoes to fit as I have two different size feet. I have ordered in the past and had to return more than half of them because they don't fit the one foot. I have been very happy with the refunds and service and quality of the shoes as well. This is my number one place to go for comfortable shoes.
