    They don't answer calls they gave approval for repairs but didn't want to pay and left the burden on me if you call claims to get answers no one answers but if you call to make payments bam they pick up right away Palmer took my money but didn't honor their agreement....they don't deserve a half of star and owe me **** dollars for repairs they gave approval for and skip out on paying

    I have been waiting on a refund check since Dec 30th of 2022. You guys have putting on the run around every since. It customer service just hang up on me over and over. Supervisors and Mangers never call back. I just want my refund so I can move on. I call 3 to 4 days a week and all I get is a bunch of lies. PLEASE HELP ME

    Never have I ever dealt with a more unprofessional company IN. MY. LIFE. I kid you not, I paid over ******* for their "policy" I had an engine failure which, according to the policy, was covered. Many, many phone calls later and they agreed to pay some of it. The car has been waiting for repair approval since August. My out of pocket expense on the items not included in the warranty is another 2K. As if that wasn't bad enough, I had the absolute displeasure of connecting to the **** OF PR!CKS---*****. It's like the company went out in search of the biggest a**** on the planet and EVERYONE recommended *****. The man has yelled during a phone call. But wait, there's more: The average wait time to call them is over 40 minutes. Seriously...this is a BAD company with BAD people working there. Nothing is worth the aggravation and stress of having this horrible company taking your money and then you having to fight for everything you paid for. And they are STILL cold-calling me...offering me their insurance. Seriously? DON'T GIVE THEM ANY OF YOUR MONEY. Also, the good reviews are employees.

    My contract number is LOTFR425317 and is paid in full. Approximately a month ago our ********************** filed a claim for our *** 750 *** The items approved for repair were the 3&5 fuel injectors and the number 1 high pressure fuel pump and PAS approved those repairs (minus our deductible). However, 3 weeks later the number 2 high pressure fuel pump failed. Our *** service representative attempted to file a claim and he was told that PAS had cancelled our contract. For a company to cancel a contract without notice or just because they wanted to (without any notice), is unacceptable and highly suspicious of fraudulent business practices. I would highly recommend PAS honor their contract and approve the additional repairs and are more than welcome to contact me directly. PAS has all of my contact information to include phone number, email and house address. If not, then I would agree that PAS are scammers and fraudsters.

    What a terrible company! Scanners for sure! I sold my vehicle November 1, 2022. They received my request for cancellation February 3, 2023 because they never told me I had to put it in writing when I called to request them to cancel. Since then I still have not received a refund, nor have I spoken to any manager because they are always in meetings and they always have an excuse. The checks were mailed in batches but we dont know whose were sent out, the system was hacked, my check was issued ten times already but still nothing. Its pretty sad that people have to complain and report companies for them to take any action. If it was their money they wouldnt be so patient!!!!

    These people are thieves and this is nothing more than a scam. I tried to make a claim and the claims department never and I mean never answered their phone. I order to get someone on the line you had to call the payment number. When I finally did get to claims it took over a month for them to tell me that they would only cover 4500 of a 12000 dollar bill. They repeatedly lied to the car service center telling them they could get parts cheaper but they were unable to ship the parts to my car service center. They are a fraud do not waste your time. I am reporting them to the Commonwealth attorney so they can investigate them and hopefully arrest and prosecute these criminals. Again this is a scam.

    Will not provide payment for approved work. Card was declined as Do not honor. Spent HOURS of my day listening to the phone ring trying to get a valid payment, no answers, mailbox full. This company is effectively refusing to pay for authorized work. The customer will ultimately be responsible. I'm convinced this company is comitting fraud.

    Palmer is great. Theyve always paid my claims a fast and easy process. I was hesitant because of the bad reviews but I think theyre under new ownership no problems whatsoever. Thank you Palmer!!!

    My vehicle as been need of repair for the past 2 months, and have gotten nothing but problems with trying to have repairs made spoke to ******* this morning and he hung up the phone. This company could not sell me a cure for cancer

    First and foremost this company is very persistent they call and call to the point its aggravating I finally got a agent that caught my attention (Shaday I hope Im spelling it right) But she the reason I got my policy now cause of her great customer service skills. But anyway so far so good with the company and I hope to have a better experience than what Im reading
