Palmer is full of scammers!!!! I TOO like many of you was mislead more than one time in the phone call to believe they were protect my car!!! They started off by saying they were calling because I am a preferred customer of pmc and my payments are on time etc. Then toward the end I asked them if the coverage will be exactly the same as the plan I have they told the only difference is that I won't get reimbursed for my oil changes. I even asked them ok will you guys honor the oil changes for my old plan I have bc I have t turned them all in or does that plan get replaced today ? Very obvious by my questions and their answers that they wanted me to believe they were protect my car and I was just switching plans . Then when I called livid once I found out their SCEAM and demanded to speak to a manager they passed me around at least 15 phonecalls. Being disconnected over and over.. never to speak to a manager. When they finally confirmed cancelation and refund of the money they scammed me out of.. I asked for proof in writing and they would not provide it! People ofcourse I need proof in writing you guys are scammers! I need to be sure it was canceled!!!!!!!!!! Ughhh and this must be a tiny business btw bc I called tons of times and prob on spoke to a total of 4 people ..Palmer Administrative Services

I was just contacted by this company Palmer the agent was rude. He told me he got my information through **************. He said they were the primary company and PMC is the third party affiliate. This is how he said he got my name and vehicle info. Immediately my senses when up. He said they are offering me new policy options with a discount of $2000 for 2yts? It all sounded bogus. This company is lying to customers for their business. BEWARE!!!Palmer Administrative Services

I wish there was an option to leave zero stars! This company has do nothing give me the run around. I found out my policy was canceled without any notice from the company. While waiting on the inspector to go look at my vehicle, he canceled the policy. When calling to get information, no one was able to assist. All I ever got was wait ***** weeks for a refund. Here we are on 11/2/23 19 weeks from the cancellation date of June 23, ******************************************* any update. All the agents tell me is continue to wait or they will send a message. I requested a manager or supervisor but theyre supposedly always in meeting and no one ever calls back. *** attempted to reach some for weeks now and nothing ever happens. No one gives accurate information and theres never anyone to speak with regarding any issue. I paid for the repairs and still no refund. Ive thought warranty companies were supposed to help but this is the worst company Ive ever dealt with. I just want my money back. Ive been hung up several times from agents but when my money was being taking out it wasnt a problem. Now that I want a refund just lie and excuse every time. This company is completel ********. Ive started a policy and set autopay up. Ive add the policy for a year and when it was time to use it, I got the runaround when an inspector when out. While the inspector was out looking at the vehicle, he cancelled my policy. No one from Palmer ever called to tell me. After waiting and waiting I had to call and asked questions. My policy was cancelled on June 23, 2023 and as of November 2, 2023 I still havent received my refund. I was told it could take up to ***** weeks and also it could take longer up to 16 weeks. As today, it has been 19 weeks for my refund and Im still waiting. No in the customer service department is helpful. Everything I call its the same same thing and no one willing to assist or tell me any information. I really just want my money refunded. This company is a complete scam.James W.

Today is 11/9/23 and theres still isnt an update. I called again and the representative advised me to wait, upon expressing to her that Ive been waiting since the policy was cancel on JUNE 23, 2023 and asking to speak with someone from processing or the refund department she informed me that theres nothing she can outside of sending another note. This is very frustrating and Ive been patient but no one in the company can assist or give me any information regarding my refund.James W.

Their agents , and I use that term lightly, are a bunch of liers . I was contacted on 10/20/23 and was told my policy had expired and I needed to get another policy. I told the agent that called me my policy said it was good until 02/25 . He proceeded to tell me that was just road side assistance and not a regular policy. So I trusted what he was saying and got a new policy. But something kept saying call and check on my old policy. And as it stated was in affect until 02/25. Which was on a Friday. Tuesday I call Palmer Administrative and got one agent that hung up on me, called back and told them what happened with the" Lying Agent" and to cancel the new policy. While she was doing that I gave her my old policy number and she said it had been cancelled but they would refund my money and reinstate my old policy and I would receive an email with a form for the reinstatement. Waited 3 hours and no email. Called again talked to the same agent ****** in which she assured me it would be done because they received her email to reinstate my old policy. NO EMAIL. Called again today 10/25/23 and was told to same s**t and that I would have it today. STILL NOTHING. So going to go to Consumer Affairs .Palmer Administrative Services

just now NEW I highly don't recommend this company. My trans went and they said I was negligence on my part. I proved to them I regularly maintenance my car with oil changes, wear and tears and other repairs and flushes. They never took the time to review all documents sent in and just flat out denied me because I had a check engine light on 2/2/23 but didn't look at the other service paperwork on 2/23/23 showing no issues when I took it in. SCAMMERS ALERT. They don't like to answer calls, return calls back or pay for claims. Please find another warranty company. BTW my trans problem was internally nothing could have prevented or caused this with maintaining your car according to the trans specialist. DON'T BE A VICTIM LIKE ME AND DID EVERYTHING CORRECTLY AND STILL GOT DENIED. I wouldn't even given them 1 star they don't deserve a star, but since I have too this star belongs to us customer to keep shining and pushing.Palmer Administrative Services

I was tricked by a Palmer sales rep; who called me in Sept., and informed me that my current auto warranty company was no longer in business and that her company (Palmer), was now in charge of all their contracts. She told me that if I wanted to continue my policy, she would have to rewrite a new contract for me Under Palmer. She was very polite, efficient, and believable; so I felt no need to question that what she was doing was right. She very efficiently set me up with an affordable policy, with similar coverage to what I had with my prior policy. It wasnt until weeks later, when I got my bill from my first warranty company, that I realized that I had been scammed into purchasing an unnecessary second auto warranty policy from Palmer. My first company is still actually alive and well; and, they told me that they have received many calls about Palmer doing the very same thing to many of their other customers. When I called Palmer today, to try to work out a solution with them; I had to deal with one of the most rude, pushy, overbearing, uncaring, uncooperative, and unprofessional human beings I have EVER had the displeasure to encounter. The womans name is ******; and such a creature is clearly not suited for a position in customer service. She would do well in a position, surrounded by her peers, at the Zoo. I simply wanted to cancel this policy, that I had been tricked into; but she wouldnt even let me talk. She defended the Palmer sales reps ******* all the way, and just trash talked my warranty company. Theres also a $75 fee to cancel, which theyre refusing to wave; even with the trickery envolved. Is there any wonder why Palmer has aB rating with the BBB And only has 1.18 of 5 ?? stars, in their reviews .. The short version, Palmer ***** !!!Palmer Administrative Services

5 starsI have had my policy for a couple months, but could no longer afford it. I spoke to the billing team and they actually were able to reduce my policy cost since I am a veteran. That something I can appreciate as an American.
