My vehicle was in the shop for almost a week and claims was not authorizing my contract. Their customer service representatives weren't very professional. I kept getting the run around about how their system had been down for months and months and months and months and months. And their calls are at the high time high period I was driving around an 100 weather without no air conditioning. And they seem to still want to get a payment from me. After I canceled my contract. I told them I wasn't sending them any more payments. Due to the fact you didn't acknowledge my contract after me. Paying so much every month so I am requesting to have my money. Refunded back to me for the months that I had paid for. Palmer Administration Services are a bunch of crooks and scam artist.Palmer Administrative Services

Please steer clear 9/6/23 I I was contacted for extended warranty. I already had a plan in place but Palmer told me that my company was going under and not fulfilling promises. They bashed my current company. Said they could save me from **************.I signed up with hopes of doing the right thing Today 9/29/23 I have no received the hand book All emails I was supposed to receive ieve never arrived. I called asking when it would arrive and each time I was told it will be there tomorrow. NOT I found out I was charged 10$ more than quoted.I TRIED TO CANCEL. NEVER RECIEVED THAT EMAIL FINALLY HAD TO CONTACT MY BANK.called Palmer today and as soon as ****** HIT WIND IF MY CANCELLATION. SHE GET RUDE AND HUNG UP. same lady I spoke with yesterday I tell you its like they are all programmed to say the same thing to customers It was an awful experience Never had that with ************** and the offer so much more IPalmer Administrative Services

Do not buy a car warranty from Palmer administration. I ended up with one in May because I'm retired I decided that my funds would be so limited I pay $19 a month for the service well this month my transmission went out on the car. They refuse to pay because I had not driven it a thousand miles since I bought the warranty . They so called reason was because I had not driven the car a thousand miles and my tires were mismatched. So I had to pay $4,100 to get the transmission fixed and I want a refund on every ***** I have sent them. I have asked five different times for a warranty booklet which I have never received no one ever told me I had to drive it a thousand miles only that I had to have the warranty in place for 30 days. They definitely give you the runaround. I want my money back. I'll do good to drive my car a thousand miles in 3 years. Had I'd known that I would not have bought the warranty. Although the person who sold it to me told me all I had to have was it in place for 30 days which I did there is no booklet to be had or found I've asked them to email it I've asked him to mail it in the regular mail and I have yet to receive it. This is a very poorly constructed business that cares nothing about its customers.Palmer Administrative Services

1 starThis company is not doing their job. I paid in full a warranty for my vehicle. The claims department will not respond to my emails or phone messages. They will not stay on the phone with my advisor at the dealership to discuss approval or any of my vehicle. This has been going on for more than 2 weeks. 1 starI have had nothing but problems with this company. The BBB needs to shut them down and a class action law suit needs to be filed to reimburse all the costumers they have ripped off. They use Paylink to collect the money from customers (which is a totally different entity) and probably buys the contract from Palmer at a discounted rate. If you try to file a claim you can't get anyone on the phone and customer service is useless. I filed a claim in June of 2023 that had to be done through customer service. I emailed all the documents to claims and even sent a certified letter to the address listed in my contract. I have made countless calls to the claims department and held on the line for hours at a time without anyone picking up the phone. Now when I call the line goes dead after about 15 minutes. I would advise anyone thinking of purchasing a warranty for their automobile to stay as far away from this company as humanly possible. They SUCK!!!!! and in my opinion they are committing fraud and should be criminally prosecuted for their misconduct.Review fromJacquelyn R

1 starI have been with Palmer since 2019. Today my brake lights would not turn off. I took my car to the dealership and Palmer did not honor their agreement after three years of payments. I had to pay the bill. Today was the first time I ever used them. I have never had a problem with my car before today, but I gave Palmer my money ever month just fine out that do not cover anything.Review fromRaymond S

1 starCompany may be a fraud, took my money in 2/2021 for an extended warranty $3600. Never made a claim, I disposed of the vehicle on 3/9/23 and contacted them for a prorated refund. Sounds simple enough. Its is August 11, 2023, over 5 month of canceling such warranty, I have 10 calls to them documented, and still no response or refund !!! Their customer ******************** agents are trained to give the customers all the same excuses, They don't deserve the one star given, but it wont take my review without it !!!! STAY AWAY, BUYER BEWARE !!!!
