      I purchased a 42" Midea tower fan from WalmartModel MFT1021CRWGSERIAL NUMBER 5415600011W3C032100130MANUFACTURE DATE 12/23I do not have the receipt but the date of purchase was approximately June-August 2023. We recall this date because the fan was purchased for my son and his return from college coincides with those dates. The fan lights up but nothing else happens it doens not blow air, revolve, connect to internet or nothing. I have contacted Midea at least 5 times and they refuse to assist since I do not have the receipt. I asked them for a ship to address so I can ship them the fan and hey can repair it and return it to me and they refused that request.

      Thank you for contacting us regarding the situation your experiencing with your fan.  Based on the information you've provided, in conjunction with what we have in our system, the previous resolution provided is correct.  If a customer cannot provide a copy of the original purchase receipt, a valid serial number is utilized to establish warranty. If the product is outside of it's manufactures warranty by the serial number and the customer cannot provide a valid copy of the original purchase receipt, regrettably, there are no warranty accommodations available.  We do apologize for any inconvenience this situation may have caused.  Thank you for your time.

      Refrigerator vibrates and growls, whistles and knocks. Freezer bin rolls off track each time you use it. Noise sometimes wakes you up at night.For 2 months I have been calling customer service and have sent many recordings. They created 2 case #'s and cancelled them both without telling me and without providing service. I just want a prorated refund.

      I have a midea cube. Sn 000000P0000000Q1AC93C40FEB4A0000 I don't have the time to deal with your silly support system. The drainage tube is stuck into the socket. It feels almost glued. How can I remove it?

      I have been waiting for 5 months now on a refund for an air conditioner that stopped working in May of 2024. I initially filed my request in May and was told on July 10 that the refund was approved and a check was in the mail that would arrive in ***** business days, but it never arrived. I followed up on August 5 to ask about the status of the check and was told they would request a tracking number. I followed up on August 20 and was told they had not heard back from the refund department. I followed up again on September 9 and was told they were still waiting on a response. I asked to escalate the request on September 10, but was told the same thing again - that they were still waiting on an update. I wrote again on October 10 and was told that they were still waiting on an update. After writing so many times and getting nowhere with their customer service, I'm filing my complaint here in hopes that they will sort this out and send my refund.

      In April 2023, I purchased a 17 cu ft Midea Upright Freezer from Lowes. It came with a 1 year manufacturers warranty. The cost of the freezer was $800. In October 2024, it stopped working. The digital control panel would stay lit but the freezer temp could not be adjusted and the freezer lost all cooling/freezing capability. Talked to the Lowes where it was purchased and was told that because the extended warranty was not purchased, there was nothing they could do. I attempted to get an appliance service person to service it and was told that repair parts are not available. To purchase a major appliance and have it fail after 1 year without repair options is incomprehensible and is irresponsible on the manufacturers part

      Midea had provided a service technician to diagnose an issue that falls under their warranty, but the technician did not repair the issue and ended-up causing additional damages to the unit. We contacted Midea's customer support with details of the damages caused by their technician and the company is now non-responsive to any of our requests/email.

      We are seeking repairs to the damages done as well as repairs for the issues that remain unresolved, or provide a new replacement to the faulty unit that they are unable to repair under their warranty.

      On June 15 I had a Midea freezer delivered to my house to a heated/air conditioned area. On August 8th I opened freezer to find everything u thawed and freezer inoperable. They sent a tech out and found compressor was bad. Technician stated common problem with Midea. After doing research these compressors were failing months before I purchased this freezer and believe there should have been a recall. Their negligence cost me $1100 in food. I asked them to reimburse me for food as freezer did work more than 60 days. They asked for pictures sent them. I am told it in escalation but it's been months and they won't return call and resolve this matter. Everytime I call they say it is in escalation but nothing is escalated they are just blowing off this hoping it goes away. I am asking for Midea to pay for my personal property that was damaged for amount of $1100.00

      I am rejecting this response because:Midea was aware of the defective parts/issue months prior to my purchase and the product should have been recalled. I or any consumer should never have endured such losses on a product that did not work for 2 months.This was also stated by the technician Midea sent to inspect and repair this unit.. Due to the negligence of Midea and/or their associates their products damaged my personal property, therefore they are legally responsible.

      I am rejecting this response because I do not agree with there settlement request of $150. I request full refund of $1100 which honestly less than replacement cost for todays groceries value. I have provided all information in original complaint. I am honestly frustrated that a product that didn't last 2 months, that you were aware before I bought this product of the issues these models have had, to allow your consumers to take the hit for damages your product caused. I have discussed with legal counsel on this and I am not going below the requested amount for damages as I am likely to retrieve that amount plus costs via small claims. So please do not waste my time or yours unless you want to settle this matter in a timely manner and for full requested $1100.

      I bought a mini fridge that you manufacture and sell from ****** that I am now on contact with their attorney to see about an agreement or a trip to the court house. The fridge I bought the freezer area worked for a few months only to just not anymore and water has to be removed from the plastic tray on a weekly basis a few times also it comes down on the food area in the fridge area. I lost alot of food items from the smell and some mold also.

      We bought a new dishwasher 4 months ago it just stopped working at all. We requested repair with Media they sent a tech here he could not fix it and did not know after hours what was wrong he left saying we are out of a dishwasher. The company said they ordered some parts but not sure if that will work. I request them to give us a return authorization so we can get a new one they kept after several calls and requests still nothing. All I want is a working dishwasher now please not wait weeks for them to see if they can find the problem.

      I bought a portable Midea AC unit in May of 2024 and the unit stopped functioning by August 2024 which is roughly 3 months. I provided receipt to company and proof the unit was no good and the company agreed to send me a refund of my money. The refund check was supposedly mailed Aug 9, 2024, and never arrived. I have been calling the company only to receive the same generic response that someone will look into it. It is now September 20, 2024, and there is no additional information other than we'll look into it. I am a disabled veteran on a budget an do Not have money to throw away. Please assist. Thank you.
