      I purchased an oven in October, After having the oven for six months, the motherboard went out and had to be replaced. It took over 3 weeks to even get the company to reach out to someone to come replace the part. So it ended up being over a month I did not have a working oven which I use all the time to feed my family. And on top of that, while troubleshooting over the phone, I was instructed to move the stovetop out and in the process of doing so the stovetop cracked. Midea refused to cover the stove top and said it was my responsibility. And this is after speaking with a supervisor who said it would be covered. I don't believe I should cover this cost as I would have never done this if not instructed to. Very poor customer service and timeliness. They take no responsibility for anything they say to do over the phone.

      In 2016 Midea America bought out ******* appliances including microwave ovens. Their customer support is still named "******* Lifestyle". I purchased a ******* microwave oven in 2020 from Lowes. It was more expensive than many other common brands like ******** BEach at ******** but I had faith in reliability of *******. By early 2022, the interior paint started bubbling with tiny rust spots. Now, the bubbling has expanded. Then the interior paint absorbed staining which I couldn't clean. Too late now in 2023, my 1-yr warranty was over.But why do I have to suffer this injustice? I have used ****************, ******** Beach, etc that have lasted many years, some over 20 years without issues. ******* Lifestyle (AKA, Midea America) responded to my request for replacement but stated that I improperly maintained the unit. Adding salt to injury. Now, they can conclude that just from my photos? It is an insult to me because I take good care of my appliances. The ******* microwave oven I bought had a defective interior paint job and they (Midea) now treat me like a 3rd world consumer? Shame on them and let this be a warning to all consumers who think of buying ******* appliances. Furthermore, ******* appliances are apparently now (since 2016) manufactured and marketed by Midea America, a **************** So much for Japanese product reliability.

      DO NOT BUY ANYTHING. Bought an air purifier. Need to get replacement filters. Nah, good luck, thye will tell you to get a new one completely. $200 air purifier was only good for a year. Go with a real brand this is ridiculous.

      I bought a brand new dryer from Lowes that worked 1 time. Its been 3 weeks trying to get it repaired. I should not have a repair on a brand new dryer. I want them to refund my money. I dont want this brand to continue to have issues.

      This product didnt last a year. It stopped working after a possible power surge; however, none of mine appliances were affected. I dont know if that was the root cause. I followed the manual and I tried to reset it, but it displays 06 EH. I called Midea and requested a technician. *******, customer service rep, was rude and brash. He kept cutting me off and said he needed a yes or no answer. He kept putting me on hold to speak with his supervisor. At the end, he said because I said after a power surge, its not covered by the warranty. How can you make an assessment and assumption without looking at the unit?? MIDEAPOOR CUSTOMER SERVICE

      Midea Air Conditioner MAW08S1WWT has a Major Problem. The cell phone app they tout does not work with 5g, which almost everyone uses. Therefore the app does not work at all. Nothing in their advertising says this!I assume this it true of all their products.

      Thanks for posting your review. Our products will require a 2.4Ghz or higher wifi network in order to connect to our app. However, you will be able to communicate from outside your home, as long as the unit is connected to wifi.

      I dont know where to start? I bought a washer and dryer set, within 2 months the dryer stopped working, Ive contacted Mideas customer service and it took them over a month and held to fix it, 4 months after it broke again, *** contacted them again after couple of weeks they send a tech to fix it and he wasnt able to repair it. I contacted them again they ask me to go and exchange it with a different dryer at Lowes, the problem they dont have the same one and they told me to pick a different dryer with a totally different color and I have pay an extra $500 for the difference, I contacted customer service again and I told them this should be an exchange and I do want the same color to match my washing machine as it come as a set but they dont care and very rude on the phone, no help and waist of money. Very disappointing!!!

      Horrible customer service, want videos an maybe they will come service not even a year old washing machine.To me totally ridiculous, like I lied about this problem.If we only new would of passed on this machine.My opinion stay away from this appliance brand.Cant send review unless a rating is selected & there is no zero rating, which is what it deserves.

      Bought dehumidifier cube for our basement. At first it ran for a week without a drop in the tank. I put it on the lowest setting which seems to be 35 %. It continuously runs 24/7 and produces about a quart of water in a week while the digital light indicates there is ***** %. Seems like very poor performance.Also sent in pre-addressed warranty envelope and it was returned as "Unable to forward". That's one h*** of a warranty when you can't even get it registered!
