      The customer service denied warranty for a broken plastic MAD50PS1QGRandel on our CUBE50 unit. Simply because we purchased it from internet, a legitimate dealer from out of State.First, they want all the information from me then, they denied the warranty. By examining the broken pieces of the handle, the plastic mold ad discoloring ( separation) witch meant the plastic was not uniformly mixed wen poured into the mold which in term caused weakness.Searching online, the unit handle was not available and the water tank handle was out-of-stock at $19.95 each. guess there is either no demand or high demand.Their website is extremely difficult to navigate, without good description and photos of te parts.We doubt that we will consider another Midea product in the future.

      Horrible company. Ordered a product 12 days ago and never shipped or heard from them. Product was paid for at the time of order. Stay very clear of this company.

      Midea sold me a unit with black mold in it and is claiming that I didn't maintain it. I have maintained it per the exact instructions that came with the unit and it was used in over 100 degree DRY weather for 4 months before I noticed the black spores spewing from the unit. I contacted customer service which was extremely unhelpful. They told me to clean it but I cannot take the unit apart or it may void the warranty. They told me to pay a technician to clean it. I shouldn't have to pay anyone to clean a window unit that was only used for a few months. Black mold grows in moist conditions. The conditions were NOT moist. The unit came with BLACK MOLD. We paid over $400 and they are telling us there is nothing they can do even though this unit is a direct threat to our health and safety and it is still in the warranty window. When I went to rate our interaction via the link they provided me, it went to a scam looking website that didn't even work. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY IF YOU CARE ABOUT THE SAFETY OF YOURSELF AND YOUR FAMILY!!

      They delivered a damaged upright freezer (the boxing and observed delivery did not indicate any damage; it looks like machinery "pinched" it). They are refusing to provide a replacement, accept the return of the damage unit, or make recompense for the damage apart from "15,00" (rejected). They blame delivery, who in turn blames them, leaving me stuck with this damaged unit.

      A diabolical system of customer service. I purchased two units from ****** in June, both stopped working as heat pumps last week. I called and troubleshooted through the performace. The representative explained that it was a clear case of reimbursement for non-function and that i was to submit both my receipt from ****** and the unit serial and model number photographs. My first attempt was to imbed these photographs to them within an email, which was done on Friday of last week. I then received an email asking me if I would send the details, that I had already sent. I was then called by a representative who claimed that I hadn't embeded the pictures on the email. I have the evidence on my phone. I accepted this fact and went through the process of adding pdfs of all the details required as attachments to an email. I was then called and told that they couldn't open the PDf's. This is a game to avoid payment. I have followed the direction given twice. I will now seek legal support unless this is resolves quickly.

      I purchased a 50 pint Midea dehumidifier in May of 2022. .by end of July 2023 after using only during the summer months (a total of approx. 8 months) an actual block of ice formed on the coils which meant to me the auto defrost was not working . .or perhaps it is a humidity sensor or lack of freon. But whatever the problem is, after contacting their customer service, I was told my 1 yr. warranty was up (which I already knew) and the bottom line was I might as well go purchase a new one because they dont send technicians to repair them. The cost to repair would be more than buying a new one. In fact their dehumidifiers are made in such a way that you cant take them apart (at least my model anyway). Face it folks. .this has become a throw away world. Appliances today are all made with cheaper parts that are not meant to last and manufacturers know this which is why you only get 1 year warranties with most of these type appliances. Some people may get lucky with a purchase that lasts several years or more, but after reading most of the experiences of other people posting here, a good many people arent so lucky. Needless to say, I wont be purchasing another Midea branded product again.

      Poor customer service ! I order a door for my range in June. I was told that it would arrive in October. I received a call from Encompass that they were notified that it was not going to ship until February ****. I my conversations with Midea and Encompass they cant guarantee that I will ever receive a replacement door! Apparently Midea does not value their customer base in the US! I have seen drastic price deductions on my range and am concerned that they stopped manufacturing them or possibly customers are not purchasing their products due to bad customer service. They absolutely have no empathy for the consumer that purchase their products.

      The website stinks as with the instructions that came with the unit they are VERY poor and no 'help' at all on the site either. we have an ******* - Midea ******** Services BC1151BS small beverage freezer. What They are more interested in helping a 'company' rather than a consumer - I had to click on 'other' - then I tried the chat (I'm deaf) - no help there either - as I'm NOT a company and I just needed a simple instruction on how the safely move this 'cup' so I can dump the water and this 'freon' pipe is scary I didn't want water to get into where it shouldn't go....I suppose it runs ok, but instructions are VERY poor. NO instructions on how to defrost or well that part is easy but HOW TO empty the cup SAFELY that is stuck under this pen sized hole for the water to drip into, so we have to resort to tipping the WHOLE unit to empty out the water - dumping the unit.
