      This company is a complete joke. The clothing barely makes is through one wash when it arrives in good condition. Despite this, my daughter likes their designs so I continue to order from them. Recently I ordered a pair of jogging pants that came completely ripped down the middle. I emailed them on April 9th and never heard back. On April 24 I called and was questioned for 10 minutes about the item- with the associate implying that I damaged the pants. After being on the phone for 30 minutes I finally got them to agree to refund me the amount I payed, but they refused to refund the amount I spent on state tax. I've never heard of this from any other company. This company has the WORST customer service I have ever encountered. I'm sad I even have to give one star.

      I am writing to file a formal complaint against Children's Place Store regarding the handling of my recent order. On March 1, 2024, I placed an order for my son's school clothes, with an expected delivery date. Despite repeated attempts to inquire about the status of my order and seeking assistance through various channels, including contacting the store via ********* my concerns were ignored.Throughout the waiting period, the website continuously indicated that the clothes were "in transmission," suggesting they had not yet arrived. Despite diligently monitoring my email for any delivery notifications, I never received confirmation that the clothes had been delivered. The only correspondence I received was a notification about a $10 discount for future purchases.After enduring an extended period of uncertainty and waiting, I was informed that my order had been canceled without prior warning or explanation. This abrupt cancellation, coupled with the lack of communication and assistance from the Children's Place Store, has left me deeply dissatisfied and frustrated.I kindly request an investigation into this matter and appropriate action to address the mishandling of my order.

      Thechildrenplace.com doesn't care about the customers. They never shipped my items, it's in a "preshipment" for 10 days now but they charged my card pretty quickly. I tried to contact them three times about my $90 charge but no resolution. I ended up disputing the charge with my credit card company.I recommend avoiding this company and shop somewhere else where your business is appreciated.

      Order 2 pair of jeans for my son, they did not fit him so I sent them back via ***** paid for my own shipping. When the return was processed they only refunded me for 1 pair of jeans. Ive since put in online inquiry, nobody has responded. Ive also called their ************ phone number and most of the time their closed but when I did reach someone she argued with me there was only one return but why would I keep 1 pair if theyre the same size and they didnt fit my son? She said she would escalate the situation to a higher up and they would return my call in 48 hours. Its been longer than 2 business days. Im tired of trying to get a hold of them and their only open when Im also at work and have zero time to call. I just want my full refund!

      They sent me a coupon for $10 off my purchase valid until the middle of the February. When I attempted to make my purchase on February 3, their website said it was expired. I placed the order anyways, and emailed support with screenshots showing the coupon was still valid - more than a month later, they reply and say that the coupon can only be applied at the time of purchase... ignoring the fact that I clearly tried and something was wrong on their end. Take my warning, if they send you a coupon and you try to use it well within the window and it doesn't work... just abandon your cart, they won't offer any assistance.

      I placed a large order for Christmas for my children. The order was shipped in three separate shipments via ****** the first shipment was marked delivered by ***** in which I didn't not receive my package the driver for ***** that ran that delivery dropped another package off at my house from a different place an online order was made and told me his device shows another package for this address on his truck but he cannot find it on there and that there was another driver in the area maybe it was placed on his truck. Well needless to say that package was never delivered to my address. I have reached out to children's place on several occasions, the first time a lady named ***** got back with me and stated that they would have to file a complaint with ***** I have tried finding out a status on this and have received nothing back as of 1/11/24 and the first complaint from me to them was 12/20/23. I was still charged for all the merchandise but did not receive it all. This was not only part of my children's Christmas but also there winter close that they don't have now to wear in this cold weather and this mother is furious.

      0 stars!!! Drove 100+ miles to pick up an online order at the ************* store. Only for the store to close early. Then when I went again the next day they had canceled the order that a manager ***** had said they would hold for 14 days. The cherry on top is, I had called and spoke with ******* at the store and she said she had the order there. Then the next day when I went back when they were open she said she messed up and no longer had the order since I wasn't there the day before. I was you had closed early. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. She said there was nothing she could do and that I should have made my order in November and to call customer service.

      The company is below standard. I closed account October 2023. I pay bill using online MFCU, never late. I was charged monthly service for $64 when i had balance less than $50. I closed account when balance was **** which was paid but received statement that I owed $8.00, I paid *****. I Just received another statement that I owe $16.00 due on January 20th ****.

      Do not work for this company. They do not care about their employees safety. There were several staff sick and when speaking to another staff member, MANAGEMENT staff had confirmed cases of covid 19 and other viral infections. As a mother and a nurse, I would not have brought my children, or even myself, into that store because no safety measures were in place to keep not only employees safe, but also the customers and their families.

      I bought something online an it didn't fit my child I took the package back in what it was originally shipped in it had all bar codes as well as the order number with bar code. I went in the store at ******* ********* location an the manager was very rude an stated she had to have the email with order number or she couldn't help me after driving over an hour to the store. I got my email an went back I'm the store an the same manager scanned the exact same bar code an order number off my phone that was on my bag an it wouldn't scan so she typed it in. Which is exactly what i asked her to do the 1st time an she refused an stated it was against store policy. So if it's against store policy why did she type it in the 2nd time instead of being rude an not offering to help. Every time I go to this children's place location the managers are rude to customers an don't help in anyway. This will be the last time I buy from children's place there return policy is always changing even when you have receipts they find some issue. There are way better store to shop at that have better people working in them. This store in ******* ** needs new management
