      I know know why this place is going out of business! They rip people off then THEY LIE about scamming people. Then they are in cahoots with a scamming delivery service - ONTRAC SHIPPING - to further help them STEAL peoples hard earned money at the holidays. I want my money back for an order that WAS NEVER delivered. OnTrac lied and to add further insult to injury, your sub par customer service reps tell me they can't do anything about OnTrac NOT delivering my order.BOTH OF THESE BUSINESSES SHOULD BE CLOSED IMMEDIATELY!! And if anyone files a Class Action Suit PLEASE CONTACT ME. I'm hopping ON that bandwagon! CROOKS!

      I made a mistake on shipping address they Would not modify shipping address for me to my correct address it wasn't even processed yet it's still at the company so it will go to and address where no one lives anymore but I have to pay for it very upset I have spent hundreds of dollars at this company not right.

      I ordered items from their Black Friday sale, however, my order was canceled the same day it was placed. An automated email was sent saying the order had been canceled with no explanation. I checked and the items were still in stock and available. (Higher prices) Also, my card was charged and the funds were not returned for a week. Emailing customer service only resulted in another automated message stating that the reason could have been an issue with my card (they had no issue getting the funds) or it could be a stock problem (items were still in stock). Therefore, I feel like people should beware and probably not waste your time or choose time sensitive items from this company. I believe this should fall under false advertising as well since its clearly a scam so that they do not have to honor sale prices.

      What a nightmare! I placed 3 orders with this company and the first order was COMPLETELY incorrect. They can not fulfill order because everything is out of stock. Then won't even credit my card, they would only give me store credit and that's useless at this point. My other order is lost and I have to wait 10 days to ask for credit for that as well. This company has gone down hill and it's sad!!!!!!

      Very horrible experience Male Security with no badge or indication of which company he works for did not want to let me in at approximately 6:45 pm store closes at 7 pm because I had an order picked up I convinced him to open once I got to register a "manager ***" refused to service me stating one of the items I was returning was "dirty" with tags still on it and then proceeded to yank other items out my hand stating she was not servicing me she even went as far as calling 911 emergency line another female whom didn't want to give me her name but says she's also a manager I believe I heard a co-worker call her "*******" but this female even threatened me saying to wait outside after she "clocks out" I need these employees reprimanded immediately I was told I would never be allowed here again it is now 40 minutes after closing and I have to wait for the police to arrive being that they gave my description and lied about this exchange which is recorded on the stores cameras as well I have thirty minutes of this unacceptable behavior. Another female employee working at the "Boys **** " section did not want to assist me with finding a smaller size instead she pointed to a mess of clothes and basically wanted me to look through all the mess myself again I've made several complaints previously in regards yo this store and yet no change in customer service after this incident I will no longer shop with Childrens Place

      This companys customer service is absolutely terrible. I placed my order with Apple Pay and immediately realized I never updated my current address. I tried calling to change my address and after being hung up on countless times, reaching out to chat that was unavailable and sending an email only to receive an automated response I was angry. I finally got in touch with a representative and they told me they cant change or cancel any orders and it will still be shipped but I need to return the package to a store. That is impossible when I am in a completely different state. I will NEVER order from this business again!

      They do not allow you to add a pick up person once the order has been placed nor cancel a pick up order. I had placed and order but ended up in the hospital and needed my brother to pick up clothes I ordered for my son that he needed for his pictures a few days later. They would not allow me to add him as a pick up person. Any other place allows you to pick up if you have a barcode, the email, or something. They would not allow the order to be cancelled either so had to wait 15+ days for a refund once it canceled due to me not picking it up. And someone had to reorder the items and pick up at another date!!!! They need up update how they do things!! VERY DISAPPOINTING!!!! ******* is way better at this!

      I thought this was a reputable business. It is not. The second part of an order never left the warehouse, although marked as waiting for carrier. Two emails never received a response. After three phone calls (each of which required a ***** minute wait to speak with almost unintelligible customer service reps), I was told the promised refund had been issued, MINUS SALES TAX (which I'm pretty sure is illegal), and if I hadn't received it, to go to my bank. I did open a dispute through the bank. Someone needs to call this company to account!

      I wish I could give this store/company 0 stars. This company has a very outdated process. They do not give you the option to make any modifications (minor) to an order once it is placed. The customer service I received in one of your stores at ************************* in ******** was absolutely ridiculous and the manager on duty at the time was not at all helpful. The customer service over the phone had extended wait times and were also not helpful. I would not be surprised if this company does not end up just like the Gymboree stores in this area (closed). Hopefully, there will be new management/oversight of this company before it fails due to its lack of customer service and antiquated practices.
