      I ordered online a black puffer coat for my ****************** says it was delivered on 10/31/23 at 9pm. We were at ************** was delivered & we still have not received it 2 days later. I called The Children's Place customer service & basically, they kept telling me that this was delivered & for me to either contact the carrier or call my bank to try to get a refund. I still have to get a warm coat for my granddaughter & spend more money & this company will not refund for this coat that was not received. I will never buy from them again. The customer service did not help me at all.

      Ive contact the company numerous times by email, no reply and I cannot get anyone by phone. Packages had been saying delivered and I didnt not receive nor did I get a call back

      I placed an online order and within an hour, it was cancelled. There was no explanation included in the cancellation, only a link to their customer service. I called the listed number, but the wait times were over 20 minutes. I attempted to call again after 5 pm when I left work, and the recording advised they were closed. When I emailed their customer service requesting assistance for my cancelled order, I received an email stating an order could not be cancelled after it was confirmed. I finally spoke with their customer service, who advised the order had been cancelled because "some information did not match." 5 days after the order was cancelled, my credit card is still showing pending for this company.

      I placed an order over 1 month ago. I never received a shipping confirmation and never received my order. I have emailed Children's Place customer service twice and opened a case. Have not received a response. I called multiple times and the phone line says they are experience high call volume and to call back and then it disconnects. The virtual chat says it is unavailable. There is no way to contact anyone to resolve this issue. They've essentially stolen my money.

      Never never never order from this company !!!!! Bad customer support !I ordered a jacket for my grandson. The company shipped item so they said but we never received it. The shipper **** said it was delivered to our mailbox but the Informed delivery feature for **** didnt show package being delivered!

      I wish I could give negative 5 stars in this rating. I paid for rush shipping for my order. Its the only reason I ordered because I was under the impression it would be here by now. I went for 2 day shipping. It has been 5 days and its saying it wont be here until the 6th day. I asked for my rush shipping fee back and was hung up on twice. No response to any of my emails. Just overall bad business. I ended up having to dispute it with my bank. Never shopping in store or online again. The clothes look the same every year anyway

      I ordered multiple items that came in several separate packages. One of the packages which was marked delivered never showed up. We have security cameras that showed that there was never any package placed on the front porch as indicated by the shipping company. When I called childrens place, they refused to take any responsibility for the package. They told me to call the shipping company that they had subcontracted to deliver their goods myself. They refused to resolve the issue and told me to go to my own financial institution. I rarely have issues with an undelivered package, but I have never dealt with a company that refused to take any responsibility.

      It is bad bad bad, My balance of ***** is not due until 9-1-2023. I wanted to pay it today through my debit card. There is is **** fee to do so. Though this is robbery, I agreed. What they did not tell me until after agreeing to the ach payment was that the fee was added to my account not paid today. This is so not what I was trying to accomplish. I wanted to pay this off in full today fee and all to be done. I was FORCED into another payment that I will now have to make in person. This is so very wrong. When I instructed the service person on the phone not to run my ach payment, since I might as well pay it all in person and not have a fee, right. She said, "Too late." it has been processed. This is the same conversation maybe 3 sentences into it when I restated the amount to come out of my account would be *****. That is when she told be the process NOT before and I had no other options. I love the instore people and the products and pricing but not this card. We have comenity other cards that do not do us this way. TERRIBLE Card. I would have given a zero stars if were an option.

      I ordered my grand children's uniforms for school almost six weeks ago. Half of the order came at the estimated time that was given. The other half did not. So, I followed up the carrier they stated it was never ready for pick up. The customer service representative stated it was lost in transit and they will send reward bucks or something like that which was a total of $260 so that I could go ahead and reorder. I tried to use the reward bucks online it kept saying I owed $64. I called back and told them it keeps saying I owe and some of the reward bucks I couldn't use until later on until next month. They would NOT give me a gift card to use in the store. I paid in full for the uniforms I shouldn't have to pay or spend one red cent for the uniforms that I had to re order. I spent my hard earned $380. On top of that I was transferred all over and could barely understand what they were saying. DO NOT ORDER ONLINE.

      Nothing but lies. I ordered my daughter pants august 6 for pre-order shipped on August 18th. Never got a email called them the 21st they told me to pre-order order will be out the 22nd. Still and no email. Called them today the 23rd they told me pre-order is today. I just canceled the order due to them lying. Will never order from them again
