      I was racially profiled against the Meyerland ******* ** store today after being there with my child. I was asked to leave the store and was also the manager refused to service me today. It literally makes no sense in 2023 that black people are being discriminated against

      My order has been saying I'm transit for almost 2 weeks and fed ex said package was either lost or damaged and to have childrens place file a claim. Childrens place won't do anything until another 4 days and people who keep picking up phone are from you know where so hard to even understand what the heck they are saying to begin with. Called multiple times to get a US representative but hasn't happen yet. Now kids won't have uniforms in time for school. Definitely not ordering online from them again. Unbelievable

      This is a company that is dealing with a fraudulent bank. The company over charged me reported non payment to credit then admitted it was an error then refused to refund my money saying they will credit my account! I want my account closed!

      If I could choose zero stars I would. I placed an order on 7/14 it states it was delivered on 7/22 I never received the package. My Home has a ring camera and no delivery was ever made. I contacted customer service and they were unwilling to assist or help. They would not send me new items or refund my order.

      Horrible customer service practices. I called prior to placing an order since the discount wasn't reflecting properly. Was told that I needed to place the order and they would add the 15% discount after it was placed. I call back the following day to get the discount added and was told there was no log of my call (of course not, the order had not been placed yet), they cannot apply the discount and I was given incorrect information, and they cannot change the order to ship to my home instead of the store (I had it shipped there to get the 15% discount). **************** flat out told me that they don't care about the customer, they will not / cannot make any price adjustments after the order was placed (complete contradiction to what I was told by another employee), and they will do nothing to rectify the situation, and they will only look up a call, to improve the customer service experience, if I happen to have the customer service associate's name... they cannot look up a call by incoming phone number and/or time. Only their name. They were happy to tell me to write their name down if I need to call customer service again... of course that doesn't help me now. Take your business elsewhere, no reason to do business with a company that clearly doesn't care about their customers. 1/5 stars... if I could give them negative stars, I would. **Deceitful business practices**

      I placed an order on July 5th for a pack of 3 shirts, and two seperate shirts. One being from the fall collection. The pack of 3 shirts and 1 shirt shipped right away and I received the product. The fall one however, still AS OF TODAY (July 24th) says order processing. I have emailed them numerous times and called them, they dont seem to be aware of the Fall shirt. It doesnt even pop up on their website anymore. Every night at 11:41, I get a charge for that shirt, and then it refunds. When I talked to ***************** she said she would credit the cost of the shirt to my rewards accountwell, that never happened. I unfortunately had to call the bank to dispute, and they told me the only way to stop the charge was to send me a whole new debit card. So thanks childrens place for all the inconvenience. That was my first and LAST time ordering. Give your money to ******* instead.

      The merchandise is good, but their Children's Place/Comenity Bank credit card is not good. The way that they distinguish interest on your statement is not a good way for consumers to understand what is going on with their account, if you have a balance. When you pay your account in full and you get a bill with $2.00 due for fees, not interest. When you inquire it is provided it is interest. There is a place for interest. If it is interest, note that it is interest. The fee was refunded. *****, supervisor was not a person, who really listened to the consumer. It should be indicated on statement that the balance is not a true balance. The people I spoke with, representative and supervisor make me wary of using Children's Place/ ************** services in the future.

      I placed an order and it got canceled so I decided to try again and it got canceled as well. Both for $300 something a piece and they keep a hold on the money for a week so you have to wait to get your own money back on an order you aren't even gon a receive. They claim its because the billing address has to be correct but it was and I placed a new order after those 2 and it went through with same info I used on the first 2 orders so with? After I finally spent $707 I earned $60 in rewards and received an email with the redemption code and it won't even let me apply the code on my new transaction. Says not applicable can't transfer rewards between accounts even though I'm using the account they sent the code to. I feel cheated and wish I would've spent my hard earned money somewhere else for my kids clothes. I'm afraid to even try to place another order ever again here. Think a class action lawsuit needs to be opened on them

      I worked there for 10 years and was told I would get a gift card and recognition. I got absolutely nothing and was told the program was cancelled 6 months after my 10 years was eligible. Horrible staffing standards. Horrible upper management and expectations with no help. They make managers work extra to cover breaks and they dont get paid for it. You never get any sort of pay increase and nobody gets an actual review except the manager and that is done poorly.

      I applied to work a retail store, well I was deemed ineligible and was waiting for my background check to be mailed to me. The first page had my name and address on it but when I flip to the background check pages ITS FOR A COMPLETE DIFFERENT PERSON and its from 8-2022.. I called and asked where was my paperwork and where to mail this one back and rep just said to discard it. But it had all her personal info on it, I wasnt gonna throw it away.. But no one could give me the answer as to who/where MY background check went to with my home address on it.
