      I purchased a jogging stroller on the BuyBuy Baby website during the "going out of business" sale on July 6. I received a confirmation email with a tracking number and purchase details. My card has been charged. The tracking number I received is for Sprinter - a carrier I have never heard of. I have looked them up and used the tracking number to determine that the stroller arrived at MailBoxes Etc in ***** on July 10. As of July 26 the status is listed as "pending" and there have been no updates since then.

      They wont take my gift card, people bought these for my baby shower and they wont let me use them, so I want my money. I have (150) dollars worth of gift cards that I cant use.

      I have a gift/merchandise card for Buy Buy Baby. The amount is *****. I have tried to locate the website for Buy Buy Baby to file a claim. I tried to use the gift card on May 10th and I was informed that the last day to use cards was May 8th. I was advised to submit a form to the company via the Buy Buy Baby website: however the website seems to be shut down. Please advise on how I can submit a claim. Thank you for your time.

      I received a gift card a while back for my child and BuyBuy Baby will not allow me to use the money on the card or get a refund. There so is open and still allowing people to pay for items but wont allow people to use gift cards which is money people have given to them already without allowing them to use that money. That is theft! And not right. I would like a refund or be able to use that money before they close.

      I purchased an item, a finding Nemo play center, from buy buy baby during their closing sale. While I understand that returns of items are no longer possible, upon opening the item I purchased I discovered it was broken and unusable. I spent $65 on the item and want my money back so I can buy another of the same item that we can actually use as intended. It is not possible to get a hold of anyone over the phone or though email. Even the store in my area which remains open, is not accepting calls. This feels like I just gave my money away for nothing and that there is no recourse to make it right. I dont know how they can still be selling items, if the items theyre selling are broken and there is no way to fix it.

      Was told that I could not purchase for sale fixtures because store would only be open 7 more days. Then that they were not for sale eventhough they had for sale signs on them.

      I have a buy buy baby gift card and merchandise credit for returned items that I am no longer able to use per the store. If the store is still open and cash wash provided for these items, how am I no longer able to use them. There has to be laws against this as it is taking money from people. There needs to be way for proper reimbursement or allowance of the gift cards or credits until the store is officially closed and unavailable to do further business. They are profiting from those that did not get to the store in time or were not aware there was a deadline with these funds

      I recieved several gift cards from my baby shower and can not use them as per the company's message and can not get intouch with anyone to resolve the issue. I would like to be able to use my gift cards!
