      I have a gift card from BuyBuy Baby that is worth a significant amount of money but they are refusing to accept the gift card even though their stores are still open for business. I would like to be compensated or be allow to simply use the gift card from their store to purchase merchandise.

      I have $30 left on a $100 gift card that I was gifted at my baby shower to buybuybaby. I just found out their stores are closing and I have apparently missed out on my opportunity to use my gift card because they are no longer accepting gift cards. Their stores are still open for the time being and I would like my money back or to be able to use my gift card.

      I got a gift card for my gender reveal to use at buybuy baby. When I went to go use it they said they are not accepting gift cards anymore because their store is closing. I called the number on the back of the card and it has a recorded message and hangs up. I have no idea how to get the grifters money back and they have proof that money was taken from their account by this company. They cannot just keep the money I have an unused card with a gift receipt and they have the receipt that money was taken from their card. This company cannot just steal from people even if they are closing.

      Our customer service representative ********, reached out to the customer via email 7/6/23 advising we are no longer able to accept any gift cards, merchandise credits or rewards due to the bankruptcy.
      We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this matter may have caused. As of today, we consider this complaint closed.

      I have two gift cards that I am no longer able to use as the company refuses to accept them in store. The stores are still open for business but have stopped allowing gift cards to be redeemed. I would like compensation for these gift cards.

      I had over $100 left on a buy buy baby gift card. I received emails from the company about store closing sales but got nothing about a gift card redemption deadline. Now it says I've lost my money value. I thought that was illegal?!

      Buy Buy Baby gave me a gift card for $75 for a purchase I made that was not delivered and instead of just reimbursing me the money directly they issued the money back to me in the form of a gift card. And now they are not accepting gift cards which is still technically my money. So basically they stole my money. How is that even legal?

      BuyBuy Babys doors are open, they are still doing business, but you cant use your gift cards, they are not accepting them.If curious how much money disappeared, they wont tell you and their toll free line will no longer provide gift card balances (presumably so individuals cant figure out the exact money in gift cards this company took).No refund, no exchange.YOUR money is now THEIR money. I believe this to be a violation of the **** Gift Card Act and will also be notifying the **** AG.

      I went to my local Buybuy Baby store on 5/17/23 with gift cards I had and intended to use and when I got the the register I was informed they wont be accepted. I purchased the items anyway but would like to be refunded or to a useable gift card or some way of compensation as this is unfair while the store is currently open.

      I am deeply upset I cannot use my merchandise credit at bed bath and beyond anymore. This is stealing and we should be able to use our credit until the day they close. This is ridiculous and they are stealing
