      I ordered a car seat online and was sent the incorrect item (stroller wagon) addressed to someone else. Contacted Buybuy baby and they stated the incorrect item had to be returned before they would ship out my car seat. Representative said they set up a fed ex pick up. Fed ex did not show up the next day because buybuy baby never did that. They also never linked my return of the incorrect item to my order so when it eventually got back to them they never shipped out the correct item. Then I get an email that my order was cancelled because the car seat was out of stock. 3 weeks after I ordered it because they screwed up multiple times! They did nothing for me to correct the problem (I had asked them to price match for a carseat that was in stock). Will never order from them again.

      My sister and I went to the store in **********,** today and we didnt even receive a greeting at any point. . We spent 1 hour in the store and no employee interacts with us. At one point we were going to ask about a stroller and there was a new girl shadowing the expert in strollers ******** ***** was working with a group of women that had been asking her questions for about 15 min. and when I approached her she didnt even look at me, she just said I am working with them: not even acknowledging the fact that me and my sister had been standing there the entire time. Not even an Ill be right with you. My sister and I walked away but then we talked about the situation and I went back in, asked the questions and let ***** know that we were angry and that what she had done was rude! Not recommending this store ever!!Awful customer service.

      We ordered a chair from buybuy Baby 6 weeks ago and received an email stating that the chair would be delivered between 1/10-1/20. Not only did the chair never arrive, the very few emails that followed were all exactly the same and provided no updates. When we contacted customer service and spoke to a supervisor they had no additional information other than to say that there were "internal issues." We actually reached out to the manufacturer directly and was told that they are producing the model chair that we ordered, but they are not shipping them because of something going on at buybuy Baby. While I'm upset to not have my chair, I'm even more frustrated at the complete lack of communication from buybuy Baby.

      The whole company is a racket. They are constantly giving out coupons to make you think youre saving money, but theyre impossible to use. They encourage you to get a free membership, then charge you for it. When you call to ask about it, theyre impossible to deal with. Then, they offer free shipping, but attach a parcel fee instead. Thats shipping! Returns are a pain, shipping is a pain, and customer service is horrendous. Buy your products anywhere else.

      I visited the store January 16th and purchased a contour changing table pad for $39.99. Over the last week, I have purchased over $1500 in baby items there for my daughter. She realized upon setting up the baby's room, that the changing pad was missing. I told her to just take the receipt to the store and explain that somehow they did not get it bagged with the other items. They said that they can't do anything about it. I am about to have her bag it all back up and we will go return it. Absolutely terrible service. They essentially told her that their inventory count matches so she must not be accurate. Then told her they only do inventory every 2 years. She's 9 months pregnant and due next week. I am so disappointed by how they treated her today. I will never shop there for my her again. Buyers beware

      Would not honor a $20 coupon we earned! Very disappointing especially since they talked us into paying for the reward program. Entices me to shop elsewhere. ****** ordered a crib and dresser back in August and after transaction was complete, THEN they tell us it wont arrive until mid November and did nothing to make up for it. No free shipping or anything!

      I would leave zero stars if I could. Please listen to all these reviews. I didnt, I assumed it was just because of the times, shippings been a little bad all around. But its not. This company doesnt have adequate practices. I ordered a glider almost four months ago. Supposed to be delivered November 2022. Never got a single update, finally the shipping dates pass and I have to call to ask where the order is and they say its delayed and they guaranteed it would come today January 6 2023. And *** contacted them several times before the first delay to find out if the order was even accepted. Because they dont send you any updates. At all. You order and it will just say processing for the rest of the time. Then I contacted again about a week ago. And now today. And they cant give you any information. Horrible. Horrible business. In store shopping is fine, but do not order larger items from them, if it has to come from the manufacturer, they will just jerk you around for months and months. I now have to find another chair from somewhere else and hope it comes before my baby does. DONT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS STORE if it has to come from the manufacturer.

      OCt 28th we ordered a glider. The estimated delivery was Dec *****rd. We did the chat a few times for an update and nobody could update us on progress. They said just wait. We called 3 days ago and the person said that our order has been just sitting at the warehouse waiting for shipment and no one has proceeded with the process. They said wed get a tracking number within 24 hours. We then called again yesterday and they said the same thing. No one has processed the shipment and well get an email in another 24 hours. We still havent received anything. I am convinced the baby will come before the chair, if they even send it at all.

      If there were a 0 they would win the first prize!4 Days, 24 reps, 7 supervisors, 5 different departments, 2 VERY large chargers on the account and still no bunkbed for my kids. I have been yelled at and hung up on. I have been given the runaround and wrong numbers to call for 4 days and iv spent HRS on the phone with rude reps. ******** is blaming someone else! they keep saying that someone will call you, yes someone did at 6 AM who the f*** is up at 6 am and then said ill give you a call later... well still waiting on a call from the shipping and delivery dep, from the fraud dep, from some supervisors NO ONE CALL YOU BACK!! and NO one has a number for corporate. Finally found ********** and no one ever answers left 7 VM no one called you back. Dont have my money back and don't have a bunk bed what kind of a business is this!! SCAM!!! Can't talk to anyone in the US! F****** ridiculous!

      Do not buy from Bye Bye Baby. I cancelled an order on the phone on 11/19/2022. Two days later they charged my credit card. I talked to them 2 more times. Apologies but today is 12/9 and still no refund.
