2 starsI needed a roof installed prior to having my solar panels put in. In doing so, there was no information given as to how the roof was to be installed other than the color of the shingles. During the course of install, 2 skylights needed to be removed and replaced, which costed me more money, due to the slope of the roof. The Jr. ******* manager who I was speaking with had no idea what she was talking about and offered me 2 options to install the skylights, 1 being low profile and installed from the inside and the other being installed from the outside. In the process of letting her know that I wanted to most low profile, and seamless install, the roofing company had already done the install to their own liking leaving multiple issues. She had no idea of this. I had then contacted the "jr. ******* manager" who could no longer answer my questions and forwarded me to her boss who then provided me with some more information about the roof and coding saying that he wasn't able to fix the issue. After speaking with him and showing him multiple issues, proving what he stated to be wrong with the install, he now refuses to call me back and accept the fact that the install needs to be redone and completed the right way. Needless to say, they do not want to own up to the fact that they have messed up and need to redo the install as I am now 60 days post install of my solar and 3/4 of the way complete of my skylights and roof being completed. Overall: customer service has been way to unreliable post install. As soon as those panels are on the roof forget about being able to speak with anyone in case there is an issue.Review fromNolan K

I have now had Trinity installed on two of my homes! The company is phenomenal and very professional. If you need something, they are quick to respond! Highly recommend!

1 starTrinity Solar installed 38 solar panels on my 8 year old roof in 2019. I was told I wouldn't need to replace my roof for 12 to 15 years, as their prior inspection proved that my roof was sound. Shortly afterwards, I called Trinity because I had water coming in thru my ceiling fan into my light globe upstairs, the 1st winter. Over the last 4 years, Trinity has been out numerous times, patching, fixing, repairing, my roof and ceilings, none of which, according to them had anything to do with the solar panels. The 1st winter, I had glaciers on the inside of my front porch. Every time the snow melted I would have waterfalls in my upstairs windows. The roof leaks were so bad for 4 years that it rotted the front porch to the point the roof was sagging. Trinity came out many times. Never the same person twice. No one knew anything about previous problems. Always had to start telling the story of events over and over again. Talk about the run around. I had to have the front porch repaired summer 2023. Once the ceiling was opened up, there was the evidence of years of leaking. It was suggested that I needed to replace the roof, best to not go another winter as bad as it was. So Trinity replaced a 13 year old roof. All seemed fine thru days of rain, until the put the solar panels on 2 weeks later. Within days, I had water pouring in my upstairs windows again. The crew came out, did a water test and came to no conclusion. I forbid them entry on my property any longer until I had someone backing me up. I contacted the attorney general and the ********** of ******** Protection to help. I am waiting for a caseworker as of 4-11-24. Trinity accepts no responsibility for their faulty solar panel installation. I contacted my homeowners ******* The adjuster showed clearly the panels were not properly installed. Trinity refuses to accept the adjusters proof. and so , here I am .. waiting for my case worker. DO NOT EVER USE TRINITY SOLAR !!Review fromEmily K

We recently had our solar panels installed and have loved the process so far. The sales rep we've been using has been super helpful and has checked in often. The installation went fine except for a minor issue but Trinity Solar is coming back out to fix it - again, minor. Our panels haven't been turned on for us yet as we are still awaiting the final inspection but so far so good! We are excited and happy thus far.Trinity Solar

Recently had removal of my solar panels, roof replacement and reinstall of panels. We were very please with *********************** who was our first contact. We then worked with **** and *****. Both of these employees were reliable and accountable. All of the work was done just as they planned and on time, efficiently and neatly. Very deceptive business practice's by Trinity Solar and *************** They promise you the world at closing and simply dont deliver! I was advised a 1 time removal/replacement of Solar Panels would be honored due to having reservations of how old my roof was. I was also advised a yearly inspection and cleaning would be done to ensure the panels were functioning at 100 percent. That too was a lie! I am Now entering my 3rd year of this lease contract I signed via false pretenses and guess what?! I need a new roof due to leaks and wind damage. I contacted Sunnova and all they can say is sorry ************* told you those things but its not in your contract. They open a claim and tell me a rep from Trinity Solar will call you. Its been a week with no call and still a leaky roof! In speaking with several neighbors they too were promised similar deals via hearsay as wellTrinity Solar

I went almost a year without paying for electricity. The past 2 months I paid under $30 to my electric company. The solar panels are so worth it. I wish I could share this with everybody. My long time friend, *********************** reached out to me. We met and he was very knowledgeable as to what they did, how they worked, and the outcome. He is so personable, and Knows his stuff. Since the installation of their system, it has consistently failed. They can see in their magical, "highly complex system" (as the sales rep **** stated, while insinuating I lacked the capacity to comprehend) that we were not producing enough solar- despite being promised we had enough panels to do so. They now promise to rectify the issue by removing trees at "no cost". As you can imagine, that too has failed to take place. We're repeatedly diverted to ******, who also gives us the run-around.Buyer beware!! They promised it would be an alternative to National Grid -and promise you a lower electric bill - that only exists during the summer months. Just as it would with National Grid. Wholly regret utilizing this crooked compnay.Trinity Solar
