      I was told that the sales people will call me as I have an old system from Trinity solar and I needed to make a replacement. THe customer service lady ******* was very helpful. I was told that the sales people will call me in a day or two. I have not been contacted for more than a week now. I called **************** and they told me that someone will call me by end of day. But again no one called. I am not sure what kind of company they are running

      If I could give 0 stars, I would. Trinity Solar made it seem like I would be saving money but I don't see the benefits from the solar panels at all. Every month my UI bill is higher! I do not see a savings. Only change is now I have to pay 2 places instead of 1. I do not recommend this company to anyone. My electricity bill is $424 plus my payment for solar panels of $160. Where is the savings?!?!

      The sales representative sold me on solar panels. He assured me that the solar panels would reduce my bill. He did calculations on how much I was spending with ***** electric. He assured me and reassured me that my bill would be much lower, but its not. My bill is still running in the $300s to $400s. And I have to pay for the solar panels. I wish I had not purchased the solar panels and the sales rep should be accountable for not being truthful. I initially signed the contract, thought about it and cancel the contract within the allotted time frame the sales rep reached back out to me and convince me to move forward and sign the contract again I wish I wouldve went with my gut instinct and not have gotten the solar panels. In this month of January ****. My bill with ***** is $479, plus I pay $180 to Sunova for the panels. Where is the savings with that? I wish I had not have went forward and purchased these solar panels.

      Salesman came to my home unannounced banging on my door. I asked him to leave 7 times after telling him we do not want his services and he still refused to leave. I had to call the police to get him to leave. Salesman was arrogant and disrespectful.

      We've had our system up and running for over a year now, and I am totally happy with the way ******* explained everything to us, how the install went and how great seeing our electric bill basically dissappear, with the exception of their "service fee".. . We are **************** here and with the last increase last year before our system install our electric bill was almost 500 a month ! Now it's ***** for the "service fee" from my electric company. So with the "service fee" and what we pay trinity/sunova my monthly bill is 1/4 of what it once was. Everyone we've come in contact with from *******, to the customer service people, to the installers were great to deal with and had no problems anyone, and they all went out of their way to explain every step and answer any questions we had. As I stated before, we've been producing now for a little over a year and so for completely satisfied with everyone we talk too and the system itself. !!!

      I get several calls a day been months now they leave no answer but if you pick up and tell them you are not interested tell them take you off the list you will get another few calls again the flowing day and the next and the next. Area code 413. ***

      These people are liars. I have a 40 year old roof and in 2017 they assured us that our roof was fine for solar panels. Now I have a roof leak and need a new roof. they want a fortune to remove and reinstall their panels. Even our insurance company said they should never have put these panels on this old roof. All I get is the run around between IGS and Trinity.

      TERRIBLE company honestly do yourself a favor and chose any other company than trinity. I cant ever get a hold of anyone over the phone, text, email.. they delayed my project for MONTHS! Then promised compensation for the delay on their end and its been over 2 months since the request was put in and nothing. They also claimed they needed to reinforce ******* to support the panels, which was done AFTER the installation and pushed back several months. They came to my house to reinforce it for one day, not a week as claimed. No documents have been provided for the additional work done for the roof. I am disgusted by this whole experience.

      No follow up call sales person never showed for appointment and no or contacted me to cancel meeting wasted entire Saturday waiting for no show appointment very unimpressed with this company rate it half a star if that’s possible no professionalism

      I had them put a new roof on and remove & reinstall the panels. It took four months for all to be done. I called numerous times. Most of the time the calls werent returned. Right now I have panels that are useless. They said a wire was broke somewhere, couldnt find it. So then I was told they did not work with ************* I would have to contact them and get some other company to work on them. I cannot afford another bill.
