      We needed our panels removed in September 2022. After numerous phone calls we were given a date in mid December. We had a new roof installed a few days later. Here it is the middle of February and the panels still havent been reinstalled. We live in a 55+ community and are on a fixed income. Trinity has been horrible to deal with, our neighbors have been getting new roofs and their Trinity panels were reinstalled within a week. Im beginning to wonder if this company is homophobic as none of our neighbors dealt with the runaround weve been dealing with for 5 months.

      Our installation and experience has been seamless with Trinity. We are seeing an overall savings of $800-1000 per year. The district manager was fantastic and very responsive even a year on when we had questions. I highly recommend them.

      The worst solar company ever! They pretty much tossed the signed contract and asking to re-sign with the revised price after 4 months of signing the original. Not sure why the state does not take an action with those culprits whose motive is to not people go green but make their pocket greener

      Got referred to trinity solar by a friend. I was told trinity solar was number one in quality and customer experience. One of the reps ****** walk me through. When I decided to go ahead with installation trinity rep was nowhere to be found, didn't answered any calls or getting back to us with concerns we might have. Always saying he was not able to talk because he was about to catch a fly. After the installation nothing was like they promised (10/2022). I tried several times to get in touch with headquarters but even them can't answer the phone. I have several questions for them hoping that someone can help me resolve this matter.

      I have a home in **********. A couple of days ago a Trinity rep showed up at my door to try and get me to set up an appointment for evaluating my home for a solar installation. I have been researching a conversion to solar and was receptive to listen to their pitch. The rep patched in another colleague on his phone who pulled up a satellite view of my property and asked if there was still a tree next to the structure. I pointed out that what she was referring to is a garden shed and the structure I was interested in using is the 30' long detached 2-car garage on the property, and in the event that was deemed inappropriate, I have several acres of mowed fields that could be utilized for ground installation. Both the rep and the person on the phone both made a note of the situation and scheduled an appointment for this morning. Some time after the scheduled appointment was supposed to happen I got a call saying that they had determined that via the satellite view, the shed would not give enough sq footage for an installation, and they were cancelling the appointment. I called their information number, explained the situation and was put on hold for 20 minutes until the call was hung up. I will be making the transition to solar, but apparently not with Trinity who treat the process as a conveyer belt, and waste prospective customers' time.

      Trinity installed the solar panels on our roof in August. Their engineers seem to have been less knowledgeable than they should have been, promising more panels than were approved by the town, so we will have less benefit than we had hoped. While the installation crew seemed to be efficient with a good work ethic, we are not happy with the delay in actually having the system hooked up.We must say, however, that we have been and continue to be very impressed by our sales representative, *************************. In his initial presentation he not only gave us a detailed overview of his product, but also demonstrated his knowledge by responding to our questions and concerns, encouraging us to be realistic about our expectations. If we raised an issue for which he had no immediate response, he promptly researched it. Since the installation he has been available to respond to any new concerns. His manner is both friendly and professional.Now we are still looking forward to flipping the switch.

      I am giving this review three stars because my issue is not fully resolved yet. I have been having problems with how my system was reporting since 6 months after it was installed. However, the agent I spoke with (***) was attentive and accommodating, and seems to be working diligently to resolve the issue. I will update my rating when everything is resolved.******

      , My issue does not involve Trinity but rather the solar company that installed their equipment. I have been a solar customer since 2015 and from April 2016 to and inclusive of 2021, I never had to pay ********** (electric company) any money until this year. This brought me to *************************, Research Specialist for Trinity. I couldn't have asked for a better person to have to deal with. I found *** to be very responsive to my situation and she acted in a very professional manner. Considering we made the majority of our communiques by way of email, *** was a great help to my cause with the company that actually installed the solar. If I hadn't had her help, I'd had a hard way to go. Indeed, I found *** a pleasure to deal with and is entitled to your highest rating.

      On Aug 19, 2022 I meet with sales person, *********************, from Trinity Solar. We discussed solar panels, priced out the project and agreed to move forward. When pricing the project it was agreed that I would be responsible to remove 9 trees, at my cost, and that reduced the price of the project. The following week I had a tree service remove the trees for $3,500.00. On about September 1, 2022 I received an email from Sunnova, this is the finance company for the project stating the contract was canceled. I contacted ********************* and he stated it was because they have not received a copy of the "Trust" which I have the house in and this was not a problem. I meet with ********************* on Sept 6, 2022 and I had several documents from Sunnova including signed service agreement and completed set up of auto-pay. On Sept. 10, 2022 I received a letter from a *************************** with Trinity solar stating they already started processing paperwork and my installation date was scheduled for Dec 6, 2022. On October 4, 2022 I received another cancelation letter from ******* stating the contract was terminated, no reason given. I called my sales person ********************* and left a message and did not receive a response, on Sept 24 I sent an email to ********************* asking what was going on, I still have not received a response.It is my opinion that Trinity Solar should take responsibility for the cost of the tree removal, not to mention the very unprofessional action of at least not calling me back to explain the situation.
