Trinity Solar made me pay $490.00 to bird proof their solar panels which they installed .Trinity reps showed up with netting after they removed a barrel of straw and dead birds they put on the netting.Two days later I have birds making the panels a motel again flying in and out my neighbor informed me that they also dameged my chimney flashing thats trinity not the birds waiting for comeback from trinityReview fromBob F

Best Solar Company out there!! I interviewed 4 companies and had the best experience with Trinity Solar. Everything the energy consultant told me when I signed up was 100% true. I paid nothing upfront. The whole process was smooth and easy. The installation took one day! The workers were all very professional and cleaned up perfectly. My system was installed in December 2022. I was paying my utility company just about $200 a month on average for electric, but since I went solar, I have only paid the utility company the mandatory customer service charge $4.95 each month and my bill for solar is $69! I am a 75 year old widow living on fixed income, so this has been a life saver for me. I encourage everyone to use this company.Trinity Solar

I had *****************************, Account Executive, come to my house this week to give me a quote on a PPA Solar installation. I asked him upfront if I would be liable for the 25 year contract if I sold the house and he said no. My next door neighbor had a different salesman come, and was mislead and signed the contract. I went over and read ALL the tiny print on her contract and found ******* had lied to me about being responsible for 299 months of payments. Even upon death the contract remains and is passed on to the decedents. I pointed this out to my neighbor and she called her representative and he flat out lied to her saying that is not true. However it IS written that way in the contract signed. My neighbor is canceling the contract today. The company Sunnova who you sign a contract with has horrendous reviews on multiple sites. Buyer Beware!Trinity Solar

I recently had trinity install solar on my home and could not be happier. The entire process was fantastic! From my original appointment with *** was extremely professional and knowledgeable. He was very patient and addressed all of my concerns. He was not pushy at all and gave my options without pressuring us. I did a lot of research and he was great. The install crew was great as well. Very professional and neat. My system is working beautifully and I would highly recommend them!Trinity Solar

On a referral from a friend, I saw a very congenial and informative(?) Trinity rep and got an oral quote for $96/month level electric payment with no upfront costs or maintenance fees. All repairs were covered for 25 years, even for events like falling branches where not only the panels would be replaced free but even any roof damage. I am sitting on the contract because I cant print it to take a good look at it. Plus it is from Sunnova, not Trinity. So apparently Trinity is a sales company selling services for Sunnova. Any serious problems and (2 man?)Trinity could go belly-up and you are stuck dealing with Sunnova. The stories on this page are not encouraging. The canned answers are very revealing.Trinity Solar

After numerous hours working with my representative *******************************, on our usage, 32 panels (****** kWh) would be sufficient for the property, and we would only need to pay the basic facility charge. The system was installed February 2022 and was estimated to produce ****** kilowatt hours in the first year of Service.Between the months of February 2022 and February 2023 this system produced less than half of the kilowatt hours and an average of 490 per month. Sunnova, ************ ******* **** and /or Trinity Solar blatantly misrepresented their product. Do NOT do business with this company(s).Trinity Solar

One of your representatives visited our home unsolicited on a workday, banging loudly on the door, multiple times disrupting our workday. He ignored no trespassing, no soliciting signs, claiming that he was doing working at a neighbors home and trying to sell us solar panels. one of your sales representatives visited my home and offered a free energy audit. During the audit, the representative told me that my home was eligible for a special solar energy program, and that I could save a significant amount of money on my energy bills. The representative then convinced me to sign a contract for solar energy services on the spot, without giving me time to review the terms and conditions of the contract.However, after signing the contract and reviewing the terms and conditions, I realized that I had been deceived. The contract contained hidden fees and charges, and the savings promised by the sales representative were exaggerated and misleading. I now find myself locked into a contract that I cannot afford and that does not deliver the savings promised.I am extremely disappointed and frustrated by the deceiving sales tactics used by your company, and I believe that they are unethical and illegal.Trinity Solar

Trinity installed my solar panels in 2016. They are in need of service, they are not working. I have reached out to them regarding and they will not service or even "look" at my panels for an evaluation.Worse decision of our lives was installing these panels with Trinity solar and Sunnova Corp.Buyer beware.Trinity Solar
