We recently decided to go solar with Trinity Solar, and we couldn't be more pleased with our decision. Our salesperson, *********************, was incredibly professional and took the time to answer all of our questions thoroughly. His knowledge and patience made the entire process smooth and stress free. We're especially excited about having the system installed with Tesla batteries. We highly recommend Trinity Solar for anyone considering making the switch to solar energy!

I couldnt be happier with my experience with Trinity Solar. I initially went solar with them two years ago and have been extremely satisfied. Recently, I decided to add more panels to accommodate a new Jacuzzi, and once again, Trinity delivered exceptional service. From the knowledgeable sales representative to the skilled installation team, every step was handled with professionalism and care. I don't mind companies trying to push solar. It's a business. However, it is an extremely shady practice to "qualify" my home. If I want solar, I can get solar. There is also no such thing as "free" systems either - subsidies, incentives and such exist, but you will *always* foot some sort of payment. Telling customers it's free is blatantly false. Also requesting I have my electrical bill on hand is an instant red flag as it is a common tactic for suppliers to change the supplier on your account with the utility company. The second those words came out of the mouth of that salesman at my door I knew the practices being performed by Trinity were shady, and malicious to the consumer. I almost reported this to the *** as well.It's unfortunate this is how much solar companies needs to push to get installs.Trinity Solar

Our most popular solar program is a Power Purchase Agreement (PPA), where customers pay nothing out of pocket for their system. Instead, they pay for the power the system produces, rather than paying for power from the utility company. However, we do need to determine if a home qualifies for this program. Factors such as home ownership, sufficient sunlight, and a high enough credit score are part of this qualifying process.
To design the perfect solar system for our customers, we request their electric bill to determine their annual electric usage. This information is essential even if youre paying cash for your system, as the utility company will only allow a system big enough to cover your current usage. Trinity Solar is not an energy supplier and we do not give your information to third party suppliers. We assure you that we follow protocols to safeguard your information.We are very proud of our products, our employees, and our processes. *********** was my sales rep and handled the whole transaction, he was very thorough (I also asked many many questions) and also patient to make sure I understood the process and the contract/obligations. He has since been available for further service and questions. Im very happy with his service and also with the service of *******. After a SIGNIFICANT amount of research, we upgraded to solar in 2021 with Trinity Solar! They custom designed a system that met my family's needs along with maintaining the aesthetics of our home. Our situation was interesting because we did the upgrade just as I purchased my first EV and even with this significant increase in usage my consultant checked in with me regularly to ensure we were maximizing the benefits from our new system. We are so happy with this decision!! It's really unbelievable the amount of money we've saved along with saving the environment.
