We are VERY HAPPY with TRINITY. Their customer service is great and live! **** is awesome and always available he handles anything we ask of him; and has also kept the communication consistent, even after a year in which our system was installed.Everyone I refer him to, had NO COMPLAINTS

Had an excellent install with Trinity. ******************* was amazing to work with, not at all pushy. He simply gave us the information we needed to make an informed decision. **** kept us apprised of the status of our project at every step and even checked to see how the install went day of. We are thrilled with the system **** designed, it more than meets our needs, we have not paid eversource a dime since the system went live.Trinity Solar

I've had my Trinity/Sunnova solar system for over a year.On 6/23/24 my inverter stopped working. On 6/25/24 a Sunnova Tech came out to diagnose the issue. It was a holiday week and then I had trouble reaching a live Sunnova rep, later to find out Sunnova customer care is headquartered in ***** where they just experienced a hurricane & were working remotely. I informed Trinity and they helped me get direct contact with the ***************************** My inverter was replaced 7/11/24! Amazing customer experience with ********************************* *********************** is my solar consultant and I highly recommend her to anyone interested in upgrading to solar.Trinity Solar

I have had the panels on my roof operating for the past 4 months. Cannot be happier with the results and the company, Trinity Solar. The whole process was very professional, including the installers, and I'd like to give a special shout out to the salesman, ***********, who was always up front, straightforward and there to answer any questions.
