I had a fantastic experience with Trinity. The entire process, from the initial consultation to the final installation, was stress-free and straightforward. My solar consultant, ***********, thoroughly explained all the benefits and the entire process, which really put my mind at ease. The installation went smoothly, and everything is working perfectly so far. I am very satisfied with the honesty and professionalism **************** showed me, the excellent service from Trinity, and the savings I am benefiting from. What a bunch of low-life human beings. Trinity Solar has been harassing me and using my disabilities to try to bully me into hearing their script. I have recordings taken through my ring camera of repeatedly asking them to vacate the property when they showed up to "tell me about this opportunity". I finally told them I have no stomach and have to be bed ridden for an hour every time they come due to calorie loss when walking down the stairs. I told them that interrupting my meals leaves me starving and incoherent. Then they began showing up at noon every time. The peon I have a recording of from the last visit showed up right before I wrote this and is now refusing to "hear" me over my ring speaker. He further couldn't hear without me opening the door. No company shirt or car with a logo, just a random person with a clipboard pulling nonsense to have me open my door when nobody else is here. I have no spleen as the tumor that took my stomach, took that as well. I would be risking any number of illnesses opening the door so I explained that but only received unrelenting attempts to market their "free" service. I attempted to call the sheriff (you need to call the sheriff for them harassing you, at least in **********), since I have a recording of this same person being told to leave and never come back. This was when he finally moved on. I'm not able to give chase so I will just hope I have a friend over next time to grab and hold them under citizens arrest until the authorities arrive. Call Trinity Solar's costumer service line before the purchase line. They will not be able to get to your call. They do however have plenty of money to pay employees to man the sales lines. They could care less that I'm disabled and being bullied like this. That's the kind of people you will be getting scammed by if you buy from them. You can get the solar energy assistance the same way they do, through government grants, and pay a reputable human being to do the job.Trinity Solar

We can't say enough about Trinity Solar. We first met with **** and he was clear and thorough in explaining how the Solar Energy program worked. He also made it clear that they would not do the job if it didn't benefit us financially. Everyone showed up to do the job when they said they would and finished it in a timely manner. **** also came by to check on the job that was being done. The Trinity people called to check in a few times just to see if we had any questions. All in all, I would recommend Trinity Solar to anyone considering Solar Energy!Trinity Solar

****** is a great salesman.Our biggest issues were that it took forever for them to start the work after the contract was signed. They refused to put panels on our back roof where we get sun a good bit of the day, our system we didn't get is big enough due to our high electric bills last winter, but our box isn't big enough to add any more panels. and it took around 7 months to receive our $1000 referral check , with us consistently asking for it. I had solar panels installed on my home in 2022. The installers were respectful and courteous. Throughout the process, trinity solar representatives were responsive and took the time to answer all of my questions and continue to do so even 2 years later. Highly recommended!Trinity Solar

Trinity Solar installed solar panels and backup batteries at my house. The install went great, the job looks professional and works well. I had a problem with an inverter after a few months, they promptly replaced it and I havent had another issue. When my wife got an electric car I had Trinity add another system to cover the additional electric usage. I highly recommend them!Trinity Solar
