I have been very pleased with the whole process. The installation was quick and quiet. Since then it's been effortless. I do get 2 bills, one from Sunnova and 1 from Eversource. However since I installed, Eversource bill has been nothing but credits. I am on paperless so it's not really an issue for 2 bills. My Trinty representative has been outstanding. He was there every step of the process, from initial explanation, through instalation and continues to follow up.

****** messaged me about Trinity Solar. We had at least 5 solar companies out. We were told we couldn't have it done. ****** had it done! Installers were excellent. The experience was stress free. My wallet is happy! #Trinity Solar

We used Trinity for our solar installation after talking to other satisfied customers that happen to be friends. The salesman gave use time to consider why they would be a good fit without any undue pressure. The install team worked with us to get things the way we wanted it and their project management team kept us up to speed the entire way. The process is not done overnight as there are a number of check ins along the way but I never felt left in the dark about what was next. We could not be happier with Trinity and would recommend them to anyone looking at add solar.Trinity Solar

I am extremely happy with Trinity. From the initial conversation with ******************, who explained the process in a concise, understandable way, to the various professionals who visited along the way and those who installed the panels, it was a painless, wonderful experience.
