      Put a down payment of $6,255.00 on July 26, 2024 for new windows and a door. Was told windows and door would be ready in 3-4 months. It is now December and I have had no contact from the business and no one is answering my phone calls or emails. Google is showing Flawless Results as permanently closed.

      HIRE YOUR LAYERS!! We were thankfully able to reach the kind rep who sold us our windows. He also got fired and not paid for months of work. They shut their doors and ran with our money. This is not a joke. I am trying to get info but now all I know is the owners names are: Jacob T*****. John ******s BOB M***** They are criminals They stole $26,000 from us and ran! We work out a$$es off and couldn't even afford these windows. Had to take a second mortgage out and these twats stole our money. They are scum. Everyone needs to take this seriously and go after them To the owners... YOU ARE ALL TRASH! You have STOLEN money that we barely can afford. We could have paid off a car or helped with other financial troubles and now we are left paying this off. I hope you know you are ruining peoples lives here. There is a special place in hell for you all. Now let's see if MR BOB takes the time to reply to this. We are coming after you with everything we have.

      Signed a contract and loan with flawless in late July or 2024 for window replacements at my house. The salesman told us the custom window would be ready around October timeframe. I gave it until November..,, tried reaching out to the company and employees. Apparently they’re are out of business. I gave an open loan that I’m paying on for literally nothing. I haven’t received any windows or work. The loan company can’t do much at the moment without documentation and starting an investigation. This is ridiculous though. Totally scammed/screwed over.

      ordered window replacement, company came and measured windows and no contact since. i have called and left 10 messages with the company and no return calls

      Flawless results was out in neighborhood, I wanted stucco for house the sliding was peeling off, called original sliding company, stated couldn't help. need house fixed to get insurance. 3/20/24 signed contact, this was the office in Colorado Springs. My job changed to office in NM. finally got stucco started August 27 and 28 , off for holiday, back sept 3 th. did ask company about the downspouts, they said the knew what to do. After done with job, had to ask for the panel for garage, I got back with batteries, then I looked at downspouts, didn't put back correctly and warranty lost because I let this company take off , (because they said they knew what they were doing, I have called then at first got secretary , to relay message . called Lorenz the manager about problems , stated would reimburse for the garage panel, been leaving messages, mailbox full 11/12. 11/21 found another number, talked to Allen and found out business closed down. i am paying Momnt loan statement

      Placed the order for French doors on 6/27 for total contract price of $11,253 and was informed the doors would take roughly 11-12 weeks to make and be shipped to ABQ. This entailed a loan with Momnt, a loan company. On 10/25 I chose to pay $5626.00 to get ahead on the loan, although payments weren't required yet; however, I was becoming more concerned that I hadn't heard from the company. Never heard from Flawless, despite calling the company leaving messages at many different numbers which all went to voicemails. I called the sales rep who'd sold me the doors, and after many calls he finally called me back and told me he and the "entire team" had recently been fired. I left several messages with the company requesting a full refund and was canceling my order, and also emailed Momnt telling them the same; they emailed back that I had to deal with Flawless to get a refund. I still have yet to hear from anyone in the company about my refund.

      On 9-30-24, I met with Robert T***** from Flawless Results (License # 4007786) and signed a contract/3 Day Notice Of Cancellation to have a "tub to shower" conversion at my home. This document stated that I had 3 days to cancel the contract, however a charge of $4513 (half of the total price of $9,026) was made to my VISA account the very next day and I did not find out until I received my statement the following month. I did not intend to cancel the contract, so I did not contact them regarding the charge. In mid-October, a representative came to my home to confirm the measurements. I have not heard from the company since in spite of my calling and leaving messages on their phoneline. The week of November 10th, after not hearing from Flawless Results, I hand carried a copy of the contract along with a note to their place of business. After waiting 2 hours, I left the note at their door stating that I wanted the project completed as no one was at the office. I called again and left another message today, 11/20/24 stating that I was not looking for a refund, I was looking to have the work done. I also left a message informing them that I would be filing a complaint with the BBB and would begin the process of filing a case in Metropolitan Court. At this point however, I am leaning towards a refund as I cannot trust that they will complete the job.

      On June 25, 2024 I agreed to have 6 windows and 1 door replaced at my home. I made a payment of half the total amount of the job which was $8,851.00 I was promised and installation date of 10/01/24. On that day I called because no one showed up to begin the installation. I received a call back and the company explained that the truck with the working material was delayed. We then rescheduled installation for 10/16/24. On 10/15/24 I received a call from flawless results with another excuse of the truck being delayed. The person I spoke to said she would call me back with a new installation date on 11/1/24. I never received that call. For 3 weeks I have been calling this company and leaving voice messages with no response.

      Provia windows were delayed 5+ months for "supply issues." Finally installed Nov 30. Never responded to calls about repairing the stucco around the windows. After 2+ weeks of calling, I had to pay $3,200 for stucco repair to another company because Flawless Results never responded to my calls to 4 of their phone numbers. I want the owner, John G******, to refund the $3,200.
