      On July 1st a sales rep from the company came to our house, we reached a deal on a front door to be manufactured and paid 50% up front in the total of $3400 dollars, the contract states 16-18 weeks to install and verbally we were told it would be a rush order. It is now November 13th and 1 weeks bast the install date and not a single person from this company is answering, I’ve called my sales rep and text him, I’ve called the production team and the sales office and no one is answering. I google the company today to see many 1 star google reviews in the last 4 weeks and that they are no longer accredited by the BBB. I’m done and have filed a dispute with my CC company for the down payment.

      On April 18 2024, my wife and I entered into an agreement with Flawless Results LLC in which they stated they would procure and install a window in our home after obtaining a permit for the work. We paid the salesman (name and telephone number available upon request) $3,500 with 60% of the remainder due at the start of the job and the final payment due at the completion of the work. We last spoke with a representative at Flawless LLC in early October after repeatedly asking the status of the order. They assured us that the window would be ready for installation in early November. We were out of town from October 12 until November 2. Since returning, we have heard nothing from Flawless LLC and are unable to contact anyone at any of the telephone numbers given. We were able to speak with the salesman, who reported that Flawless has laid off their sales staff. We would like the window to be installed ASAP, and short of that we would like our money back.

      I deposited for a construction job to replace the stucco on my home. John G****** the owner informed me that his business partner screwed him over recently and any customers with deposits would not be getting a returned deposit. His words "good luck getting paid."

      In August of 2024, Flawless results received payment over $18,000 for ordering and installation of residential windows after a hail storm. The company failed to call with any updates. Finally, today (11/5/24), I was able to reach they're vender, who informed me that they had closed. I reached an employee on a personal number who confirmed. Essentially, they stole my nearly $20,000, and we have no windows.

      On 8/09/24 I signed contract to do two of my windows and paid a down payment for the windows to be done. I have been calling and can’t get I touch with anyone. I get redirected to different offices and have not spoken to them since signing the contract on 8/09/24 and it’s now 10/31/24. I’ve sent in paper work to the to cancel my contract because I haven’t heard anything from them on 10/10/24. This is very frustrating and disappointing.

      April 2023 to Present. Price $50,000 for purchase & installation of 27 replacement residential windows + doors in two structures on our property. The installed windows + doors are all leaking. We now have significant property damages due to unaddressed failures of product and installation services. April 2023 we hired Flawless Results for replacement windows & doors for our home in Santa Fe. This job was supposed start 6/19/ 2023 and take 14 days. It took 6 MONTHS. They no-showed until 6/26/2023, used subcontractors for window install and stucco, mis-ordered windows & parts, broke windows, and left debris all over property. Several windows and doors began leaking during installation and multiple attempts to rectify the situation by Flawless were unsuccessful. Windows continued to leak after the job was “complete”. Once they were paid in full multiple requests to fix went unanswered or were sub-par attempts. Their most recent fix attempt involved sending a guy to add additional caulk over finished stucco around the windows which already not been successful. We refused and sent him back to request actual professional repairs and expressed urgency of the situation. We have not heard back from Flawless with any alternate solutions. We now have moister metered readings of +30% in our interior drywall a WEEK AFTER RAIN with significant interior water damage and potential mold issues. On 10/28/24 two independent window companies inspected & confirm (1) active window leaks (2) exterior water damage of stucco (3) interior water damage (4) negligent steps regarding Flawless's installation. 16 months later after multiple calls, emails, photos of damages they never resolved any issues nor followed up with alternate resolutions as requested. We tried management / owners several times. They never called back. Due to their incompetency and negligence, we now have exterior water damage to our stucco, significant interior drywall damage around windows, and potential mold issues.

      Flawless charged loan company $17,700 (momnt loan company). The cost of the window replaced were only $6600. Momnt states they sent $17700 to Flawless as per the billing. Flawless states they have not been paid and doesnt know anything about the rest of the money. $11100 needs to be returned to the loan company by Flawless results.

      Date of Transaction: Sept. 19, 2024 Incorrect installation of windows. Measurement gaps in excess of 1.5" to 2" all around frame. No caulking exterior at top window. Exterior did not meet congurency with outside styling of house. Price quoted for "custom built" windows.

      We contracted with Flawless Results on 7/19/23 to have four of our windows replaced for a Total of $14,000.00 - Down payment was $7,500.00 - The business committed to an installation date of November or December of 2023. Note: we live in an area which most of the winter is not accessible by regular vehicle. I was willing to either assist with delivery or wait until the roads were without snow in spring. - At the beginning of last winter, I tried to find out when I could expect to have the windows installed. I did not get a satisfactory answer; later, no one ever called back. Then the snow came, and I waited for a call in spring. No one ever called, so finally called Flawless on 6/11/2024 at ************. I talked to ***** who promised that the sales manager, *****, would call me on 6/12/2024. When no one called, I called again late in the afternoon on 6/12/2024 and left a voice mail for ***** that no one had called. - Now it's 6/13/2024, 5:00 PM and no one at Flawless has bothered to call back. This is just a continuation of last year's pattern of no communication. Their behavior leads me to suspect that there is a problem. Why would the company not be eager to finish the job and collect the remainder of the money? - I have a sales agreement, signed by ***** *******, dated 7/19/2023,; but it has no number

      Complaint ID: ******** The Flawless Saga continues. As promised by Allen, a manager with Flawless, the installation crew finally showed up on Friday, June 28th, to install the four windows which were ordered in August 2023. The four windows consisted of two small awning windows which can be removed easily, and two large, fixed windows. They started with one of the awning windows. After it was removed, they found out that the four windows they brought were the wrong kind. These windows could not be used to replace the original windows. I suggested that they put back the original awning window. Unfortunately, this was not possible since they had it destroyed when they uninstalled it. So, they temporarily installed the new awning window (which came without a screen), cleaned up and left. Later on, the same day I called Allen and left a voice mail, but never got an answer. A week later, on Friday, July 5th, I called the office number and left another message with a lady (didn’t get her name) As of 7/9/2024 I had not received any communication from the Flawless I am so frustrated with this company that I only want my downpayment of $7,500.00 back. I’ll find someone else to fix my awning window and am willing to pay for this myself. However, if this drags on and it goes to court, I’ll demand that the damaged window be replaced, in addition to the return of my downpayment.

      I ordered replacement windows on 3/20/24 for my home being told that there was not an estimated date on the production. I was told that the financing clock began when the windows were installed during the sales presentation. I found out on Monday 03/25//24 from the finance company that the clock on my financing started immediately. I called the company to get a date on installation and was told that they had no information about when the windows would be available. I was told that they were made in an overseas country and they did not have control over the supply change. I was originally told that the windows were made by a local Amish company. I made multiple phone calls to the company asking to cancel the order and sent emails to their cancellation department without response. A representative told me that they received my cancellation within the required 3 business days. I thought that we were okay but received a bill from the finance company who stated that the company has accepted the funds and they do not have control then returning the funds. I am unable to get ahold of anyone at the company other than my salesman who accidentally returned a phone call stating that he missed dialed and did not mean to call me hanging up the phone immediately. 12,500 is a lot of money to keep without any service.       In response to your issues with our company, when your sales associate was at your home he presented, and you signed a “welcome to our family” form stating that orders take 8 to 16 weeks for delivery of the product. 
      At the time of delivery and inspection by our production department will be performed for each product and they will then reach out to the customer to set up an installation date.
      The financing was explained to the customer that there was no interest, no payments due for 18 months and that the 18-month period started immediately.   
      We have no product that is manufactured outside of the country. Our products are manufactured by Amish workers located in Sugarcreek, Ohio.
      The customer was asked by our production dept. to please email a copy of her signed cancellation form to our cancellation email address.  Our policy requires that a cancellation form be signed and returned before a refund is issued.   We have tried to contact the customer and have left messages for her to contact her. She has not responded.
      04/17/2024  We have now received the signed “Cancellation Form” and we will be refunded shortly.
