We signed a contract with Flawless on 9.19.24 to have our house stuccoed. We paid them half upon signing which was 6587.42. They were scheduled to start the job on 11.18.24. Nobody showed up or called. When trying to call the numbers that I had, there was no answer and mailboxes full. I finally text the salesman and he called me immediately stating that basically Flawless shut the doors 2 weeks ago. We need our 6587.42 back. 7/31/2024, ordered 6 windows from Flawless Results LLC. Gave a deposit of $3.250 on a $6500 order. it's been 4 months, tried to call the company and the design consultant that came out, with no results, answered calls say no one here to accept the call. Have they skipped town? Have contacted sheriff's office, DOJ, and state governor. Guess we have been a victim of fraudInitial Complaint

I ordered windows on June 20, 2024. I put half the balance down. Haven't heard or been able to reach by phone. Company is in Albuquerque, NM. I called the window company (ProVia) and was told they had just been notified the company in Albuquerque has closed their doors. They took my money with them!!Customer Answer

I signed a contract Flawless Results on 7/8/1014 to have 9 windows replaced in my home. Total price was $17,000, and I paid a $8500 deposit when I signed the contract. The commitment date on the contract was 8-16 weeks from the origination date. That date has passed and no work has begun. I have made MANY calls to all phone numbers listed on the contract and on the website, but no one ever answers or returns my MANY voicemail messages. I went by the company address/office during business hours, and it was locked. Several other recent, similar customer complaints similar to mine are on Google Reviews. I believe that this company has committed fraud and has no plans to complete my project or refund my deposit. I called John Georges, the business owner, on his personal phone, ###-###-####, but he refused to answer my calls/voicemails, and refused to respond to my text message inquiries about my project status.Initial Complaint

We signed a contract for a new front window and patio door on 7/29/24 and gave them a 50% deposit of $4490. We were supposed to get our work done in October per salesman. We called them in October and we told they had until 4 months after the contract was signed to get the work done. We called the salesman today and were told they had gone into bankruptcy. On 08/08/2024 a sales rep came to my home saleing windows and stucco. I listened to him and I agreed to have windows & stucco put in my home, he got me a loan through an agency Upgrade for $44,000 plus a $10,000 cash deposit that I gave to rep Robert T***** I signed papers then he said a worker would come measure for windows, he did and I never heard another thing from any of them until today the loaner upgrade called me on 11/18/2024 asking me to do a survey on flawless windows I did giving them a bad review . I told her if I could cancel my loan I would she transferred me to an agent and I was able to do so reason being because flawless windows LLC is filing bankrupt. I asked her about my 10,000 cash deposit she said I have to call flawless at ###-###-#### and I did with a message saying there is knowone to take the call and leave a message that they would call back so I did saying I'm concerned about my down payment and I would like to be refunded back, and I still have not heard a thing from them. This company should of told me personally about what they were doing as soon as they knew instead of leaving me still assuming they would show up with my windows that had to be made in Colorado springs first any day now I have been expecting them and now today to find this out leaving me in the middle of dead winter with know windows and to late in the winter to get any put in my house not to mention I now have know money to do so. I hope they will get what they deserve I felt they were to good to be true from what I seen of them on the internet but Robert reassured me how very unprofessional of them all.Initial Complaint

A contract was signed on 7/8/24 with Design Consultant/Robert T***** to install two windows and stucco my home. The timing for project was estimated for middle of October (8-16weeks). I gave 50% down payment of $13,252.00. I received a call from a Marlo who indicated someone would be calling me. On 10/26/24 I called and spoke with Mr. T***** who indicated crew would be out next week..no call, no show. On 11/2/24, I left a VM message for Robert to call me back. He called me on Monday 11/4/24 advising he had been laid off and that I should contact the owner John G****** at ###-###-####. I called the number provided and “Subscriber not In Service”. I have made several attempts to reach Marlo ###-###-#### with no call back. On 11/6/24 I again called the number on contract ###-###-####, left message for call back to discuss my concerns but to date, have heard from no one.Initial Complaint

In June of 2024 we signed up for a $22K loan with Flawless Results for Stucco and Gutters. A month went by no contact. I called was told it can take up to 12 weeks. . When I called they said they would come Oct 3rd. I called the day before to find out I wasn't even on the schedule. They finally came Oct 8th and 9th to start the stucco. They came back again on the 16th to put the Brown coat on. I was told by the stucco crew they would be back in 2 weeks. Again nobody from the scheduling department ever contacts me to communicate when they will come back. I called to make sure they were going to do my gutters as well. They didnt know that was part of my order and had to research to find out I added $3500 to my loan for them to do the gutters. I called to find out what day they were coming for the 2 week mark it was supposed to be 10/31/24. I was also told on 10/16/24 they were placing the order for my color I picked and at that point I could no longer change my color as the order was placed. So on 10/30 I called to make sure they were coming only to find out they didnt have my order on the truck. I said I would call back on 11/1 to make sure it came in so we could schedule for that week. From that point they will not return any calls, texts. The guy that did the actual work tells me its the weather. I have sent him plenty of texts showing we have had plenty of nice days but they have to also complete jobs in Woodland park when they come out. Well during this time of year there is ALWAYS a temperature difference of about 20 degrees between Canon city and Woodland Park. I have continued to call every day from 11/1/24-11/14/24 with no communication. My loan window with the bank closes on 11/21/24 at that point I will not have access to the remaining $11,000 to complete the job. The window is open for 5 months which means this project has taken 20 weeks! how they will be paid in full if my loan window closes?
