    When you call customer service to address concerns they insult you and hang up the phone on you. They will kick you off the website to raise rates on you as you’re booking your flight. You will wait hours in hold to speak with the rudest staff of all time, who just hangs up on you so nothing is accomplished

    Service is terrible. Last Monday i was at the Canton Akron airport. My flight was delayed 2 and a half hours. I went to a restaurant to get something to eat to pass the time. I go back to the gate 1 hour and 10 minutes before the flight time that i was told. I found out that they bumped the flight back again and my plane already took off without me. So my luggage went to Florida. I did not.
    Next ptoblem was that i talked to someone that fay that assured me my luggage would be back on Friday on the flight i should have been on. I also called Wednesday to confirm that was the case. I drove an hour and a half to the airport. MY BAG WAS NOT THERE.
    I spent over 7 hours on hold between all the times i had to call customer service. I was then yold the bag would be sent Monday. I said i have to work and cannot drive all the way to the airport to get the bag.
    They told me it would be sent FedEx and be he here by Monday a few days ago. Monday comes and no bag. I call the airport in Florida where they tell me the bag hasnt been shipped yet. Then they told me they couldnt find my bag. After a few hours, they found my bag and finally shipped it to me.
    Every single employee that i talked to gave me baf information. Nobody at the airport would talk to me and help me. They just said i had to call customer service. The fastest hold time i have was around 35 minutes to talk to someone. The longest was an hour and 20 minutes.
    This is the worst experience i have ever had with a company. I was flying to Florida to see my elderly grandparents. My grandpa is not doing well. Now i dont know if i will make it back.
    I couldnt go to work the week i was supposed to be in Florida because all my shoes and medication were in my bag. I went 8 days without my medication.
    Horrible experience. The absolute worst of my life.

    Buyer/flyer beware! Do not pay for your baggage until you are 100% sure of what you are taking. I paid for 2 checked bags $164 at the time of ticketing. Then I changed it to 1 checked bag and was charged another $82. (That's all we took 1 bag) In the end I was charged for 3 checked bags. The "refund" for the $164 was issued in the form of a VOUCHER that expires in 10 months. I don't expect to fly for another year. Seems like an extremely unfair business practice!!!

    Terrible customer service. Fraudulent charge for rental car and would only give travel credit, not refund though I called and discussed more than a week prior to travel

    Flying from Tampa to Portsmouth, a woman in our row took her cute dog out and had it on her lap. She ignored the stewardess telling her pets must remain in their bags, twice. The stewardess did nothing to insist on compliance. The dog had diarrhea all over the place, ruining my wife's tennis shoes and bag. I contacted Allegiant asking for reimbursement or vouchers. Agent Ben told me there would be no reimbursement or vouchers as Allegiant "has no control over the behavior of passengers."
    I was shocked that there was zero attempt to try to make up for the worst flight we have been on in our 60+ years.
    FAILING GRADE for customer support and customer relations.

    Zero phone help. Sat there for 45 minutes. Finally called the unpublished number to get through. Their website is messed up and curre try not accepting payments. Tried booking a flight for an hour b4 I have up. Then of course the next time I go in, one leg increased by $30. Phone person was nice, but also.."too bad, this is the price". I've bought and paid for 34 flights in less than 2 years with them. No give. No care. Have their card too. Eventually I'll use my points and then cancel the card and not be back.

    Allegiant lost my luggage with thousands of dollars worth of property in it and has no competency to help find it or properly reimburse me for it. I’ve had nothing but delayed flights, canceled flights, or lost luggage from this airline.

    They are good on prices and military benefits, but all that does not help, if you damage the baggage on the process of a trip. I just spoke to your customer service and they have a 7 day turn around, when the mayority of the airline responds right away and either replace the luggage at the airport or send it to you, because they know you need the luggage to travel back on a return flight or another time and good luggage this days are not cheap. They told me on the phone that their is nothing they can do to accelerate the process regardless if I am a Retired military 100% Disable/ a Senior. I am not the one traveling, but my wife is Disable too, traveling with a Service Dog andle helps to lift the bag, specially if you got back issues, like my wife and I. Specially to put it on the scale, because your people will not do it. Thank God you said you care for the " Military". I can not imagine how you treat a regular Civilian. 7 days turn around for a claim, is unacceptable and very unprofessional. To tell me that you do not care if I do a bad Review, tells me how much u care for the customer. You will not survive as an Airline, if you continue to do bad customer service, when it come to issues during the flight. As it is, the flight was delay from PIE IN FLORIDA TO ALLENTOWN IN PA.

    We booked our resort through them when booking flights as it seemed to be much cheaper. i did see possible fees but assumed minimal if any. I was astonished when we arrived at ********* to find another $686 in Resort fees owed to them!!! This should be disclosed as this is a large amount and would have changed our minds on the resort vs. a ****. so glad they act like they can put it in terms that you may have a fee and think that covers them.
