    Despite filling out all of the necessary paperwork 48 hours+ prior to our flight, my medically disabled son’s medical alert service dog was denied access to our flight. She was well behaved, in her service vest, I filled out the paperwork required, the never offered me any alternative paperwork, she is professionally trained and will alert to medical needs for my son. I was treated horribly, lied to, encouraged to give unnecessary medical information about my son and flat out denied access. I’ve been a long time flyer of allegiant, and I’ve never had any significant issues until now. I will no longer be flying with them.

    Truly awful. Both flights delayed. Flight home delayed 4.5 hours with only 2 hours notice. We had already returned rental at that point. No other airlines in airport to try to switch to. Will NEVER use again.

    Our flight was cancelled at the last minute. We had to get a hotel, find a new flight home which cost almost $300 and was promised a $200 credit. I have called 5 times for my credit with no compensation what so all. Ill be filing a complaint with the BBB

    This was my return trip and I was charged $50 at the gate for my “additional carry on bag”. I had a shoulder bag and a purse, both of which fit comfortably below the seat in front of me. I had both of these same bags on by first trip and was not charged. Ridiculous.
    They seemed to be very interested in getting everyone boarded early and as quickly as possible on both legs of the trip. The first leg we were able to leave early just to sit on the runway for an extra 30 minutes because there was no gate available. This trip we were rushed to board just so the gate staff and the flight attendants could chat while the pilots still got ready to depart. All the while we were stuck in our very uncomfortable seats without the ability to recline and practically on top of each other. Even the tray tables were more of a phone holder than a table, they were so small. You have to purchase even water, and there is no Wi-Fi or anything similar available.
    I can’t stand ********* Airlines, but Allegiant makes ********* look like a luxury airline. Taking allegiant saves me 3 hours of driving to and from the airport and I will drive to a farther airport from now on and pay higher fares to avoid them.

    Log into app. Make flight, then they say you whernt logged in and refuse to help or add points to account. Scam!! Horrible customer service. Please let's open a class act law suit against them for this. I know this happens to over a dozen people I know. Please contact me so we can get this suit rolling.

    From Asheville Regional Airport no parking anywhere near the airport. Both sides all parking lots and garage full. Plan on Uber or don’t fly with them. I had to pay 30.00 never got secure parking, never got a shuttle. Had a handicapped person with wheelchair and can had to push across interstate to get to airport. What a nightmare. Need compensation. After flight they used my mothers wheelchair and took a larger man to the baggage claim and broke her chair. Need new wheelchair.

    I actually love flying with Allegiant Air and never had an issue prior to this. I was supposed to fly out to see my parents in March but I had a medical issue that prevented that so I had to change our flight to July. Unfortunately I received a notice that they canceled the flight. The message was sent 3/29 and said that I can change my flight at no additional cost or receive a refund. On 3/31 I received a refund. I did not get enough time to even change flights. I sent them an email regarding only receiving 202 of the 360 I spent. I was informed that because I changed my flight I forfeited the rest of the amount.

    NEVER using this trashy airline again.
    Husband needed to go to a funeral - figured a quick flight would be easier than a 7-8 hour drive. Trip up was delayed due to "techinical issues". Maybe an hour or so.
    Flight back. Well, that remains to be seen. Flight was supposed to depart at 10:30AM. It's now 5:16, and will supposedly depart at 5:30. Again, techinical issues. They had to drive from Baltimore to Allentown to pick up a part???
    How safe are these planes anyway if they're constantly having technical issues.
    Total crap airline.

    DO NOT FLY ALLEGIANT AIR!!! My boarding pass for my return flight would not scan, my information could not be located through their app or confirmation email (I already checked in the day before through the same email) and when I contacted customer service it was the worst experience I have ever encountered. They had no care for the technical issues, although they say they empathized with my situation, and offered no credit or voucher, even after requesting to be compensated for this fight. I've also previously booked flights with them which have been delayed and cancelled, but even those experiences don't compare to how awful my most recent experience was. On a positive note, the flight attendants and pilot on the flight out were very kind and personable. Unfortunately due to corporate technicalities and lack of customer service I will never book with this company again. DO NOT FLY ALLEGIANT AIR!!!

    Allegiant air charged me 350.00 to cancel my flight that was over 2 months away. I was hung up on 3 times and was disrespected when I asked questions on why I was being charged that much money to cancel I did have the Trip insurance. They are rude and don’t care to explain the fees I’ve never been treated worse by any company.
