    We had a return flight from Vegas to Flint that was an absolute nightmare because the crews incompetentency and lack of time management. A 3.5hr flight ended up taking 11hr. We 1st got on the flight taxied around the tarmac and then we were taken back to the gate because the crew could not time manage and the pilot would be padt his 9hr flight time. Now, they would have already known this with the delay to get to Vegas but refused to let anyone on the ground in Vegas know. Then we waited for 2 hrs for another pilot to get to the airport. We finally boarded, got to Flint and were unable to land because we didn't have enough gas so we were rerouted to Grand Rapids where there was no one on the ground to fill us up. While we were waiting for a crew to get there to gas the plane we were not offered any food or water. The crew would not turn on the heat. Our teeth were chattering while the crew hid. We finally took off close to 6am (we were supposed to be home the night before at 11pm FYI) and landed in Flint at 630am. When I tried to get my money back Alliegent said because we had taken flight we are not going to get anything from them. This company is a scam. They will hold you hostage for 8.5hrs and then let you starve and shiver because the bottom line is, they don't care about their customers or the service they recieve. DO NOT FLY ALLIEGENT UNLESS YOU ARE WILLING TO HAVE NO RIGHTS OR RECOURSE. WORST AIRLINE EVER.

    I caught a flight from idaho falls Idaho to mesa Arizona with allegiant airlines. Flight 693 do to mechanical failure we had to wait 6 hours for rescue aircraft from mesa,Az. We were locked in to the airport and unable to leave and come back because TSA closed down at 5:00. Our flight was supposed to leave at 4:23. Once the rescue aircraft arrived and getting loaded up my wife and I sat down getting seat belts on. As I was adjusting in my seat my left shoe slipped on the carpet and pain in left ankle. I looked closer and my ankle is bleeding, there was a chrome metal trim sticking out from the wall with my blood on the wall and the metal trim. Iwas in seat 25 A window seat. Completely unacceptable, I have contacted allegiant airlines by email 5 times. I'm a disabled veteran and honestly never been treated like a piece of trash like allegiant has been treating me.     Allegiant canceled our flight along with 3 others Friday July 19. At 430 am 2 hours before we were to leave They did nothing to help us as we were stranded out of state in Vegas . They told us to step out of line and find our own way home. We had to get expensive tix on another airline to get home. And an expensive taxi to get our car at another airport. At 730 pm they sent us an email saying our flight was cancelled. They said since we purchased tickets thru a travel agent we need to call allegiant if we wanted a refund. They gave us this number that they won’t answer. I have called several times along with emailing them 2x and texting them. They sent an email last night with $75 credits towards our next purchase that can be used up to a year but I want my refund ! This number they said to call they won’t answer. I also want to add that the unprofessionalism of the staff was unbelievable. The customers were calm compared to how rude the allegient staff was if I could give them 0 stars I would

    Have been on hold for over 2 hours each phone call to get my money back after being at the airport 3 hours before departure and each time someone answered they hung up and said they couldn’t hear me. Both time the person was the same answering. I think they have artificial intelligence answering their phones and hanging up on people and can’t even help me get my money back for my flight. They said to be there two hours early and I was there 3. I expect a full refund from the airline and an actual person to talk to me on the phone.

    First of all. Not accommodating at ALL during the world outage we were told we had to book a new flight, we weren’t getting a refund, and once flights were back up it was NOT first come first served. How credibly RUDE then said we weren’t getting a refund which I’ll be calling my credit card company anyway for this poor excuse of a company. AWWFUL do not use!

    Apparently because I have 4 kids, I can not book my flight online. Called the customer service to book and no one picked up after ten minutes, I hung up. As I was listening to the various pre recorded policies they let me know I would be charged $15 each flight because I was booking over the phone. Terrible service and endless fees. No thank you.

    Was told by customer service that I could cancel any flight within 24 for a refund. Got sick and had to cancel. Airline won't refund money or provide credit because they say fine print says if trip is within 7 days and you cancel you get nothing, and they get to keep your money and provide no service. This is crooked. Now I'm out a lot of money. Please don't fly their airline. They are crooks.

    Worst experience of my life!!!
    Worst customer service!!!
    Employees abuse their power and will deny you boarding just because they don't like if you are in a wheel chair, or if they don't like your outfit, or if they just plain don't like the way you look and they WILL NOT give you a refund or anything!!!
    We are still uncertain of the Allegiant employee's motive or bias toward us, but it was 100% intentional.
    This was a once and a lifetime vacation for my family, my wedding and honeymoon, all of which were ruined by the discriminatory actions of the Allegiant Employee and the bold face lies (I have PROOF that she lied and intentionally prevented us from boarding).
    Like most Americans we live paycheck to paycheck and saved up for years for this trip so we could have our wedding and honeymoon as a family. This being the first time me and my family have ever flown makes this horrible incident that much more traumatic.
    Not only will I NEVER fly Allegiant again, I will continuously recommend against flying Allegiant to anyone and everyone who will listen.
    I will tell what happened on every social media platform and make it my mission to warn people of the mistreatment and abuse of power that Allegiant Airlines provides!
    SAVING A FEW DOLLARS TO FLY ALLEGIANT WAS THE WORST DECISION OF MY LIFE AND COSTS ME THOUSANDS IN THE LONG RUN!!!!
    JUST DO YOURSELVES A FAVOR AND SPEND A LITTLE MORE UP FRONT WITH ANY AIRLINE LITERALLY ANY OTHER AIRLINE OTHER THAN ALLEGIANT BECAUSE THEY WILL STEAL FROM YOU AND GIVE YOU NOTHING BACK NOT EVEN A RETURN EMAIL!!!!!!

    I recently signed up for the Allegiant Always Visa card when I booked a flight from Asheville to Fort Lauderdale because their site implied I would get a certain amount of the fare reduced by doing so. The discount was more than the credit cards annual fee; so, I figured why not? There was no discount. So clearly, I was duped by small print and deceptive marketing. Shame on me. But, also, shame on them.
    Allegiant has a member services phone number. I've called it several times. Each time, I was informed the wait time would be more than 90 minutes! I did have the option to request a call back. I requested a call back twice and have yet to receive a call. In light of this TERRIBLE customer service and the exorbitant annual fee, I want to warn others to be very careful when dealing with Allegiant Air.
